Mara saw things. Flashes. She started shaking. This was so similar to when Max had supertapped fear into her, but so different. This was something else. “Max!” She shouted. “What’s the answer to the riddle of red? What’s the answer to the riddle of red!?” “Uhh...” Max fiddled with his notebook, finding the red riddle. “It doesn’t say there’s an answer!” He shouted back. “It just says that you need to know Devotion and Dominion.” “Well, obviously there’s an answer,” Mara replied. “Because the rusting voice in my head is asking for it!” Trying to stabilise herself on a nearby stool, Mara thought of who the riddle could be referring to. Devotion and Dominion. Imposter of the dead. She was only half sure the riddle was referrin to Solace, but she would do anything to get the voice out of her head. “Solace!” She yelled to the voice. “It was Solace, but you didn’t ask for that. You asked for an answer, though there isn’t one. We just need to know Devotion and Dominion. But I’ve never known Dominion.” Max watched intently, choosing to neglect mentioning he had, when he had controlled that spiked. It had been horrendous. @Nohadon

Max wrote the odd phrases down, Mara behind him. “Devotion and Dominion,” she repeated. The twins looked towards each other. Despite their squabbles, they still loved each other. Devotion. Dominion, however. The word made Max think of the man he’d controlled, the man with the spike. He knew Dominion, sort of, in a loose way. The Green cup was confusing. An assassin with a legacy? Max knew a lot of the Ghostbloods, but he’d never heard many documents of one dying. They were pretty powerful as was. But one did. And he’d left a legacy too. “You don’t honestly believe Rashan Caer is a part of this riddle, do you?” Mara read his mind, picking up the Scadrian whisky and shaking it. “I found this riddle in Master Sheonar’s statue pocket,” Max said, shrugging. “They used to be friends, right? So it makes sense.” The Aons said they needed to go East, just as they said North for the Red, and they said they needed to know Rashan’s legacy. But Rashan hadn’t had any belongings he left behind, had he? Only the twins, who he’d saved. And last, the blue. Max guessed it was Master Sheonar, but Mara said it could also be Master Kane. Apparently only knowing who the Blue was would activate it, so they left it as it was. “Hey,” Mara said, putting the whisky down and picking up the red glass. “What do you think happens if I drink this?” “I don’t really think you sh-” “Too late!” She downed the glass. @Nohadon

I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking but if it involves any sense of self-harm then You’ve said you will use A Theory of Justice on the gate, but I don’t know what using a book on a gate means. You’ve said you’ll protest, make a scene. If that’s what you want to do, and you have a group of people with the same beliefs, fine. But taking all the medication they gave you at once? Potentially self-harming? No, no no. Please don’t. I don’t know what else to say, here, though. *hugs*

Wait a sec. At the time you wrote this only Elandera, Snip, Bort, Rath and PK made their guesses. That’s 5 people. In a game of 16 players, that means we have 11 guesses, not 9. Taking one out for the murderer, because we all know she exists, that’s still 10 guesses left, not nine. Obviously, we do have nine now, what with Joe’s accusation, but at the time you wrote that you wouldn’t know. It sounds like you know something the rest of us don’t, Meta.

You Know You're a Sanderfan When...
I think I am here. replied to Shardbearer's topic in General Brandon Discussion
When you only read the first part of the post but think the same thing. When you take 4.5 minutes staring at a post because you don’t know who the OP is referring to by the Rock of they’re not referring to Rock. Then it hits you. -
The thing is, when it comes to a Shard, it’s not so much how much power they have than how much they can take out at once. So, while I agree with RShara in that ‘conventional’ means would probably do next to nothing to a Shard (since it’s a projection), you’ve brought up Nightblood, who I believe is a special case. Now, even though Nightblood wouldn’t be counted ‘conventional’ by me, you have to understand that since Nightblood cuts through all three Realms abd actually eats Investiture, he actually is doing damage on a spiritual level. Another thigh you’d need to understand is that any physical manifestation of a Shard’s power is probably an atom in the bucket compared to their real power. So while Nightblood may be able to take away some of a Shard’s power forever, it won’t matter. There’s the fact that a WoB sas that Shard’s has infinite power, and that the rate of drawing that power is what limits them, so realistically, any attack, however spiritually damaging, won’t matter because the Shard will always have Infinity. In conclusion, no.

