  1. I tried making sense of them, but was too tired. So I wrote them off as you doing kasyana things, and you doing kasyana things usually helps the village, so I just let you do you, so that's alright. You definitely did help me ease off my suspicion on Araris, though.
  2. Alternatively, I thought of typing out the code in terms of page no. of the message but the specific message was in page 11, so that would make elims suspect we have been PMing a lot, so I went for this.
  3. Huh, I thought it was very simple. MONDAY/0219HRS/L3 = TRUE meant "Check the message I sent on Monday at 02:19am in your time. The Line 3 of the message is correct."
  4. Alright, so I spent more time figuring who claimed to Kas rather than figuring out the elims and here's what I have got. Elandera - Thug #1 Striker - Cohesion #3 Ashbringer - Action Scanner #2 Illwei - Target Scanner #2 Mint - Vote Scanner #2 Let me know how much I've got right. I was Target Scanner #1, by the way. I saw Straw target Sart in the same cycle Lotus did as well. I was typing up my reason without role-claiming, but by the time Lotus had already claimed. I don't think the village win was almost sheer luck. Me and Kas' vote on Devotary had lots of PM discussion behind it, and of course, my (and Lotus', I presume) reasoning to choose Straw to Target Scan was not random. But yeah, we definitely had luck (and a lot of village coordination, I assume) on our side. I had a lot of fun conspiring (village conspiring of course ) with Kas. The secret message was of course to him. Did you get what I meant, @Kasimir? (I was letting you know people who lost their act-cons can gain them back as well, and that I had gained one as well) @Matrim's Dice, you'd kill me last? I'm happy, but also sad, because I was like the no. 1 player who suspected you. Did you think you could sway me with the puppy-eyes thing? I definitely expected like 6 elims with the no. of scanners in this game lol. Finally, thanks to @The_God_King and @Elkanah for running the game. Really impressive set-up for your 1st and 2nd games as GM respectively!
  5. Whoa, Kas. I'm at the end of my thinking capacity (half from studying for my exams, half from reading that post). While you certainly make some good points, it's still not enough for me to overlook the Lotus shift in D3. Straw would have discussed and voted for Lotus, testing waters to see if any villager would want to lynch Lotus. Illwei does, and Matrim then follows. The gap between Straw and Matrim's vote convinces me further that he's an elim. Of course, Ash and Matrim could both by elims, but I suspect Matrim more.
  6. Hold on. I keep getting confused which one of Illwei and Lotus got healed during D4. Should've checked again before posting. Sorry about that.
  7. We have an elim Healer in our midst (who is not Araris). Probably Healed Vapor. DEFINITELY Healed Lotus D4. Any villager would be cautious when taking away the powers for a possible villager. Lotus' Target Scanner claim in D4 should have made any village Healer think more than twice before Healing Lotus. So, yeah, I believe we have an elim Progression, who is not Araris, among us.
  8. I am very easily persuadable (unless I'm tunneling ). All you have to do is send me on a guilt-trip, which is what Mat seems to have done. And I begin to think and rethink my reads. But, no. I've gone through my reasoning, went through the votes again, and I have sufficient belief that Mat is more of a suspect than a villager, and more of a suspect than any other player. Whether you're doing this or not.
  9. I forgot a point. I felt there's something odd about his D1 vote on Devotary. Just a bad feeling that it was not a genuine vote, but an initial distancing effort (note that he did not change his vote). Full Post for reference: It's not exactly indicative, but I feel something off about it. Too off-the-bat. About the D2 lynch, his timing of the vote on Pyro is what I always relate as elim timing. Pyro had 2 votes on him (Kas, Gears) and 2 others had 1 votes on them (Gears, Mint). Felt like this vote was to solidify the mislynch.
