  1. You act like my statement about the role distribution of the elim team is fact, when in reality it’s a total guess. After seeing the lynch on Striker and Sarts death and they both flip village I’m starting to think that there is only one player of each role, and maybe a two of some. In all of the alignments. So if there are twenty four players, and probably 5-6 elims. Assuming that there is around 12-13 Radiants, I think a more accurate guess is that the elims have 2-3 Radiants. Remember my guess cycle one was based off of very little knowledge, but after seeing the two people who have died so far flipping vanilla, I’m going back on what I said before. Thank you for seeing the logic behind my words, and being the only one to acknowledge my response so far. If you’re wondering why it doesn’t sound like me, it’s because I really don’t want to die. So I put a lot of effort into that post to try and make it seem as logical and reasonable as possible to accurately get my thoughts to everyone. I may have eaten a large sum of ice cream, so the sugar might have something to do with the quality of the post as well. Yes, I can see this. But also, would I risk such an obvious play? I mean if you noticed it only a few minutes after Mat posted, so I’m sure that the other elims, if they are in the right mind that is, let elim!Ventyl go through with the idea. I mean, storms, would any elim team, in the right mind, let me do what I’ve done? Maybe if I was Aman, but I’m nowhere as skilled/clever as them. This is my true defense against me being elim. In LG66, sure I roleclaimed. But I only did in PMs. The only reason I did it in thread was because Ashbringer forced it out of me basically. What I’m trying to say is that, if I was an elim, would I actually be going for plays this risky. Not to mention I’ve misunderstood things twice now, if I had teammates, wouldn’t they have told me about my mistakes before I made the post? At this point Gears, I’m not as suspicious of you. I still think there is a possibility of you being an elim, but I also think there is a chance of you being a villager. So right now, my vote on you is more of a self preservation vote. DISCLAIMER: I still want to lynch Gears, I’m just a little more hesitant about it now.
  2. Considering that TJ already answered the first two, I’ll answer the last two. 3. My thinking was, if I give away some of my role, piece by piece then the people that push strongly for my lynch, could be elims. Because, what elim team wouldn’t want to kill a very likely village Radiant? So, I did think it’d be a great way to start a lot of discussion about who to lynch. Which I generally think is bad for elim teams, because it makes it harder for them to hide, because they’ll have to contribute or they’ll be seen as suspicious. But them contributing also gives them a chance of slipping up and being able to be lynched. 4. If you see a perfect way to guarantee a village KR gets lynched, wouldn’t you do it? If you see that if you defend someone who as roleclaimed while knowing that you’ll die and flip elim, it would make that person seem very suspicious. So, I don’t know if it was him just trying to get me lynched Day 1 since I’m his brother or if he was actively trying to make me look super suspicious. If it’s the latter, than I’ll be very angry at him when the game ends.
  3. Wait, Fifth hasn’t posted? That was a mistake! I knew someone had only made like one to two post, and I thought it was Fifth. But after looking back I realize that it was Kynedath who I meant to give that read too! Welp, if I wasn’t dying before, I’m dying now after I made this mess up. And just like how I misunderstood the rules, no one will believe me about this either.
  4. Hey, I wasn’t lying, I misunderstood the rules... what does no one understand about that!
  5. Alright, I’ve gone a little insane for my first game idea. It’s a Rosharan Role Madness Game with Hidden Rules. The concept is Bridge Four v.s the Skybreakers. There is also a Store, with Spheres/Stormlight Charges. I got a lot of inspiration from your LG, Straw. Anyways here is the link to the rule doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/18zfJEex4dm0Bh4eWG0sHuLBac-WlmyghQUof7JDAgJk/edit I may post the hidden rules here, but I feel like that would ruin it for anybody who would wish to play the game. So I’ll just tell you, Vyre and Nale have secrets, and Yelig-nar’s gemstone is kind of OP.
