I'm thinking about getting the adventure game as an add-on, and maybe one or two of the expansions. People who have played the adventure game: Which expansions would you recommend? Also, there's the option to get all of them as PDF, would that be worth it? I generally prefer to have a physical book for running games, but does anyone have experience running this one with just the PDF? Thanks in advance =)

Thank you for the warm welcome Mistborn was the first of Brandon's books I've read, so it has a special place in my heart. I liked that we got viewpoints of the different characters and got to see their varied struggles with the final empire and what followed, how they kept going despite all the setbacks. I particularly liked the relationship between Vin and Elend at the end of the trilogy. Also, I love well defined magic systems. Especially with Allomancy and Feruchemy, Brandon is the master of telling us all the rules and then finding ways to apply them in new and surprising ways. And finally, I love listening to Michael Kramer narrating the audiobooks (also in other novels, expecially Stormlight together with Kate Redding). It is hard to tell who my favourite character is, it usually changes depending on what I've last read. But one of my all time favourites is Jasnah Kholin.

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum, I've been listening to the Shardcast for some time now and have decided to sign up for the forum. I'm a huge Sanderson fan, I've read (or listened to the audiobooks of) almost all of his published books, and I am still trying to understand all the Cosmere connections. My favourite series is the first Mistborn trilogy.