  10. Right, my top suspects are Matrim, Illwei and Lahilt. Lahilt because of this D2 vote: I refuse to think Straw would provide Lotus as an alternate lynch option without the support of his at least one of his teammates. So I believe at least (I believe both) one of Matrim and Illwei is elim. Let's look at Matrim's defense for Devotary: Hedging. I agree with A, but B also makes good points. Not strongly, but subtly defending a teammate. Straw's read post: I definitely believe Straw would've a hidden a teammate among his village reads. No one else gave Matrim a village read before this. Reasoning for giving village read to Matrim sounds fake. The reasons given are what any elim would do to hide among the village (i.e. giving out reads, and seemingly doing analysis). It's what Mat has been doing as a villager, and deviating from that would be suspicious. The above given reasons would not convince me that Matrim's Dice is a villager at all. Absolute scenes when it's revealed that Kas has been pocketing the entire village all this time
  11. This is so, sooo hilarious lmao. As it happens, I also gained Progression at the beginning of the cycle. And I also contemplated between Matrim and Araris a gazillion times. Is it more important if I remove a player who might remove powers, or someone who may block and foil village plans? Will Araris not heal me now that he thinks I don't have a disease, so I can go to Matrim? Or should I go to Araris in hopes that Araris will remove Matrim's powers. I could go to Matrim next cycle, but what if he role-blocks me? All kinds of dilemma. In the end, I went for Araris because of revenge I could not find a plausible reason he would Progress Kas. I was about to change it to Matrim at the last moment, but by the time I clicked on my GM PM, the time was up. I was actually waiting to see if Ash's reveal to see if that would make me lean on one side a bit more than the other. So, there ya have it! That worked perfectly lol xD I think there was some event that mass-distributed Progression at the expense of PMs. That, or the 3rd Heal is the result of Medicine (still not convinced that Medicine and Progression is the same, btw).
  12. What happened to Illwei's vote? Was it just missed or..?
  13. Good news - We've caught an elim! Bad news - That elim was Straw, who has a 100% win record as an elim. So we got stats against us. Little concerned about about all the Heals apparently flying around, but since it was targeted on Matrim and Illwei, both sort of elim suspects, I think at least one of the Healer is village. Yes, @Kasimir, we need you to tell us if Straw was one of the Target Scanner. Especially if Straw was this target scanner: If it is, something strange is happening between Araris and Straw if they are teammates. I don't think so (as in I think Straw is Historian #6). I also don't think he's the double voter #3 who claimed to Kas either, though confirmation would be nice (I have sort of guessed the identities of all the players who have claimed to Kas ). @Ashbringer, who do you mean it had a wrong kind of relevancy? Did you find someone doing villager-y things?
  14. Are you saying that you're Historian?
  15. @Kasimir when he starts [OOC]-ing @Matrim's Dice, take that upvote for the Bear pun (I'll just assume that was deliberate). Speaking of puns, I'll be very disappointed if the dead doc is not named 'Dead and Diseased'. I'll be honest, Mat. Before that post, I was getting increasing suspicious Araris and you bussing each other, and whoever survives gets a solid village cred. Not sure about that anymore. My main reason to suspect you is that Araris seems to ignore you for his Progression action. I still don't know the reasoning he took off my role-block in N1 (or if he even was the one who took it, as he still hasn't confirmed it). Really don't know why he would remove Kas' double vote as well. But the cycles he goes for other targets, preferring them over you. Even last cycle, he told he forgot, which sounds fishy (of course you claim you would have role-blocked him anyway, but that's another matter). I find no reason why village!Araris would find me and Kas more suspicious than you. And of course, having not stated any suspicious before, he suddenly gets suspicious of you in D3? First 2 cycles, he says. Why Progress me and Kas over Mat, if he suspected him? And of course it's easy to say "I'll act on my own suspicion and cleanse people who I suspect." without giving any reasoning. Mat, I know you can't exactly answer these suspicion because these suspicion are based on Araris' actions. That last post of yours did kinda feel like it's genuine, and not a bus. I do agree about the Illwei-Araris connection. I think at least 2 out of Araris, Illwei and you are elims, but at this moment, if Araris is elim, I'd say you over Illwei.
  16. I'm assure you I'm not. I even mistook the dead Medicine people and Araris as Biologists, remember. We don't want to spread misinformation among village. Lahilt probably told a random letter to prevent other people from knowing his Background if they had the same as his. It was D1, and like you said, one would be wary about giving even a clue of their role. I really think there are only 5 Backgrounds.
