In this scenario I don't see the Black Tower getting involved until the Seanchean are at the Andor border, they are asked for help or Logain calls a preemptive strike. That is to say if the Black Tower even stay were they are. The Black Tower is not subject to the Dragon's Piece. If they wished they could expand their territory in Andor and no one will stop them so long as they don't cross any boarders. Or just up and move the Black Tower some were else that can't stop them from digging in like Shara or the main continent of Seanchean. I would love to read a story about that.

You have to remember Elayne barely understands what she is doing when it comes to Ter'angreals. She is only finding out how to make them. Note that it is stated in the book many times that for every successful ter'angreal she makes there is dozens of failures and those are only the small simple ones that she copies not creating from scratch. She has no Idea as of the end of MoL how to make angreal and Sa'angreal. All she has is the missing piece that Rand gave her that is needed to create one. I will take quite some time before she will be able to make those if she can at all. Giant Ter'angreal like the guardians are going to be orders of magnitude harder and might only be possible with the help of male channalers. The Seanchean empire as of the end of MoL consist of only the lands concurred in the westlands. The main continent is undergoing a continental civil war. Tuon is most likely going to focus her wealth and military their for the time being. If the Westlands what to strike first they would probably want to do this before she has shored up her control of the Empire.

Yes Feruchemist can access all metals. due to all the Feruchemist from Era1 being killed and the rest of the Terris people interbreeding with the Skaa only Ferrings exist now. Brandon has said that there is a way to become a full Feruchemist without the need for Hemalurgy or being born one.

He was being progressive and wanted the main character in a polyamories relationship I'm only half joking considering he wanted to tell a story with a gender swapped power balance in the world with the Aes Sedai being the only magic users.

The Cosmere will end with the Scadrians settling every world since their Shard Harmony doesn't seem to want to interfere in anything. On a more serious note I think the Cosmere will end in either all the Shards splintered making magic localized to specific planets or all the Shards being bound to a peace treaty. So that the Shards can't get around this treaty they will have to swear oath forcing them not to break it.

Now the question is can he do the opposite. Can he reach out and rip away the Ruinous Investiture and strip him of any connection to Ruin.
-
We don't know if it can store kinetic Investiture yet. Right now all we know is that it can store the innate Investiture in someone's Spiritweb. It may be able to store more but Brandon is saving that information for future books.
-
I would assume because it consumes investiture instead of food there is a limit to the amount it can absorb at once. They are not like Nightblood who will just keep absorbing.

Not all of the citizenry was there to see the last battle so trying to convince them that Sadin is clean is going to be difficult. This is prejudice we are talking about. You can't get rid of it in our world. Now give that prejudice 3,000 years and a real threat that those people are dangerous and you have a recipe for something that will take generations to get over. The male channelers altered their Warder bond with the intention to control the Aes Sedai they bonded. The Aes Sedai can't go against the Asha'man's orders no matter what unlike the Aes Sedai warder bond that can't compel male channeles. Now there was some Aes Sedai that wished to alter their warder bond to allow full control of the person they bonded with but Egwane killed that idea but after the final battle I don't know if that rule will stand. Just because they were forced to work together at the last battle does not mean that they have put their differences aside for good. I see it as more of ally against the real enemy but you are still my enemy situation but we can agree to disagree on this. I don't believe that there will be any blending of the tower ever. They are two very different organisations and again the Black tower does not need the white tower. They will have daughters that will be able to channel. Either force the Aes Sedai that they have to teach them, ask the Aeil or sea folk to teach them or wait until one becomes a wilder and can teach the others. The more of the Black tower Daughters become channelers the less and less reasons for unification with the White Tower there is.
-
I wouldn't count on it. You have to get over 3,000 years of fear, hate prejudice for it to be common. Not to mention few normal men want to be bonded by Aes Sedai let alone the Asha'man. There is a lot of people who want this to become a thing so that there can be a grey tower but I don't think this will happen. Unlike the Asha'man the bonded Aes Sedai are basically under compulsion. If The Asha'man wanted to have female channelers in their tower they could just open up to women and force their bonded Aes Sedai to teach them. No need to join with the White tower. Also Asha'man have families and obviously some of their daughters will be channelers. Either the Asha'man can allow them to join the White tower or teach them themselves. I believe they would be more comfortable keeping them in the Black tower then them joining the White tower.

In BoM Wax is able to use veriest Allomantic powers after tapping the BoM. He didn't have any metal in his system to burn but was able to draw the investiture needed from the BoM itself. The same happened for Marasie. This would suggest that you don't need spare metal to tap an "allomantic mind" only rather to fill it. Edit- I have reread both those sections and found out that I was wrong. Marasi ingested metals which she burnt whilst tapping the BoM as well as Wax.

My understanding is when it is in flakes you perceive it as one piece of metal. You can differentiate the different types of metals but the same types you would view as one piece. With piercings you would know that there are desecrate units of metals in certain parts of your body. If you could those at the same time with that idea in mind you should be able to extract more power. It's a perception thing. Like everything in the Cosmere if you don't know you can do something with the power, well you just can't do it.

