  1. The Aes Sedai stiffen, turning towards TAAron. One of them, a blue, speaks. "No. We will not let you go. You are in possession of a very valuable ter'angreal, and besides that several of you have shown yourselves to have extremely dangerous powers. Besides. If you could kill us so easily, I think you would've done so already."
  2. Nameless grabbed his arm. "TAAron, what did I say about trying to kill them? Aes Sedai can't kill you unless they think you're shadowspawn or they think you're going to kill them. This is not a good idea."
  3. The green stumbled back in shock but recovered quickly, launching a fireball towards Argenti. I've got nothing. Sorry.
  4. Nameless glared at Argenti. "And now I'm shielded. They didn't know I was a channeler until you said something." The green formed a shield for Argenti as well. "What are you people? And where's the male channeler?"
  5. The Green looked at TAAron. "Are you one of the channelers?"
  6. Subversion shook her head, staring at the sphere. "No. I was going to do that, but now I have this again I think my odds have improved. Ready to see what an Author's failsafe looks like?"
  7. Nameless ran into the room, Oath Rod held in one hand. "Anyone know how to get out of here? Because I don't." At that moment a few dozen guards and and eight Warders burst into the room, followed by thirteen Aes Sedai led by the green from earlier, who now held an angreal. "Put down the Oath Rod at once and surrender! There's no escape." @The Aspiring Archivist@Edema Rue@Aeoryi@Argenti@Cash67
  8. Unintelligible gave Sequence a thumbs-up. “Good luck. I’m sure it will be cool.” The Dreamsmith nodded, setting the sphere to the side. “I’ll begin forging a weapon for you in a moment, but first, I’m curious. What do you know about me?” Wasn’t Plot Significance a version of Side Character? Maybe my memory’s wrong, but I thought it was. “I guess splitting it does decrease the durability, huh?” Subversion collapsed to the ground, both pieces of her Narrationblade disappearing. “Well, I’ll admit it. I’m totally exhausted. I could keep fighting, but I don’t think I could win.” She lay back on the ground, reaching a hand into a pocket she knew would be empty. “And since it looks like there are Darkness-related things to deal with, I’ll won’t draw this…” She blinked, pulling a dull metal sphere from her pocket. “Is this some kind of joke? I haven’t seen this thing since I fought Desolation! Why did it just reappear now?”
  9. A few Tower guards marched along the hall, stopping in front of Wit. "Go to the servant's quarters. There's a dangerous criminal loose in the Tower."
  10. Rue received a thought from Nameless, who'd managed to slip away from the main group. I think they might be onto us in a second. Get ready to run. A moment later a calm chiming noise sounded, followed shortly by angry shouts from guards and Warders as they ran through the halls towards the ter'angreal storage, followed shortly by much more dignified but still noticeably hurried Aes Sedai of various Ajahs. Oh yes, they're definitely on to us. But I've got the Oath Rod at least! Now all we have to do is escape and... oh, that's bloody wonderful. I can't make a gateway anymore. You should've mentioned they had protections. @Edema Rue Another Aes Sedai steps out of a hallway in front of Pic, a green flanked by two warders. "Glorpus, there's a male channeler in the Tower! He broke into the ter'angreal storage, and... burn me, is that another one?" She reacts quickly, weaving a shield to prevent Pic from channeling while Her Warders both draw swords and move between Pic and their Aes Sedai.
  11. He's the Dreamsmith. He makes weapons for people if they can find him.
  12. "I'm afraid not. He can visit the Dreamsmith and observe the forging of your weapon, but he cannot accompany you while you take your test." The Dreamsmith nodded slowly. "Yes. I can make a weapon from your soul." He smiled. "Out of curiosity, did you bring me any... unusual materials?"
  13. A Narrator is a character that can Narrate stuff. They can do almost anything that isn't godmodding.
  14. Perhaps a Narrator? They could be anywhere.
  15. White Tower: Servant's Entrance Nameless waved Pic and Wit over, hoping the guards hadn't noticed either of them acting suspiciously. "This way!" He ducked inside the servant's entrance, carrying a basket of produce that he'd bought out in the city. As he did so, he struggled to ignore the sense of loss that always came when he thought about his home. I could go to the Black Tower, after we're done. But no one there would know me. He sighed, then sent a message to Rue. I'm in the Tower and no one's discovered me yet, but I think bringing so many people was a bad idea. They're not exactly doing a good job of blending in. @Cash67 @ΨιτιsτηεΒέsτ @Edema Rue
  16. Sorry for the inactivity. I've had a busy week. Subversion smiled, forming a second Narrationsphere around Platypus without dismissing the first one. "Something I learned from Thaidakar: It's possible to split your Narrationblade." A door appeared beside Omen. "Unintelligible can go no further. If you wish to see the Dreamsmith, you must pass the trial alone." The Dreamsmith looked at Everyone closely. "Are you sure? Making such a blade will not be easy with my methods." Unintelligible felt someone calling his name, so he replied. "I'm near the Dreamsmith! Sequence wanted to visit him."
  17. Nameless glared at Rue. “We’re going to break into the White Tower, which is filled with Aes Sedai like Rue, except that most of them actually have basic human decency, unlike some people.” He shook his head, accidentally smacking Rue in the face with his hair. “We’re going to steal the Oath Rod, a ter’angreal that allows channelers to make unbreakable oaths, so that I can use it to swear not to kill anyone unless they’re trying to kill me.”
  18. Nameless made a gateway so that he could look at himself, and managed to conceal his embarrassment well. "Could be worse. Rue, I assume you know a good way to sneak into the Tower?" Oh storms, my voice is so much worse than I thought it would be. @Edema Rue
  19. Nameless took a deep breath, bracing himself. "Yes."
  20. "Alright. I wish that you would give everyone here who agrees a temporary disguise that will allow them to sneak into the White Tower, lasting only until we either succeed or fail in our mission, after which we will revert to our normal appearance. Is that specific enough?"
  21. Nameless hesitated. "Can you disguise everyone here so that we'll be able to sneak into the Tower?"
  22. Tar Valon Nameless peeked out of the boathouse, looking up at the White Tower that loomed over the city. "Now we have to sneak in there without being noticed. Anyone here good at disguises?"
  23. The voice turned out to come from a small cloud, hovering above the larger one. "I am Omen. I guard the way to the Dreamsmith." "Yes." The Dreamsmith turned around to look at Everyone, mechanical jaw shooting out sparks. "What kind of weapon do you need?" Subversion deflected a blow from Vengeance, then teleported behind Platypus and summoned her Narrationblade as a sphere, trapping him inside. She rested a hand on the sphere and focused, imbuing it with Narration to prevent any escape. "Well Platypus, do you think you can escape this?"
  24. Unintelligible followed cautiously, testing to cloud to make sure it would hold his weight. "I don't see Omen yet. Maybe-" A voice spoke from behind Sequence. "You seek the Dreamsmith?" Everyone landed in a smithy with a forge that glowed a comfortable blue, walls lined with beautifully crafted weapons. In from of them sat a man with his back to Everyone, sharpening a dull spearpoint. "So Everyone, you've come for a weapon?"
