I think the windrunners and skybreakers were the first ones to use gravitation and hence the surge began to see itself as only accessible by those who had honor. So I guess being honorable is a key to access gravitation

So I think the gemstones in the fused spears have voidlight in em , and by absorbing small amounts of it in combat with radiants , they create a investiture differential which the Stormlight flows into. Much like how Spren are captured as per the epigraph. Hmm I wonder if the radiants could create devices that work in reverse , probably won't work since the fused hold investiture better and the radiants rely on shardweapons too much. MOST IMPORTANTLY : I'm really surprised the heavenly ones are so honorable since they aren't really analogous to windrunners. I wonder if the surges first being used by the windrunners and skybreakers has made such that the surges themselves have gained semi sentiance and warp the user even if they are half crazy fused. Perhaps the ppl , human and singer both saw that ppl who used gravitation were honorable and this became innate to the surges themselves or atleast to access the surges. Also I wonder what interactions if any they had with the Dysian simians guarding aimia. I mean one of them did kill off an entire ship in kazas interlude. I wonder if they would have been less hostile to radiants.

Ok so after reading chapter 2 and 3. I would say shallan is doing very well. Unlike most ppl I don't find it strange for one person to have three ppl within them but it does being some questions to mind. One, how does it affect thier spiritweb ? Like are they sharing one too much like how they share shallans body or is it like her spiderweb has expanded to thrive the size. Two , what would happen if odium were to use a duralumin spike on her ??? Would radiant and Veil seperate from and manifest discreetly in other bodies in whom the spikes are placed ? Three, how autonomous are they ? Now veil for example liked kal a lot. I imagine she can't be too happy with adolin of she truly is completely independent and equal of shallan. So would it be lead like an arrangement where 5 days shallan gets to be with adolin , the 5 days she gets to date kal or someone else ??? That would be amazing but I'm guessing that ain't happening. Four , is Shallan foreshadowing for Autonomy ? And We know bavadin has a similar but far more intense cognitive divergence thingy going on. I think we will learn a lot about Autonomy with how shallan deals with VnR . And total aluminium foil but could this foreshadowing itself foreshadow autonomy or one of her avatars meddling in Roshar , probably in the Stormlight era 2 ???

Also since the fused can copy surgebinding , could it possible for a human , namely moash to get forms of power. I mean , does one have to be a singer to access forms ? Vyre with decayform would be something. @Requiem17 nooooooooo. Also add some dialogues by adolin , Lopen and maybe rock too.

Kelsier was completely ok and so shocking. Szeth was ok too. Like it was an herald who pulled him back using what might be a very powerful gabrial or even a dawnshard. Besides it would have been sad if he were to just die like that . He deserves some happiness and oh his first words after resurrection were so heartbreaking. Like I laughed but then I felt bad for laughing. Jasnah was a bit annoying yes. I don't really understand y she couldn't have helped fight the ghostbloods. She did have a shardblade and risked shallan dying. Or perhaps shallan liquified the water before she could surprise the killers who thought she was dead. Ooooooooooo that would be amazing. But idk I think that will show up in taln and Ash's povs. I bet it will be someother event in the near future which will begin with the start of book 6

Hmmmm I mostly agree with quantus. But I did find this So in a highstorm perhaps it's possible. Also it mentions that more complicated stuff is harder to create. Like blood is easy. Fruit juice not so much. Now 4 of the essential crystals are aluminium oxides , 5 are silicates. They have small amounts of impurities , esp metals trapped . And the colour is esp important so I'm guessing it's like trying to create fruit juice. But diamond is easy I think. If the required Diamond is supposed to be clear , then we'll that's easy. It's just pure carbon atoms hyper bonded with each other. If so I think u could create diamonds in abundance. Given that lucentia the adjacent essence literally means clear or shining I'm guessing it's colourless. So should be easy to create. If it requires some colour then yeah might be hard. Then u have smokestone . We have no idea what it is. So that's a ambiguous thing. P.S : nalan and the skybreakers do sound like an awesome band. Hmm I'm just imagining him as the lead singer singing a heavy metal song without expression while szeth plays drums behind with his bloodshot eyes wide open and blinking as little as possible and with Nightblood screaming evil.
