Didn't like it? Haggis isn't as bad as all that.

I am not the most interesting person on the Shard, just someone who can't stop tasting things. Sure! Let me just swap vcs real quick. It was beautiful.

Strangest thing I've licked would be...y'know that's a good question. Probably either the ant mound, the clay sculpture, or the license plate. I dare you to sing along to Mulan's I'll Make A Man Out of You right now, wherever you are.

Done. Dorm wall licked. I don't know what you were trying to prove because that is far from the weirdest thing that has touched my mouth. What's your favorite food? Oh yeah, someone give me another. I don't care which it is, it can be both if you really want.

(Perhaps. But I still chose to hide the post.)

(Yeah I did. Wanted to do my best to fit back into the flow of stuff, instead of it sticking out like that)

It 65% is also roughly 260,000 words, if he's been sticking to his initial estimate of 4,000 words for each percent tick.

I'm only gonna say two things: 1) I, too, am glad you enjoyed it, and 2) read Oathbringer.

The red eye thing wouldn't be happening if that was the case, since it's just mimicry and no co opted Investiture. It's far more likely that the eyes are a result a stapling that feeds on and corrupts the natural Investiture of the host body.

I used to do that. Can't anymore, since now I have sausage fingers. Frequency of wearing is a possibility, yeah. I know it's the nose pads, though, and I suggested adjusting them because they're probably rubbing due to your motions and/or sweat, which might be partially alleviated with small angle adjustments. Yeah the strong prescription might cause a rimmed effect. Kind of weird, though, not gonna lie.
-
Your nose rests need adjusting, then. If you have your own repair kit or just a pair of pliers you can do it to your liking at home. Edge warping is more complicated and there might be a deformity within the glass itself. Might be good to check that out.

This little bit is pretty good. Bit light on the imagery for my taste, but that's just me. I also have to agree with Ironclaw, it does jump around a little bit too much. Also (and this might also be just me), the geography of the scene feels a little bit lacking. I can't tell where they're sparring in relation to the rest of the group, if that's even important (like it can be in some exercises), if the Round is also divided into rings like the rest of the village and if that matters, or even if the mock swords are just sticks or have fabric bound around them to blunt the blow a little bit. I do like the concept of the village being divided into rings, though, and I'm assuming (correct me if I'm wrong) that that's in relation to their tree-focus like it's the rings in a tree trunk. This idea is pretty interesting, and I'm down to see more if/when you end up writing it.

Has anybody wonder which Mega spren Gavilar was bonding

He muttered about "unite them" at one point, and that's the Stormfather's visions from Tanavast's Shadow, so it had to have been the Stormfather. -
The SA hole that I cannot find a good solution for.

Yeah, like rjl said, the gems don't always break. Even if they break every other time, you're still making a near-double profit per gemstone, and it seems like the ratio would have been less than that as they learned the limits of the Soulcaster. -

How Would YOU Get Away With Murder? *Oathbringer Spoilers*
Invocation replied to Firebolt-101's topic in Stormlight Archive
That is...not the only problem with my initial thing due to my own continuity errors. Though, yes, being a darkeyes would be harder, but if you have a Shardblade, odds are you can get somewhere on Roshar where eye color doesn't matter and they couldn't tell Sadeas from a patch of cremstone. Once you get there, out of Vorin control, you're set for life with a Blade, even if you have to run a one-man Rosharan mafia.- 20 replies

How Would YOU Get Away With Murder? *Oathbringer Spoilers*
Invocation replied to Firebolt-101's topic in Stormlight Archive
I don't think Shard-severed wounds bleed the same way normal wounds would. If the soul has been cut, the body shouldn't recognize it as part of it to even pump blood to, so if you've allowed time for the blood to settle, you should be just fine. Edit: just realized I skipped adjusting a step in my initial post from first plan to second one. My bad.- 20 replies

Specifically Sadeas's murder? Strangle him (no bloodstain), then take the Shardblade his corpse dropped and chop his limbs off into small pieces (still no/minimal blood because it's a Shardwound) and chuck them out of the window with all my might, then cut a hole underneath something with a lip to fit the Blade in and just shove it in there until I have a week to bond it and no one can find it until I die. Good luck ever finding any remnants of Sadeas, either because they're far away or because they're paste from the impact at the bottom of the tower.- 20 replies
