  1. Simplest explanation is he just cant afford this thing. Aluminum is very rare on every shardworld, except current Scadrial.
  2. Very interesting for me is Bronze Compounder. Probably will be also Savant of A-Bronze, as often happens. He doesnt need sleep, but his powers extend to other aspects of phisical condition? Like, can he fight longer than normal human, because he will be able to stand on feet, when opponent will be fatigued. Also about tin compounding. Ferruchemical Tin is safer than Allomantic Tin, because can store every sense separatly, so man can boost only senses what he need. And Tin compunding savant will be almost as dangerous as A-Atium. Zinc compounder has also similar effect.
  3. The best will be combination of those two: Heartforger.
  4. In most cases, yes, but it is possible to spike someone and he will be alive. Its possible, but tearing out part of soul will change this man drasticly, even if he will stay alive.
  5. Probably better will be seing at this as sideffect. Because even if you miss direct spot with hemalurgic charged aluminium bullet, you still hit. And hit is hit, more even, aluminium bullet stops Investiture-based healing. If you just hit enemy, he is vulnerable. If you hit him in the head, he is dead. BTW, is this in-universe common kowledge, the aluminum stops healing? If is, why Wax dont used aluminum bulets against Miles? Is another question. Can Hemalurgist, if he is metalborn, steal his own powers? Used spike on himself and charge? If can do so, aluminium spike could be interesting for someone with trauma related with using powers.
  6. In pure, brutal fight Skybreakers. Definitly. Great mobility and pure destructivr power. Willshapers and Elsecallers are destructive AF, but they have some important limitations, in normal situation they cannot teleport anyway they want, they cannot also used Surges far away from them. But the most terrifying, the most difficoult to fight against and with the largest possibility to just plant chaos is definitly Lightweaver. Agains Lightweaver you simply canot trust senses, he can turn your friends against you and you will not even know this. Lightweaver also have Transformation Surge, he can kill people as easy as Elsecaller, but can also change whole battlefield, and noone will notice this untill will be too late. Thanks to ilusions Lightweaver can literaly tear whole city apart from inside, or cause whole armies to run away in panic. And noone even will see him. This is the most important thing. Every other Radiant is always visible (We dont know yet, how Truthwachers power works, but it seems they work different), so can be attacked. But not Lighweaver. Lightweaver can be pure Chaos.
  7. Of course, but this is something Rosharans are able to deal with. And im wondering about plants modified by soulcasting and/or regrowth. Literaly GMO.
  8. For now. But with more, easier axesable fabrials, their price will be lower. This is also something what can be done on large scale, by prince, city, or some richman. Convert large amount of unaxesable ground into farms.
  9. While worming Lavis still be nessesry, I think mechanical/fabrial seeders or harvesters will be possible to make. Even worming machine can be possible to make, while still should be operate manualy for every polip. Of course, on Roshar is more possibilities. Regrowth fabrials can be used for speeding up plants growth, maybe some augmenters too. Heating fabrials can be used for farming in bad terrain, as well as attractors. Heaters can be vewry, very usefull in all kind of industry, where heat is needed.
  10. I dont think Windrunners can, even temporarly, bond other spren. This seems to me like universal rule - of course, one can bond more than one spren, but it has to be full bond, and this mean the oaths cannot interfer. What is difficult, but not impossible. But I also think bonding things like superglue is more sideffect, not main power. Winrunners are leaders of people, they inspire and rally. This can be due to surge of Adhesion, they bond people to them, even unconsciously.
  11. But did they know that Aluminum can stop Shardblade? Did someone saw the Nightblood Scabbard in action? Aluminum is also relatively easy to make on Roshar, due to soulcasting. And having squads of Shardkillers is worth any price.
  12. There are also Alerters, can be great in a war, because of usefullness of early detection of enemy. Especialy flying enemy. Also information exchange is key in any War, spanreeds will be crutial in army coordination. Maybe even we can see another usage of them - swiching on and off spanreed can be use as code, and small messages can be send without need of table. The arms race will be probably few-dimentional. New fabrials, new forms for singers, maybe even standard technological progress. Race for shards will be probably important part of this, and it will be in many cases literal race. And here Fused are in favor - they canot die, is more of the, they also are more experienced. Probably they will obtain more Blades than Humans. So question is Are aluminium properties known on Roshar?
