Shana smiled apologizing at him. "Sorry. You startled me. I can be a bit harsh sometimes, and we just had a fight yesterday. Thank you for the tickets, that wouldn't have been neccessary." She offered him her hand, feeling sorry. "Welcome. I didn't know we'd get a second bondsmith next to Doc. I thought you're spread out over the world."

Shana slowly relaxed, he seemed to be harmless. More or less. "So you arrived here and just decided to help me along?" She asked and then shook her head. It couldn't be helped now. And a second bondsmith would be helpful. "Yeah, well. I'm Shana. I've lived here for a while. Will you move in with us?"

Max sighed tiredly and she had to smile at him, despite everything what happened, or the part where she was tired as well. He was here, and sometimes, like she'd done now, she realized that it was enough, that it was everything she needed. "Why should they arrest him? We never accused him of anything. Which reminds me - I should inform Lusk. It was never really settled if what happened falls under our jurisdiction or not, but he should know." "Still I'd prefer if we knew something about him, before we stirred up a lot of attention to the matter. Some unknown guy attacked us sounds terrible and I think we should care about how we look, how we are perceived."

Shaking her head she replied, "Let's gather more information first. I don't think they would believe us anyway, with the Waiter and what happened with the army." She sighed and added. "There's a war between the Diagramists and the Keeper's brewing, PlasmaCore is stiring things up as well. I don't want to spread our remaining forces too thin."

Same here. I thought you'd change the fight, not the walking away part. I'm confused. Where is everybody right now? @Vargo Seldon @Chasmfiend#1 Don't worry about it. Irl is always more important.

Stuttgart. Around two hours away from me. That could work. I need to call them and ask regarding the tickets. =============== Edit: In case anybody is interested in going to Stuttgart. There are no tickets for that event, you simply drop by. If you want to get a place where you can sit down, they recommend to come by around 4pm. They will let anybody into the store though, the guy on the phone was pretty relaxed. After another call with @Rhapsody we decided to go there. @Winds Alight

Lizanne observed the exchange, slowly edged over to Lisa, unsure what to do with the situation. She grimaced when her leg protested again, she needed to sit down, give it some time to recover, but that was not an option right now. The Hellbent guy was easily the most dangerous, but the others, none of them would wait for her, they would all sacrifice the weakest part of the chain. So she needed to stay alert, to make sure she wasn't left behind.

Althea took his hand, tightened her fingers around his comfortingly. "He seemed to know what he was doing. We should prepare for all kinds of technological traps. But that's good. I can dispose of most technology easily."

Mahad looked back at Glint and slowed down, when he realized the other spren wasn't keeping up. Strange, he should have been able to do so easily. And Shana was doing strange things as well, but at least she was happy. Probably she'd found a new wall to climb. ================== He cupped her face in his hands and wrapped her second arm around his waist as well, not willing to let go. It was strange to feel his fingers on her cheek and neck, but the good kind of strange, the one that made her heart jump and her set her skin aflame. She hadn't been that close to anybody in years and it felt good, it felt right to be able to close her eyes and trust him, have him hold her. ”I love you.” His voice, the way he spoke those words, she looked at him happily, earnestly. "I love you, too." She leaned forward to kiss him again, when she heard a voice from behind. "Called it!" Startled she whirled around, stepped out of Ben's embrace. She didn't know the grinning teen and protectively kept her body between him and Ben. "Who are you?" She asked coldly, lifted her hands to a high guard, while moving her right leg backwards, bending the knee slightly. @Wyndlerunner

"He blew them up." Althea kept her voice neutral, careful to push the memory of the bloody heap in Shadesmar far away. Look. That's him. She offered a memory of Vesuvius, standing outside of their gates.

Amara threw the coin into the air. "Tails. Right it is." She looked right, down the narrow alley and sighed. "Doesn't look exactly like a place where I want to go. But the the whole quarter doesn't."

Lizanne slowly walked around the room, continued to inspect the ceiling, the wall. Wine cellar. She made sure she didn't turn her back to the others, but tried to get a good look at everything in the room. Maybe there was a trap door, or a fake wall. A hidden department. Something, a wine cellar was perfect to hide something else.

"Probably. But I wouldn't do it in your place, but then, who am I to tell you what to do. I simply don't like people like," She made a gesture indicating the room, the bling, "That."

Amara nodded. "Let's throw a coin for the direction?" She asked and pulled one out of her pocket.

Althea followed Max gesture, leaned against him, her head on his shoulder. A part of her cringed at Devaan watching, but a larger part was glad to be close to Max, to accept his comfort. "I don't know." She answered. "I'll have someone look through our reports, maybe we know something about him." She fell silent waited for Devaan to answer, ignoring the part where he'd slapped himself. Two souls in one body, that was prone to end up complicated.

"It's my responsibility to tell the families. But you can come along if you wish to." She replied almost softly. He'd known, and hadn't told her? Why? What were his reasons, there - She stopped herself, she'd decided to trust him and so she would. "You can take him down though. Max already offered to help me kearn how to wield a weapon, but until then - I guess the chance that you kill him is better than if I try." Althea put a piece of cake on their plates, took a bite and thought about Vesuvius. "But if possible, tell me when you leave. I'm not sure yet, but maybe I'd like to accompany you."
