Can we assume that all the "avatars" share the same ideals? Their intent is "Autonomy" after all. I wouldn't be surprised if some avatars worked in direct contrast to one another.

We've met Lopen's family, I'm reasonably certain that they aren't royal, but Lopen was temporarily. On the other hand he seems to be related to everyone Herdazian somehow, so there's a fair chance. https://coppermind.net/wiki/Lopen This contains most if not all of the information we have on Lopen at this point.

So there's a lot of WOB's. I was thinking there should be a place where people can put their favorite (funniest/most informative/coolest) Wob's they've found. Currently I'm a fan of: (spoilered for length)

I figured it was supposed to count how many times other people had looked at your profile. Not yourself artificially increasing that number.

What would the other Shards be?

Um, didn't you already post this? -
I’m pretty sure Hoid is just baffled because nobody has hugged him in a while. He’s surprised that somebody actually likes him. In the words of Adolin, hugging Hoid, “It’s just not done”

No, I understood the principle, I was just confused as to why you said eight copies as opposed to some other number.

Nightwatcher Boon/Bane (Game)

Granted, but for every answer you lose a childhood memory. I wish that my next curse applied to both me and the giver of the curse. -
Can you explain your reasoning on this? edit: If you did get a certain number of memories back, I think it would be 16. I have this sneaking suspicion that compounding increases the power 16 times. The only measurements we’ve gotten have been “tenfold” so sixteen times would be close enough for that, and it would fit into a the whole “law of sixteen” thing.

When Koloss harvest from the bodies of dead Koloss, they do not reuse the skin of the Koloss, they simply reuse the spikes. The skin, I believe, grows from the host human from the areas the spikes are implanted soon after the spiking is completed.

Well, welcome then. Do you have a favorite Sanderson book/series? Also beware of spoilers on this site.

If you are on your own profile, every time you refresh the counter adds one to your profile views. This seems strange.

Guess That Cosmere Character! Forum Edition!

Cobble? -
How exactly do you plan on going about this? As far as I know compounding destroys a metalmind, and releases the stores of the metalmind. When tapping a copper mind, the memories are returned to YOUR mind, not stored. I figure that compounding copper either gives you the memory back more clearly, or lets you retain it permanently. Either way I fail to see how you use it to fill a coppermind. As for the Subsumer question, I assume they will need a balanced diet, but I we just don't think we know enough yet to answer that.
-
My current theory is that compounding copper imprints the memories stored in the coppermind back into your brain permanently. I don't believe that either of these things would occur when compounding, as when you compound you are burning/destorying the metalmind and releasing the stores, not adding new stores to the metalmind. Edit: If you respond to this, do it in the topic you just made, not this one.

A coin-shot boosted pewterarm round should definitely be enough to shatter shardplate. Furthermore, Scadrial has another advantage over Roshar in that airships are becoming a thing. I reckon that the equivalent of missiles or other explosive projectiles will be coming soon in Scadrial's history.

We know that Shardplate can be cracked by blunt objects, so I figure that a barrage of coinshots sending blunt metal objects at fast speeds would be able to take out a shardbearer from afar. At this point, allomancers would be able to get their own Shardplate from the bodies of the fallen, and groups of Thugs in Shardplate could take out Rosharan shardbearers with massive clubs. Surgebinders in shardplate may be a different story, however.

As far as I can tell its "brings total obliteration" but spreading tiaras obliteration works too.

It’s the goat that made the Kessel run in less than twelve parsecs. I’ve outrun Imperial goats. Not the local bulk goats, mind you. I’m talking about the big Corellian goats, now. She’s fast enough for you, old man. (The Millennium Goat)