I think I have found a hack for Allomancers so that they can do multiply their power output similar to Feruchemist without the need for Duralumin. Currently Allomancers access their powers by ingesting metal flakes diluted in alcoholic solution. The rarely if at all utilize piercings (this seems to only be the domain of Feruchemist and compounders). This means that all the metal is in one spot (their stomach) and would be perceived as one piece (shaved flakes). Because of this no matter how much metal they swallow it will always burn at the same rate (normal rate or flare). We know that Allomancers can burn metals anywhere in their bodies so long as it is inside them. Quote Questioner So, would Allomancy work if the metals were a suppository? Brandon Sanderson That is theoretically possible, but gross... There's nothing special about the stomach. It's kinda getting it into your spirit, and things. If they where to use piercings I believe that they could multiply their power out put. I they were to put a pewter ear piecing on and burn that it would be the same as burning metal flakes in the stomach. If they were to then put on another earring on the other ear and burn that at the same time they would essentially double their power output. If they had four of five piercings on they could even contend with pewter Ferring in terms of strength. If this works the way I believe it does then imagine a full Mistborn wearing bracers like the LR that pierces his/her hands made of steel, iron, pewter and bendalloy. Sure you would have some sore wrist whilst you wearing them but its nothing some pewter can't heal back up when your finished with them.

Hitting bind points with a spike when someone is tied up is difficult itself. Now trying to hit a bind point, on a moving target, at a large enough distance that the Fullborn won't be suspicious is going to be damnation near impossible. You would need something like A-Atuim to have any chance of doing it with your first shot because one shot is all your going to get. Even then if your not skilled enough it doesn't matter how much Atuim you can burn you won't be able to hit the bind point.

Kaladin in the fighting pits. He takes a dead plate helmet and it wraps around his hand. He then uses it to defend against the opponents Shardblades. Renarin also wheres plate often but he is weird.
-
The problem with fighting a Fullborn is that they can compound fortune. Difficult to get the drop on them when they have the equivalent of rank EX luck. It's like trying to kill Matt Cauthon from the Wheel of Time except that he is now also an Asha'man.
-
It's amazing the amount of power a Misting/Mistborn can get from just some metal flakes. Maybe they should make some pill capsules filled with metal instead of diluting metal flakes in alcoholic solution. It will be easier to carry and if you drop it it won't smash and be useless.

It can wipe Metalminds if the article in the newspapers in BoM is to be believed. The articular when that monk finds Nazah and leeches his Shade gun shows that Chromium can drain other forms of Investiture again if you believe the articles. Draining a Metalmind requires physical contact with the Metalmind or if the Feruchemist is tapping when you leach them. And yes you are correct the more invested the Metalminds the more it will resist being leached. The reason I put the book quote up there was to show how fast Chromium can clear the average Misting/Mistbourn.

In the Stormlight Archives we see a certain character being able to use Spiritual Adhesion. Instead of sticking two things together using air pressure this character sticks two souls together using Connection. Because of this Spiritual Connection, information between the two souls could be shared like being able to understand the different languages the two souls spoke. My theory is that this can be applied to Allomancy. Steel and Iron Allomancy work by creating a Spiritual connection between the Allomancer and any nearby sources of metal. These connections can be percieved by the Allomancer as blue lines leading from what they perceive as their center of self to the nearby metals. Lets say this Allomancer is a Fullbourn just so this thought experiment is easier. The Fullbourn fills a metalmind and places it somewhere away from themselves. They then burn both steel and Iron. They see the blue lines coming from the metalminds that they filled and because the metalmind is keyed to them there is little interference. Because there is now a spiritual connection between the Fullbourn and the Metalmind, information should now be able to flow between them. I believe that because the Investiture is keyed to the Fullbourn they should now be able to spiritually pull the Investiture out of the Metalmind as if they were tapping it. The opposite also holds true they should be able to fill a Metalmind using steel to push Investiture through the spiritual connection between the Allomancer and the metal. Another application of this would be burning metals at a distance. As Brandon has stated there is nothing special about the stomach of an Allomancer. One can burn metals as long as it is inside the body because it is closer to your soul that way. Well what is closer to your soul then having a spiritual connection. If you were to burn Steel and/or Iron because of the spiritual connection created between you and the metal you should be able to burn that metal whether it is inside you or not. What do you guys think. Do you agree or disagree.

The only time we see Chromium being used on screen was on the train in BoM. The leecher throws the Allomantic grenade at Wax an within 1-2 seconds his metal reserves have been completely drained. Remember the grenade can only mimic the strength and time the original Allomancer was storing. "Something bounced down the hallway and came to a rest on the floor beside Wax, just outside the doorway in which he crouched. A small metal cube. He jumped back, fearing an explosion, but nothing happened. What had that been? And then he realized with deep, bone-chilling horror that he was no longer burning metal. There was nothing inside of him to burn. His steel reserves had-somehow-vanished. pg 128"

yey my point was there can be inept Radiants of higher orders. If I'm not mistaken didn't Brandon say that Shallan is further along in her oaths then Kaladin is. If so that would make her 4th oath Radiant that is doing her oaths all over again because, well she's Shallan. Returned can be killed through mundane means.
-
Just remember that Shallan as a kid reached the fourth oath.
-
Not really it just requires someone to have a lot of practice with Bendalloy. It's like the steel sight trick. You have to have used the metal for a long time. This usually tends to create savants because the longer you saturate your soul with Investiture the more likely your soul will change to suit that Investiture. As long as you aren't continually burning your metal every day and taking time off you should be able to reach this level of skill without becoming Spook.
-
No sorry I didn't see that WOB. Does it specify that all Elsecallers after a certain level of oaths can do the ranged Soulcasting or just that Elsecallers are better then Lightwevers and that really skilled ones can achieve this ability. If it is the former then we have no problem and your average Mistborn has no chance but if it is the latter then there is some wiggle room in this debate.
