Okay. You got a better person to lead the forces of good? Taravangian maybe, who has seceretly sided with Odium? Queen Fen, who holds no authority over anything but the merchant nation of Thaylena and will never get anything done from the Alethi highprinces? An Alethi highprince, maybe, who spends his time bickering with the other highprinces? (or, in Sebarial's case, spending his time insulting them) Maybe Jasnah (paranoid), Shallan (severe mental disorder) or Kaladin (depression, cannot stand even letting a single person under his command die)? I think we're pretty limited, you know. It's the end of the world, gotta work with what we have, not what we want.

Brandon has said that Veil and Radiant are versions of Shallan though, not made-up entities. Considering they actually have physical form here, I doubt it. So let him do it off-screen. Kaladin, Shallan and Dalinar have to step back at some point. There's no shame in Kaladin not getting PoVs for a few parts in the next book, he'll still have time for the character development needed for the Fourth Ideal.

It's a "memory" Syl has of Hearthstone, so yes, it can definitely be him. Read the entire scene: The first sentence, "they're like I remember them" combined with the "there was... another voice" confirms that she is referring to someone who isn't there for the reunion. The first part in general shows Syl has memories of Hearthstone in particular. So yeah, I don't see why it'd have to be Cultivation (who barely has a connection to honorspren and Kaladin anyways), it certainly won't be Adonalsium and it very certainly won't be the God Beyond because Brandon has said before that he doesn't intend to make any firm statements on that. Occam's razor: It's Tien.

You can join by wanting to, but considering you're already part of the Ghostbloods and the Canton of Combat it might not be a good idea to do so, as you'll find yourself with conflicting alliances a lot. I would say that 2 is the maximum of Alleyverse guilds you can somewhat comfortably be a part of. Of course you can leave one and join another.
