    I don't think those were directly TVs or computers, but rather the equivalent of such while using Illumination. Screens to pass illusions to and such.

    We don't know. Even if it is just Stormlight, you can convert it.

    For the Allomantic side of things, probably not. Allomancy requires the molecular structures of the metals to line up in order to let the Investiture power the magic and do what it does, but Awakening is nowhere near as particular as Allomancy. Yes, there stuff you'd have to do to get the ability to Awaken (per this WOB), but on the whole it would be easier than Allomancy. Also, per this WOB (minor spoilers there, so I'm not quoting it directly, beyond the relevant section: "To Awaken with Stormlight, the easiest thing to do would be to first change Stormlight into Breaths--something that Azure doesn't know how to do. (Admittedly, Hoid doesn't either, so it's not like it's a simple thing to achieve.) You could also theoretically use some magical (or mechanical) means to power your Awakening with a different form of Investiture." Tl;dr: Not for Allomancy, but maybe for Awakening.
