I think probably yes. Nightblood is more Invested, but isn't capable of a ton on his own. Hoid has access to lots of different magic systems and tons of knowledge. However, very little compares to a Fullborn (a fan term for a combined Mistborn/Feruchemist). He has access to Compounding for all the Feruchemical abilities. That's got to be more power than even an Honor-fueled Herald.

The WoB that @Calderis posted explicitly confirms that their powers come from spren bonds, which also counts as "not of Honor." So your head canon is in direct conflict with a WoB. Not sure what you mean by "move WoBs," but the best way to insert WoBs into your post is to pop in a quote box (the quote symbol next to the hyperlink symbol) and then use the "copy" button on Arcanum and then past it into the quote box. The quote boxes can be moved around/deleted by using the arrows symbol on the top left of the box.

This time, however, he instead "promised the Radiants they would also destroy Roshar. When previous generations had learned this fact, Honor had counseled them that their cause was just. During the generation of the Recreance, Honor was deteriorating under the onslaught of Odium and did not do so. Instead, he raved about the Dawnshards, ancient weapons responsible for the destruction of the Tranquiline Halls, and promised the Radiants they would also destroy Roshar. In order to save the world, nine Orders decided to give up their powers so that Roshar wouldn't be destroyed like their first world was. [10]

What makes you think that the Honorblade wouldn't grant the Spiritual powers as well?

I really like the "copy" feature from Arcanum, especially the recent modification to link directly to the WoB. However, one thing that I just noticed (and maybe it's been the case forever), is that if I copy a WoB that has a suggestion pending, it pastes the word "suggestion" at the top of the WoB. Not sure if this is something that can be fixed easily, but I thought I'd note it here. For example:

We don't know what precipitated the god switch (although it's highly likely that future books will address it). We also don't know what the magic system was like on Ashyn before the Cataclysm. Currently there are diseases that people can gain magical powers from while they are sick, but we know that it wasn't always like that. It is unlikely that the Surges that the Ashynites had were from bonding voidspren. The way Brandon describes it, Odium wasn't really the god of the humans, although the singers would have made that assumption. Although he did "kind come along with them" and he was "instrumental in what happened there" (i.e. the destruction of Ashyn), "it wasn't like they necessarily brought him."

Odium the Shard isn't really a good or bad guy (or even really a being at all). The current Vessel, Rayse, was described by Hoid as "among the most loathsome, crafty, and dangerous individuals I had ever met."

The Tranquiline Halls refers to Ashyn, a neighboring planet where the humans emigrated from. The humans drove themselves out because they used the Surges to trash their planet (although some still live there). The Dawnsingers referred to the humans as "voidbringers" because, as @Karger pointed out, "void" refers to Odium and Odium sort of came with the humans. However, the sides were quickly realigned with the Dawnsingers on Odium's side - thus voidbringers. It's been a while since I've read the original theory, but I thought that's exactly what the "plant" theory was - that the Diagram is a tool that Cultivation is using to subtly fight against Odium, rather than it's purported use of helping Taravangian gain power/save people. I should find it again and reread it.

Resonances are not only limited to Nahel bonds. They occur any time a person has multiple magic powers (and then fade away if they have too many). For example, Twinborn have resonances as well. See the Coppermind page: https://coppermind.net/wiki/Resonance. The increased number of squires for Windrunners is to to their resonance, not a single Surge. If you only had Gravitation (because you were a Windrunner who's Adhesion had been spike out, or you gained just the one Surge from a fabrial or medallion) you would not have that ability because you would not have a resonance. To get back to the original topic, I do believe that most of the Surges can be used in a Spiritual way.

Yes. I agree completely. Maybe I didn't word it the best. Renarin is not really the point of the statement, so I'll edit it to prevent confusion.

It's a resonance on a spiritual level..... So, still works? You said: "Kaladin: strength of squires. (This could also be the resonance...)" - I was just confirming that it was, indeed, the resonance. The Lightweaver resonance is not projection. It's their mnemonic abilities. I can see where you're coming from, but I would disagree that the resonance is part of Surgebinding. A resonance isn't just a synergistic way of combining different powers - they're usually not even directly tied to the powers themselves (e.g. gravity + stickiness = squires? holograms + Transformation = memorization?). If you only had access to one Surge (e.g. via a fabrial), you would not have a resonance. Also, if you were to gain more powers (e.g. via medallions or something) you would lose your resonance, but you'd still be a Surgebinder.

The majority of the Cosmere knowledge that we have (mechanics, etc.) is behind-the-scenes stuff from WoBs, not directly from the narratives. It makes it very difficult for newer people to pick up on. A good place to start, instead of reading through thousands of WoBs, is by browsing the Coppermind (the Cosmere wiki).

Most people believe that Rlain is going searching for them, and is why Rlain was mostly absent from Oathbringer, which is somewhat supported by this WoB:
