He had at least one Feruchemical power, but I don't think he'd have managed to be Fullborn that fast, all things considered.

Stravomenos, having quietly entered the library despite his currently panicked (and thus looking more like a caracal than normal), heard the word "Nightwatcher" and walked over to the conversation. "I see the Nightwatcher has affected all of us, then," he said, with the flat tone of one making an observation that most people involved know already.

Making himself Fullborn while retaining full sanity probably took the majority of that time.

Malu heard the mention of a guild war and became a little intrigued. Katki, please go listen to that conversation about the potential guild war and pass me the information when it's over. This could be very bad. "Yes boss!" Katki whispered, sliding over to the conversationalists.

One managed to drain Nazh's Shade-gun. I think if they tried to Leech an Elantrian it would end up leaving them not-glowy and drain any Aon they were drawing at the time.

I think it's a combo of those first two: he's got all the issues worked out with the order pf the books and is putting tons of time into it. -

Currently, DMG Entertainment has the rights to the Cosmere adaptations, and both Mistborn and The Way of Kings are in screenwriting for now.
