    Rotcennoc walked up to the edge of the rift. It had grown slightly since he had seen it last, though only by an inch or so. It was definitely of the Void; that he was certain of. And yet, it didn't seem like the Void he was used to... He picked up a stick and cautiously pushed it partway into the void, then pulled it out. Alarmingly, the end of the stick was simply gone- only a slight puff of black smoke remained. Probably best not to fall in, then.