  6. Wow, I’m not dying? Is this an elim trick and I’m actually going to be vote manipulated into the lynched? I don’t know. @Straw can we get another vote count? Here, I’ll post my reads as of right now. If anyone wants an explanation, I’m going to be doing stuff for a game I’m thinking about running, so I probably won’t be able to respond until next turn. I’ll give my explanation on Gears though, considering they are my main suspect right now. Gears: Elim. They’ve seemingly tunneled on me this entire game. Normally, I’d say that’s pretty NAI or even Village, but they’ve done some questionable things along with it. Namely, last turn they acknowledged that they were tunneling and that they’d look for another lynch target. This turn though, after a few people had basically said that they would want to lynch me, they suddenly change their mind. This seems like an elim seeing the village still pushing for a lynch, and realizing that they could seem a lot like a villager if they went along with the majority of people and go back to trying to kill me. TJ Shade: Slight Elim. Elbererth: Very Slight Elim. Lahilt: Neutral Leaning Elim Ashbringer: Neutral Leaning Slight Elim Xinoehp512: Null Zillah: Null Silberfaben: Null Kynedath: Null Illwei: Null Frozen Mint: Null Fifth: Neutral Leaning Slight Village Devotary: Neutral Leaning Slight Village Joe: Neutral Leaning Slight Village Araris: Neutral Leaning Slight Village Pyro: Neutral Leaning Slight Village Truthwatcher: Neutral Leaning Slight Village Orlok: Neutral Leaning Village Eternum: Neutral Leaning Village Magestar: Very Slight Village Matrim: Slight Village
  7. I’ll guarantee that I flip village! I’ll bet 10 actual dollars that I do.
  8. Gears TJ Shade Is no one going to point out that they, only a single turn ago said they would not lynch me? And now are contradicting themselves? I’m honestly so frustrated about this entire situation! At this point I give up, if y’all want to lose your Edgedancer, have fun being killed by Gravitation boosted elims for the rest of the game! I don’t see any other way to convince y’all I’m not an elim, so at this point I’m going to be offline for the rest of the turn. If I somehow live through this and Gears lives, I’m sure they’ll find some other reason to get me killed. I sincerely hope that whenever I flip village though, I get apologies, and that y’all lynch Gears and TJ, because I feel like it’s obvious one of them is an elim trying to get a mislynch on the village Edgedancer.
  9. Straw said it takes up my charges? So me misunderstanding the roles makes me an elim? EDIT: At this point it seems like TJ and Gears are trying to find any way possible to get me mislynched.
  10. Hmm, well. Kill TJ Shade when I flip village, alright? EDIT: Also, did anyone alignment scan me as I asked? I don’t have any more charges, so you’ll be sure it went through.
  11. Alright, my Squiring worked! Also why would they kill Sart? Anyone have any idea what this means? Also, I’m confused by the lack of PMs, does this mean we have an inactive Lightweaver or Truthwatcher.
  12. Yes, but then I wouldn’t get another chance to, because y’all would kill me!
  13. Yes, but still, if my Squiring doesn’t work we lose one of my Surges.
  14. I think if we do, it would give a lot of information. For instance, if he flips elim then it probably clears Gears. If he doesn’t then I get lynched anyways. If he flips elim!Bondsmith then the elims have probably lost their main source of vote/action manipulation. If he flips elim, but not Bondsmith, then we know that the elims have some sort of vote manipulation. If flips elim!Truthwatcher/Edgedancer then we get rid their protection, because I doubt they have two. If he flips elim!Windrunner, then they no longer have Gravitation, which basically means we win (Assuming he doesn’t Squire, or if he does, they don’t get Gravitation). If he flips village as any of these roles, then we are in trouble, but the game isn’t completely lost. It’s a high risk, high reward situation.
