Just going to point out real quick that we now have full confirmation of the communications subset, and also Venture was the second (sort of) EBI agent to come from said subset. Anyways by until, based off of how this has been going, the last 2 hours of the day.

DANK stated at the monster flowergod for a couple seconds before acclimating to the sight. It was easier than it would be for most mortals, because as a mortal he spent hours at a time on such sites as r/50/50 and such. He wasn't completely used to seeing such horrifying things in real life, but he would have to be if he wanted to survive in this world of gods. Even so, it was still nice when he changes forms. Oh shoot just realized it's only like 2 hours left. I'm not a fan of the Abstrucity lynch, after a reread of the thread I feel like their posts read pretty villagey to me. I'm really not sure who else to kill though. Maybe Venture? I'll go through again and explain why/switch my vote, depending. @The_God_King come post.

Hi! I'm Kidpen, or Kid, or Pen, any of those are fine. I'm a high school freshman who has started altogether too many long term projects and not finished any of them. That being said, the project which I tried (and failed due to other responsibilities) to complete during last years NaNoWriMo is something that I've been continuing, and hypothetically may submit somewhere (far) down the line. I'm involved in a lot of things here on the Shard outside of this, including SE and a roleplay or 2. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what types of things are critiqued and what the writing process is like for everyone.

Huh. Well that's disappointing. For whatever reason I thought someone had 2 votes, otherwise I probably would've voted for someone who already had a vote. Maybe Alv? I don't know.

Hmm. That was more or less what I assumed happened, especially considering that ETS is a new player. It still might be relevant, but honestly I prefer to vote on how quickly Abstrucity latched onto it. Honestly it's not really an unreasonable decision but I strongly dislike lynching new players C1 unless the evidence is overwhelming. I feel like it gives a bad first impression of SE. C2 is fine though.

The EBI are the bad guys.

As Barbados began walking away, DANK suddenly realized he would have to make a good exit if he wanted people to notice him. Knowing he was taking a huge risk, he pulled out his meme deck and drew from it. When he saw what card he drew, he frowned in disappointment. Ah well, he'll make it work. Sometimes you have to make do with the cards you have. The essence of Sesame Street memes is making something that looks innocent and implying a secret and horrifying background. The power of this one was moderate, so he would be able to do something interesting, at least. He went with creating a general aura around him that affected how others view him. Although it wouldn't shake their preconceptions that he was a weak and inexperienced god, it may imbue some perception of him as a potentially powerful god and ally. It wouldn't work on the really powerful gods, or those with powers that specifically countered it. It would still help. With this aura surrounding him, he followed the small group of gods.

They were ignoring him. Of course they were. They were old gods and goddesses, they didn't understand his potential. He may have seemed weak then, but just when things were at their worst and it looked like they would lose, DANK would pull his trump card. And then they would see the power of memes. Barbados gave an interesting speech. A fairly good move on his part. He asked people to agree with him on some obvious question, thus creating a connection people would be afraid to break. Normally DANK would avoid falling into traps like that, but in this case it may make more sense to stand first. DANK stood.

DANK looked up from taking and captioning high quality pictures of the other gods in the room when he heard the discussion move to the idea of a permanent and binding deal. "All right everyone, let's hold up for just one second. I'm not sure I want to get tied into something permanent unless I've ran with this group for a little while and decided you guys are cool. And especially not before we've heavily discussed the specific details of everything we're doing here. For that matter, maybe some introductions are in order for us newer gods?"