Add a Goat, Ruin a Quote

“The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the goat he didn’t exist.” ~~~ “The greatest trick the Goat ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.” ~~~ “The greatest goat the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist.” ~~~ “The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t goat.” ~~~ And now: “The greatest goat the Goat ever pulled was convincing the goat he didn’t goat.” Masterful.- 1011 replies

Yeah, there’s not much description to tell. Personally, I always imagined Kokerlii as kind of large (read: fat), so almost like a small swan, with multiple colours. So like a tropical swan. Sak always looked like a falcon in my eyes. Wait a second, just remembered: Didn’t Arcanum Unbounded have a picture? Let me check, and then edit it in if I’m right. EDIT: There we go.

Connectionspren? Assuming it exists. Ryshadium need it to adapt and live on Roshar (connection to rythms a side-effect) and spren would need it for the same reason any spren needs a bond. Compared with other spren we’ve seen, I don’t think Connectionspren is that big of a stretch. EDIT: Connectionspren also explain how one has to bond (Connect) to the Ryshadium to mount it, and how they can’t be chosen like normal horses. Another Connection side effect.

But what about Aon Aon? I know it’s not a murder weapon or evidence but I really feel I’m getting close. No, wait! BEHEADING! oh. my. god I just figured it out. I know my purpose. Beheading would obviously be an accident, no? Duh, no one purposely beheads someone, it’s usually an accident, like in the case of Einstein or whatever. And I know what you’re thinking: “But what about the necessity?” We’ll, I’ve got an answer. What if the murderer had a loan to the victim? It would be his NEED to kill the victim to be free of the loan It all clicks. Hit on corpse: head: Obviously fits. Footprints: Fits Everything fits! Wow! Coupled with Fashion Magazine as evidence and I think I just might be onto something here. And remember: I may or may not be the witness, which means I may or may not be subtly hinting to at least one actual murderer/murder tool. Trust me, I bet the elims are so confused right now. (Also, trust me here. I would lay off Randuir and Droughtbringer for the time being)

"Huh," Max said, spotting the three glasses. "Three spirits." "They've all got fingerprints on them," Mara chimed in. "And that one has something at the bottom." Looking at the jug of Horneater White, Max carefully spilled the contents of the cup onto the floor, revealing what was inside.

"And that is why, without a doubt in my mind, I am 100% sure that Walin is the murderer," Itiah VII proclaimed his 40th accusation today, a bottle of whiskey in one hand, and a stick he found on the ground in the other. Taking another swig, only adding to his drunken stupor, Itiah stood on his spanreed for extra height, pointing his stick at the murderer. Everyone stilled. "Who's Walin?" One of them asked. Oh yeah, Itiah thought, chugging another bottle and bringing up the next. We're all in a game. "I mean Higsedal." Gasps erupted from the crowd, another NPC stepping forward. "You've claimed to be the witness. You've made everything more complicated. You've accused a dozen and a half people in ridiculous ways. Why should we believe you now?" "Because I'm right." At that, Itiah VII took another drunken chug, swaying heavily side-to-side as he pondered whether it was possible to escape his existence, and become more than words on a page. Stupid thoughts. Itiah knew that. Yet he still wondered. It gave him a sort of purpose, and Itiah was sure sooner or later his writer would use it as a clunky exposition tool. He was right. But he drank, and he accused, and he laughed. Who cared if your life ended as soon as the game did?

Happy to oblige. There are some murder methods I have that are still suspious (Dakhor Ritual etc.) which I don't want you guys to waste your guesses on. Besides, have you all considered Aon Ehe as the murder tool? I think I may be onto something here. Will provide more details later. Also, I don't see how I've made the game all that more confusing for anyone but the elims. The Investigators just have to solve the murder, witness is getting protected (or is it me???), and I'm nor hindering any of that. The only reason you'd be overly confused is if you were an elim.

Hello everyone! I would like to confess something! I am the Witness! I know. Shocking, right? Well, it's true, and throughout my (admittedly crazy) posts there's some actual truth that may or may not link to the assassins. But I know what you're thinking: If I'm the witness, then I've pretty much doomed the game by admitting it. Incorrect! You, see, what I've started is a highly complex IKYK with the elims. They'll only have one guess for witness, so they could guess me, or they could think I'm just covering up for someone else, or they could guess that a real witness would never reveal themselves, and that's what I'm counting on. Or maybe it's not. IKYK for the win! So, yeah. I am admitting this to say that my crazy posts may have some truth, and also to IKYK with the elims, as they won't know whether I'm actually the elim, or covering up, or pretending to cover up, or pretending to pretend to cover up in order to cover up my own role! Ok, confession over. (but seriously, I was trying to make my posts deliberately far-fetched so the murderer would think I was the witness instead of the actual one, but I didn't want you to waste all of your guess on me, hence the admission (or is this all a lie to fool the elims??))