  17. Hmm, 2 Historians killed on D1 and N1, so it is possible. I don't know, I'm just theorizing here. Did you target scan someone in N2, and if so, would you mind sharing the result?
  18. My bad, I did think Medicine as Biology xD Biologist is easier to tell than medicine...man? And I correlated Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And no geez, I'm not a biologist. How can I claim to be of the 7th Background when I'm staunchly opposing the existence of the 6th? I also believe there has to be a certain number of players from certain Background dead for that Background Action to be unlocked (except Realmatic Theory which makes me believe there are less number of R-Theorists than others). Because for a game to start with 5 Target Scanners is literally insane. @Lotus can you confirm if you started with this ability or if you didn't, which cycle it was unlocked? EDIT: I mean, he has to come up with a reason, he can't just come out as an elim (I mean, he could, but obviously he'll try his best not to die). Could you come up with a better reason? I reckon since he ran the LG67, he chose a power that he was very familiar with.
  19. There are already 2 dead Biologists right? And Araris has claimed as the 3rd. And yeah, that's why I'm telling what Straw says is false.
  20. Yeah I disagree. Since Lotus' vote manipulation is Surge related, I'm going to assume Target Scanner is the result of the background (which Lotus has claimed previously as a Historian). I think it's also safe to assume Backgrounds give same power to everyone. i.e. all Historians = Target Scanners. We already have 2 dead Historians, Lotus, and other 2 Historians who have claimed to Kas to make it 5 Historians at the beginning of the game. We know there's Biology and Physics (we do not know what they do), we know there's whatever background that gives vote scanner ability, and we know about Chemistry (Chemists = Action Scanners). That's 5 Backgrounds with distribution heavily skewed towards one of them. Seriously doubt there is a 6th Background, especially if one of the Background already has 5 members. Physics (1) + Chemistry (1+1(claimed)) + History (5) + x(2(Kas + claimed)) + Biology(3) = 13. I firmly believe the rest of the 6 players are distributed among the known Backgrounds, and there is no 6th Background (making it heavily unbalanced). And as well all know, it's easy to make up stuff, like what Devotary did (she got very creative ) Ninja'd by Kas who basically said what I said in a much neater way and by Lotus, so the assumption in the first sentence is now true.
  21. I have Striker as the 4th vote for Devotary. He voted before Sart's action claim. I think you missed this somehow. TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN: MONDAY/0219HRS/L3 = TRUE. W[9-11] = FALSE. W[13-15] = TRUE.
  22. Araris voted for Matrim. Straw started the alternate Lotus lynch. Then Illwei and Matrim followed. @Kasimir, was Lotus one of the 2 Target Scanners (I'm going to assume Lotus is a Target Scanner, because that's what her post seems to imply. @Lotus, please correct me if I'm wrong) who claimed to you? If she's not, that means we have 3 Target Scanners, and I really reaally doubt all 3 Target Scanners are Villagers, so you might want to look at those 2. @Araris Valerian, I'd like to you to answer this whenever you can:
  23. Lol xD Speaking of @Araris Valerian, was it you who removed my roleblock or was it Silber (or someone else)?
  24. Yeah, I was about to vote for Straw. Lotus, you should have given some other reason and seen who would have avoided lynching Straw and who would have supported, like how Sart did. My reasoning was the same as Sart. Straw was the first person to provide Lotus as an alternate lynch to Devotary, and Lotus lynch actually gained steam before Sart action-claimed. I was also looking at people who voted in C1 and C3, but did not vote in C2, to determine who would have possibly changed Devotary's null vote to a vote on Pyro, and only players who fit that bill are Mint (who was inactive), Straw and Ashbringer. Ash actually voted and retracted, so that would put attention to him, so if we would want to move a null vote, I don't think he would vote at all. Besides, I suspect Straw more than Ashbringer, and Ashbringer's interactions with Devotary felt E-V rather than E-E. These reasons are somewhat moot now, but can add to the fact that Lotus saw Straw target Sart. Edit: @Matrim's Dice and anyone who had condition-actions, did you lose your power?
  25. No, Progression is the heal. Don't know what Medical does.
