If you build it in the right spot you'll get stormlight from each passing highstorm. You can make them using Feruchemy and Awakening already.

Spren have geographic distributions, you will find more in some areas than others.

I'm seeing some of the extra lines as arms, or legs now that I look at it. giving a rough comparision between the symbols and the hemalurgic table I say this holds up.

Gem A is able to change the weight of it's side of the pulley, enabling it to become heavier or lighter as needed. When Gem B is at the top it is conjoined with it's pair, and gem A makes it's side lighter, causing gem B's side to fall, transfering that distance to it's conjoined gem. When gem B reaches the bottom it is disconjoined, gem A makes it's side heavier and gem B's side begins to rise. Fabrial clocks are powered by stormlight.

Frustration's Apparatus MK 2! Gem A contains a Mandras(the spren that make Greatshells lighter), and fabrial clocks adjust the way wires attatch to it modulating expression strnegth so that it forces the pulley to constantly move, alternating which side is at the top. Gem B is a simple conjoined gem, that is conjoined when it's side is falling, and disconjoined when it's side is rising. This is probably the cheapest way to make infinate energy using fabrails.

I was bored. I'm assuming that a chasmfiends gemheart is roughly the size of a basketball, which I don't find too unreasonable given the size of chasmfiends, and the way it's described makes it seem like they can be held in one hand or two. So that gives chamsfiends gemhearts a volume of roughly 7,104 cubic cm. Multiplied by an emerald density of 2.75 g/cm^3 equals 18,257.28 g. Now the mass of spheres is measured in mg with broams being 400 mg, so multiplying that by 1000 and dividing it by 400 we get that a gemheart is roughly equal to 48,840 emerald broams. But it gets better. Going by this WoB One clearmark is roughly a dollar. Now a clearmark is worth 5 diamond chips, while an emerald broam is worth 1000 So multiplying our 48,840 broams by 1000 and dividing it by 5 we have a chasmfiends gemheart as being worth approximatly 9,768,000 USD. Almost ten million dollars per gemheart. No wonder the highprinces fought so viciously over these things, and it puts a whole new perspective on Sadeas handing over a gemheart to prove he isn't in it for the money, he just handed over 10 Million dollars! With one of these falling every week or so the highprinces must have made billions of dollars during the war of vengence.

You would need a bondsmith if that's even possible. Lashings just do a direction, not towards an object. I've given some thoughts to ammo, and imagine painrail bullets. When they come into contact with an aboject they touch duralumin to the gem. If you get hit and somehow live, it will almost instantly render you uncontious.

The Recreance was the time when Honor started to behave differently. So based on the premise that the change in personality was caused by a change in vessels, it had to occur near the recreance.

Nohadon lived more than two-thousand years before the recreance. So unless he was a Dawnshard or found another way to extend his lifespan he wouldn't have been alive at the time.

I'd say that's probable.
