Well there's not exactly a lot to make reads on. Though I will say looking at the "alive" players I don't think many of them have even voted. Not sure what that says but it's an observation.

Here's the thing: If your invention caused a problem, you can just invent something else to fix it.

I'd personally love it if the Yoki-Hijo made a return, it's definitely one of my favorite magic systems, though I don't know how much of a power boost it would be because TV dramas work... Somehow. Though I feel like using them as frontline fighters would be a massive tactical error. Their power set is more suited to mass production, especially with how long it takes them to actually bind the spirits.

The machine was also made from spirits so it was an artificial Yoki-Hijo in a sense. And I just had a thought, if TV dramas could work why on earth did none of the spirits escape before Yumi?

Personally I don't understand the reasoning. The Yoki-Hijo were necessary because no one else could bind the spirits no matter how skilled they were. But apparently you can just use TV dramas. Because.

Sure they do. All expended investiture returns to the SR, which is how Shards can be essentially infinite despite there only being a finite amount of Investiture.

That's like saying that if we made a battery that contained infinite energy, and plugged it into something it wouldn't be a PMM because once you took the battery out it wouldn't function, despite the fact that without interference it would run forever.

I have scoured the arcanum for hours, and have read almost if not all of the WoB's it contains, and with that I have a few general rules of thumb. 1. Don't ask about something if it's related to the plot, that will be RAFO'd hard and fast. Example: Will Kaladin fight Ishar in SA 5? Would be RAFO'd. 2. Try and frame it from a characters perspective as much as you can. Example: What would Khriss say if she was asked if it was possible to use Stormlight to fuel Awakening? Would probably get you a better answer than: Can you use Stormlight to fuel Awakening? 3. Try to avoid obscure topics, if Brandon doesn't know the answer, or if it would take too long for him to find it he will RAFO just to keep the questions moving. Example: If a Mistborn who had all the correct Connections tried to burn an alloy of Tanavastium, Atium and Tin what would happen? Would almost certainly be RAFO'd.

Ishar. He probably has the smallest page time, but I think the fact that he singlehandedly changed the community's perspective on Bondsmith powers from Stormlight generation and stuff, to the single greatest power short of Danwshards speaks to itself. He's probably the only villain other than Taravangian that actually caused me real fear.

I don't disagree, with anything you said, per se, but there isn't a lot I feel I agree with. Edit: DeTess is still my strongest elim read.

This had to have been a protector, as mind mages can't protect someone, and fighters need three charges in order to use their abilities, which makes today the first time they could do anything. I'll role claim, I'm a fighter mage, picking up my third charge today.

I'd say the cosmere is closer to Beyonders than Fablehaven, but alright.