  15. I think either way could indicate elim!Gears. If you weren’t active when TJ claimed then you couldn’t have changed your vote. So you would’ve thought that the tie would still be happening. Though, if you are village, I don’t think retracting your vote was a bad play at all. At the time there was suspicions on both TJ and Stiker, so instead of trying to figure out which one is an elim (if the both aren’t elims, which no one seems to think is possible), you leave it up to the RNG. In all honesty, I think that the next lynch target should be TJ. No one seems to consider that their elim!Bondsmith who saved themselves. Or that their is another elim!Bondsmith and TJ is a Knight just not a Bondsmith that the elims wanted to save. And if they are willing to go through this much trouble for it, he’s probably a valuable elim role. For instance he could be a Windrunner. He could also be an Edgedancer or Truthwatcher, and they don’t want to lose their protection role. So I think the best courses of action right now are either we lynch TJ tomorrow. Or, the village!Skybreaker or Dustbringers kills TJ tonight. Perhaps both to be safe if the have a Knight with Progression. EDIT: ninja’d by Ashbringer, who said what I meant way better than I did
  16. These posts give me waaay too much credit. It was intentional for the reason Joe gave, but I really did it just to get reactions out of people. Though part of the plan isn’t working... but I did spark a lot of conversation. if I don’t die tonight from a Gravitation boosted kill. Then everything will be very nice! Hopefully... Anyways, right now, my elim reads are on Gears and Elbereth. I can’t really give TJ an elim read after they did the same thing I’ve done, no can I? Elbereth is more of a gut read, she has just seemed a little suspicious to me all around. Gears however... In LG66, I said that I think that whoever gives useful advice or creates discussion to the village, is probably village. Well so far, Gears hasn’t really done anything but game analysis and tunnel on me. Now this could easily be new player syndrome, but I don’t think it is. This post is the main reason for my suspicions. Although he’s defending me, which I don’t mind because I’d not like to die, he starts doing it way too quick after previously tunneling me. This seems a lot like an elim who after they see that the lynch on me is dying down, realizes that they should go along with what the village is doing. Along with the fact that Striker’s vote on Gears could have easily been elim distancing, this is what gives me a lot of elim vibes from them. EDIT: The one flaw in this is that they let the tie on Striker happen. Though, this could be elim Knight!Gears and other elims basically saying they don’t need roleless person. That’s just me tinfoiling, but it could be something to look into if anyone role scans Gears and they come up as a Knight. Though, an alignment scan would probably be easier anyway.
  17. Well if the Squire gets my less useful Surge, Abrasion, then my role isn’t really kept alive.
  18. I don’t want to squire, because then I can’t save myself... so would someone protect me? Maybe...
  19. This is true... hehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehehhehehehehehehehehehehehehehheheheheheheheh
  20. I don’t think I should squire actually. You seem quite adamant about having me squire. Is this elim!Gears trying to get a kill on me? Thoughts anyone?
  21. Well, I mean I never claimed my actual role... I just said I’m not a Willshaper... ———————————————————————————————————————————————————— Valas was shocked that the women that was supposed to become her sister in law, was a Diagrammist. Sure, she had never really been interested in the politics of her family, but still. The women her younger brother was to marry, a Diagrammist. Could her brother be one too? No, he just had poor taste in women. Which was not a new fact know to Valas. Though Bavenor had always said she’d had bad taste when marrying Lafay, but he didn’t know the full story behind her husband. The man had died than been brought back by a similar force to Honor and Cultivation. Which he’d said was called Harmony, who was two Shards combined into one. He’d come to Roshar to explore the Cosmere, and when he’d somehow bonded a Lightspren he’d drunk himself into despair. Valas had found that odd, usually when one bonded a spren they were anything but sad, so she’d gone and drank with him. She eventually got him drunk enough to spill some of his secrets, and when he said, “I wish I’d never come to this rusting planet,” It had immediately caught her attention. After a year of her desperate attempts, he’d finally caught on and married her. She loved him. And when this war is over, she’d convince him to show her the Cosmere.
