    I don't believe this alters your perception of time, simply the way that time moves relative to you. This is similar to allomantic bendalloy, but without the restricting bubble and able to be done at greater speeds. This is the basis for my opinion

    I sincerely doubt that Odium would allow one of his minions to fight against him. Furthermore, the Sibling seems to have been "running" Urithiru even during the time between desolations. 10 is a specific number on Roshar, but the number 9 seems to be specific to Odium. For example, the 9 Unmade, who are Odium's splinters, and the 9-based centricity of Braize compared to the 10-based greater Roshar system. We also have this WOB:

    I noticed in the browser Safari certain images don't appear at all zoom ranges, but it appears to work in chrome. For future reference, each square is roughly 220x220.     I think that its possible they all act independently, but are all focused on generating Autonomy. I don't think that they can directly oppose the will of their shard, but the method in which autonomy is achieved may be a source of difference between avatars, causing conflict. However, we know that the Shard of Autonomy likes meddling in the affairs of other planets, which Trell is doing, so I wouldn't be surprised if the shard does direct the actions of all avatars.
