I picked Harmony as he is the only Shard that we have seen who can fully describe various possibilities to the point where he is basically managing different universes.

All aviar have a couple of passive abilities that are basically always active. It can detect those.

Stormform is not "more powerful" in fact in some ways it might be worse then say Warform which can likely take more punishment from say falling to your doom. While mass/energy/investiture is conserved in the cosmere it wired stuff happens during soulcastings. Soulcasters are generally kept out of sight because of Vorin beliefs although you will eventually meet a few.

Their are 16 shards and 16 is an extremely important number in the cosmere(to the point where 17th shard is like black swan as in something that can't exist). It is also a planetary number 16 on scadrail. Most planets have them(like Roshar uses 10 for example).

Its fine. My point was that I don't think he could have interpreted them differently unless he was a completely different person. This was not a strategic choice. Discord would have left him freer to act but that has other problems. Same with most other alternatives I can think of.

First of all I am not sure that "choice" is the write word. We are working with Sazed's fundamental understanding of the world as he sees it he did not just decide "Harmony is the best I can do" on a whim or by deducing rationally that this was the best way. A different Sazed would certainly have seen things differently but this is not what happened. I personally think that Harmony was a good choice but that is based on my internal belief system which values independence in individual agents not any objective standard.

Did he not explicitly say that Cultivation was better?

It may be more difficult but I think a soulcaster is likely capable of punching through the coppercloud effect.

How? To the best of my knowledge their is no shard of good or evil. The shards are like natural forces. Morality is subjective.

He makes people Odious. Its the kind of angry that allows you to ignore pain and go after a goal at any cost. The kind of angry that dominates everything else and takes away all other feelings. Its the kind of angry that does not go away. He is also definitely not passion whatever he says. Ruin is entropy. He can only increase the disorder of a system. This might take the initial form of building but it does not increase stability. A vessel can act differently but that takes imminence strength of will.

I think he sort of have it backwards. A shard can only act according to its intent ie Odium can only make people angry he can't make them happy for example(thats why Kaladin says that Odium will never give Amaram peace). I see no reason though why angry people would make Odium stronger although he probably does like it when people are angry.

We see surgebinders put stormlight back into gemstones throughout the series.

If I had to hazard a guess I think that Wit would have at some point had a conversation with Jasnah similar to the ones he had with Dalinar, Kaladin or Shallan(before they decided about radiance). I also think that Jasnah being Jasnah would probably learn that Wit aka Hoid is extremely old and has knowlege of all three realms from hints dropped during this conversation or research afterward.

Ruin is about entropy and increasing total disorder of a system. I do not think that the shard Ruin would realy want to make a cold region. Also every action that Sazed takes must use both intents simultaneously. This is one reason he does not tend to do much.

If you look closely Kaladin does note the professionalism of Sadea's carpenters and the materials they are made from. Dalinar tries to make bridges himself that can take more weight unsuccessfully. The march was likely quite boring. The project would have allowed her something to do. Her avoiding thinking when her life is on the line is a defense mechanism that she developed for various reasons and is part of what attracted Pattern to her.

You are conflating ordinary spren with Nale bond worthy ones. Considering that captain Ico and Syl both new each other fairly well limits the spren population considerably.

Everything in the Cosmere has gained a "flavor" and is controlled by one of the shards. The powers of creation were Adonalsium and are now the shards.
