    Harmony's godmetal. It is part of the Malwish Airships prime box, and replicates Allomancy (and maybe Feruchemy).

    I really doubt that a Dawnshard is needed for a Shard splinter to another Shard. When talking to Kelsier in SH, Khriss says: "Unraveling," Khriss said. “Only a slow death. Ati doesn’t know how to Splinter another Shard? Or he hasn’t the strength? Hmm. . . ” She seems surprised that Ruin didn't take advantage of Splintered Preservation instead of doing it slowly. Unless she doesn't know exactly how it works.

    I don't have many ideas yet, but your last "Care" could be Preservation. Although it is really divisive with "Survive".

    F-Tin is really good. You store and tapping the senses individually and you can use them to enhance or protect your senses depending on the circumstance. It must be incredible for meditation.

    Yes, Lirin is a good person but he often fails with Kal. I think Brandon's message is that you don't have to be crazy, evil or something in the middle like Lin to harm your child. Good parents can have serious flaws. I have high hopes for these new interactions between the two. It's like finally seeing the continuation of the dilemmas they had as a father and son in WoK. They both have a lot to learn.

    Oh, now I understand. I didn't understand this "Stormlight conducts" as Investiture draining. Huh. If so, it really is true.

    Chromium is reverse aluminum in MB, why is everyone so sure that the new metal is Chromium? What would make the most sense would be Duralumin or Nicrosil.

    I think this complaint is natural, and even expected. Living with people with depression or PID is not easy all the time. An external person will eventually become frustrated, angry and distant. I consider this to be a very important part of Sanderson's writing about his characters. Accompanying them is almost like living with someone real, with all the advantages and disadvantages. I am sincerely happy to see something outside the logic of conventional narrative but which hits well in reality.

    He had just become Harmony, we already know that some information from Words of Founding is wrong or misleading.

    One possibility I would like to see would be a sealed but unkeyed nicrosilmind. In that case he could grant powers to only other Soulbearers. It looks a little cheaper, and would guarantee a type of Ferring the ability to be a wildcard. In addition, I am always curious about what Nicrosil will do at Compouding. Since you burn for Compouding a metalmind with its own Identity, or without an Identity (presumably), a Nicroburst could buy an unkeyed nicrosilmind and use Compouding in it.

    Ok, good point. It does not need to have exactly a sacred number equal to the number of letters. None of them do, actually.

    So far, most of the gods living on a planet form a 16 letter pattern. Preservation (12) and Ruin (4). Devotion (8) and Dominion (8). Honor has 5 letters, and for some reason Brandon chose Odium (5) instead of Hatred (6). I don't think this is a coincidence. This means that Cultivation forms a standard of 16 with both Honor and Odium. Of course I can be totally wrong.

    18 doesn't make a lot of sense to a Shard. In addition, Cultivation is more likely to be 11.

    They knew that only 16 metals made sense. 4 Physicals. 4 Mentals. 4 Temporals. 4 Enhancements. Only they thought that the other 2 temporal metals were Atium and Malatium, and knew that there must be two hidden Enhancements. Perhaps those who knew how the Mistborns were born would think that Lerasium, and the alloy, were these two in hiding. Which makes sense, but obviously wrong.

    I agree. In this case, Type II is now divided into Spontaneous Sentient Manifestations in a Deceased Host and Mindless Manifestations in a Deceased Host. This further makes me wonder if we will eventually see Spontaneous Mindless Manifestations in a Deceased Host.

    You can use other people's metalmind, but you still need the right type of investiture for that. Very useful for a Full Feruchemist, or a Trueself with F-Spike, but not so much for a Trueself only. A Trueself could only use other aluminumminds (and only if they really store Identity).

    I think they are interested in her, but her ability is not easily replicable. He needs Stormlight outside of Roshar on a large scale.

    Do you know a group called Set? He had plans for centuries. This did not stop them from trying to rush the schedule with other methods. The GB just won that with the Oathgates.

    Suffice it to say they are places in Shadesmar where our Stormlight—so easily captured and transported—would be a valuable commodity. You knew the Oathgates would offer easy access to Shadesmar. You want to control commerce, travel, to these other places. Stormlight is easily captured and transported. There are more practical ways to travel to Shadesmar than Perpendicularities. Investiture is Cosmere's most important currency. And the GB have just found a way to try to monopolize the sale and purchase of that.
