  1. I believe I already put myself forward, but I am available.
  2. Ishar, no question in my mind about it.
  3. It's not just Odium, Ruin talks about Passion as well, and there are other shards that would.
  4. That's kind of what I've been working with so far. Also
  5. I am not done, but I'm loving it.
  6. They are commands, I can't Command you to independence, or Passion, but I could Command you to feel or Change. So yes, they probably have to be verbs.
  7. Neither Passion or Independence are verbs.
  8. TLM memes was only for while TLM was in the spoiler period, the same thing happened with RoW, once the spoiler period ended they closed the thread.
  9. Are they seriously talking about running again? Itzal thought, shoving the latest mercenary off of the railing, sending him to tumble down the entire tower, hitting the ground with a satisfying crunch. This is literally the most advantageous position we could find ourselves in. Itzal grabbed a spear from a fallen mercenary, and moved in front of the stairwell, the small entryway allowed only one of the mercenaries to fight him at once, and after they had just climbed the stairs under a hail of his sling stones, their morale was already low. Itzal grinned as the mercenary at the top of the stairs hesitated, a short ugly little guy, who was almost immediately pushed onto Itzal's spear by the mercenary behind him.
  10. I mean, maybe? I always thought that the steel doesn't care what direction it pushed the spores it just pushed them away from itself. So while there might be more steel at the front of the gun than the back, the steel at the back is closer, which would force everything towards the center of the barrel, as far away from the circumference as possible. Not to mention that the steel towards the front would be countered by the bullet. I don't see how that would slow it down, yes the bullet is(probably, do we know if iron is pulled towards spores, I feel like it shouldn't be, otherwise you couldn't sail with it but at the same time it does in Allomancy... I don't know) pulled towards the gas, but that would only come into play after the trigger was pulled, where the strongest pull would be from the gas closest to it.
  11. We have Sanderson memes already.
  12. Itzal howled like a madman, his eyes alight with a joy. It was rare that he got to see fighting first hand, and he was pleased with his results. His first stone took and advancing mercenary in the head, causing him to topple over. He would likely never be the same again, even if he survived. The common people underestimated the power a sling could provide, and it was much easier to learn than archery. "You had best run little ones, while you still have lives to preserve!"
  13. Telsin worried it might, but Harmony also said that she had no idea how powerful it really was.
  14. As you wish @Cinnamon @CalanoCorvus ... I remember a Tani, but they seem to have changed their username. @Channelknight Fadran could you help me out?
  15. They can literally just make one up, write down a set of guidelines on a piece of paper and swear to follow that. No it isn't, the second ideal is the ideal of justice, laws aren't mentioned in it at all. We do in fact know how it works, they choose a goal to acomplish, some form of personal crusade, and then they do it.
  16. They don't care about what law they follow, only that they follow A law.
  17. "Harmony, why aren't my powers working?" "Have you tried turning them off then on again?"
  18. Forget the squires the fourth ideal WIndrunner on their own wins, pretty much regardless of who has the gun, they just have their windspren fly over to the shooter and open up a vacuum around them, causing them to die as their blood boils and bursts through their skin. Honestly the only people that can last for more than a fraction of a second against a fourth ideal WIndrunner are other Radiants, gold compounders, and maybe Zephyr Aetherbound.
  19. Skybreakers quite easily could, in fact of all the orders they would be the most likely to do so, especially as their fourth ideal.
  20. I never once placed Windrunners as the order, in fact I never pinned it down to a single order, as it would transend all orders. It would be a problem that society must adress.
  21. Read my original post, it talks about how society must adapt. And it would not be a sinlge individual.
  22. He never went through with attacking Adolin either, yet Syl could still turn his powers off when he went to do it. The skybreakers under Nale would be okay with the pirate code in international waters, but you could swear exclusively to the code, and then it would always apply Who said anything about money or doing it as a proffession? I find no conflict between assassination and the first oath.
  23. I clearly could, so that's one already, and we have a sample size of what five people? At the peak some orders had thousands of members.
  24. No, it really doesn't, the oaths mean what the people holding them think they do, so long as the radiant themselves doesn't feel that an assassination violates that oath, it doesn't.
