Docs facilitate secret communication in the game. The bad guys get one to conspire in, and players who are removed get one to chat in while they spectate. This game has a doc for the three Highguards to chat in as a perk of the role. Roleplay is an optional part of the game. Players usually embody a character and interact with other characters and the writeups provided by the game master. Imagine playing a murder mystery game and roleplaying as Colonel Mustard or Professor Plum, but still having out of character conversations with each other to solve the game. The usual ratio is 25% roleplay, 75% solving, but some people lean heavier one way or the other. It's a bit of fun to make each game feel unique and make it so not every conversation we have with each other is adversarial.

It's funnier if I wait until the last second so the boon chasers have to keep editing their sign-up posts with more and more detail. But I'll take lucky 17 as Noran, introduced to the council as the Queen's cousin. She looks remarkably like her, but people tell them apart by her dark brown eyes. Are PMs open? That sounds like a great game. I have no memory of this idea. Please sign me up for an MR and by next year I'll have an idea for it. I've still got a pass or two to use on something like a Name of the Wind game.

Fun looking game! Is Deposing the Queen an action? Will we know who called for it? For Rebsk, do you get the loyalty increase from a vote on you that you cancel? Parliamentarian’s decree is secret? If a Prince Consort compels you to target someone with your role action and your role action doesn’t target a player eg. Parliamentarian's decree, does that affect anything? If you’re ordered during the Day but you have a Night-only action, does the order delay? If you used your action for the cycle but are ordered at Night, do you do anything? Is there anything stopping Highguards from claiming their identity in the doc? If you inherit the Highguard plate and blade, does that replace your role or become an additional power? What information are we told about the success of actions?

So sorry, Illwei, when I accidentally sent you that thief doc link, I should have mentioned Myst was making the second thief up. I knew I was forgetting something. The OP has been updated with a link to the GM spreadsheet and some commentary. Y'all really wanted those rare items. I'm glad you had fun, and once again, thank you for playing! Captain, I’m not here for the storming larkin.” On the beach below, screams broke out from the invading Reshi. “Solved that problem for you,” Axis said. “Now where did you put it?” He riffled through the merchants’ supply depot. “Ha!” His blue fingers pulled out a thick piece of chalk. Pladel looked at the beach below, where the men had been torn to shreds. Two-dimensional white creatures skittered along the sand. “What are those things?” “Not what I thought they’d be!” Axis was drawing a chalk circle around himself. “Your worldhopper assured me the text called them ‘spren’.” Macks sheepishly fiddled with his medallion. “I did say I might be wrong.” “Let’s hope the rest of your translation was correct. They don’t like chalk lines or liquid, Captain.” A wild chalkling crested the incline. The sailor known as 1 tried to stomp on it, but it slid onto his skin and enveloped him. “Axies! Can you make another portal?” shouted Macks. He was busy drawing straight lines around his circle, like the diagrams had shown. “Where’s the shardblade?” barked Pladel. Where the sword had been lay Star, dark smoke rising from their burned out eyes. More sailors fell as the chalking hoard grew in number. “Relu-na protect us,” whispered the king. “Relu-na will protect us,” said Talik. “Grab onto something that will float!” The greatshell’s trademaster ran off towards one of Relu-na’s ears. Pladel poured a jug of Lavis Beer on a chalking, which seemed to surprise the alien creature. Suddenly, the entire island lurched. The ground titled as the greatshell dove into the Reshi Sea. Sailors grabbed crates and trees as they sank, buffeted by crashing waves. In an instant, everyone on the island was dunked underwater. Essyn watched from the longboat she’d taken from the beach. It was hard to maneuver on her own, but it was better than trying to sail one of the larger vessels solo. The shardblade sat in front of her as she rowed, pulling out of Relu-na’s wake. She would have to get to another greatshell, and barter for passage home. That was inconvenient. The trip had been worth it though. She’d acquired a priceless artifact for Diamond, her Ghostblood master. For the first time in her life, she felt a feeling of accomplishment. Her family would be proud. Unbeknownst to Essyn, a spider-shaped chalking clung to the outer side of the longboat, waiting for her to find land. By virtue of being the last player standing, @coco.pudding has won the game for the Ghostbloods! As if aware of the danger it was in, the greatshell let out a low groan. “I’ll kill him!” She raised the sword in a two-handed stance, ready to plunge it downward. The king looked around imploringly. “Please. We will give you what you want.” Pladel twirled her rapier. “Always wanted to try fighting a shardbearer.” One of her crew, a Herdazean named Teejay, brought out some rope. “She should not be so high. She is not used to these altitudes!” The two of them circled Shejun. Pladel made little feints as she approached, preparing for when she would strike. “If you kill this thing, we’re all going for a swim.” “GIVE ME THE LARKIN!” The king reached into his robes. “Peace, friend. We have it with us.” He pulled out a cat-sized chull and held it out for her to take. Shejun snatched it greedily, holding it by the neck. Teejay whipped the rope at Shejun’s face. She made an awkward one-handed parry. Pladel pierced her from behind, hitting mid-back. Teejay closed the distance, grabbing at her wrist. Shejun’s blade sliced his chest, as Pladel punched her knife into the sailor's neck. "So much trouble..." The Captain caught the larkin as the others fell, lifeless. “For something so small.” TJ exed! He was a Merchant Officer! Mint was NKed! She was a Merchant Officer! No Rebuke was issued. Enmity is now 2. Player-player PMs are permanently closed. Rollover is at 6pm Eastern Time on Monday, July 13. (2 hours earlier than usual.) No, they win when the Third Rebuke is issued. Vote Count: TJ (1): Mint (If you're going to vote for TJ, please make it obvious. It's hard to spot their name sometimes.) Edit: I'm adjusting the rules to make it so players who are the last person standing win. As it stood, they'd be automatically exed by RNG, which feels unfair to a solo elim or neutral.
