They cannot. However a Lifeless with enough breath could draw a Nightblood equivalent for some time. Glorysinger drew Nightblood once during the battle of twilight falls and destroyed an entire army. Image 5 of those which can be used at no consequence or personal risk to the person giving the orders.
I am inordinately proud of this one and the theories I was able to make from it. Basically that radiant oaths follow a pattern across 9 of the 10 orders. I used it to try and deduce the future oaths of those nine orders only leaving out the unique Lightweaver order.
Safehand is the left hand. As too why. Modern people would say modesty, Brandon is interested in taboo, and historically it is because Roshar has gender dynamics built around shardblades of all things(humans are weird).
These are not mutually exclusive. Mistborn can burn both atium and Trellium(there is a WoB somwhere) so they should be able to burn ettmetal. However it will probably blow up before it can be burned successfully. Also you double posted this thread by accident.
Rock says that he has "special gifts and blessings" that presumably relate to his singer heritage and the fact that his home is a perpendicularity. I personally think that Rock is the human equivalent of a ryshadium. Basically he has some kind of spren bond that increases his strength and lets him see shadesmar. This should be answered in Rock's novella which is a primary reason I was hopping for it earlier but we might get it sooner in WoR.
So in an outline of our inverse WoKs we have Rlain subbing for Kaladin as our main PoV with a secondary as Eshonai both people forced into something they do not want and are not ready for with a side of Venli(and maybe her once mate) as an inverse Shallan getting what she wants at the cost of what she feels she should believe in.
Vin at the time only knows 13. The 10 she learned with Kel that all Mistborn know +1 for his eleventh metal. She learns aluminum when it is used on her so that makes 12 and she learns duralumin by deducing that aluminum has an opposite making 13. So yeah it is a typo.
