Boon is a little generic to be able to score, will need some examples and upper limits. What determines where something needs to be? Is this magical or mechanical in nature? (Could he teleport something to where it needs to be or does this just help him physically place it there?) Yes they would, which is why you're unlikely to be able to get one approved

As they neared Nitinyas' body, a small disturbance in the air catches Lizanne's attention as a solitary bloodshot eye the size of a basketball seems to push itself into reality, directly over the top of where the glowing glass sphere was previously broken. The eye darts around, pausing on each of the living creatures nearby and then stopping for another second on Lizanne herself before it blinks and vanishes from sight. No one else seems to notice this strange disturbance.

A young boy stood, watching the giant battleship overhead. His features creased into a deep frown as he stared at it, eyes seeming intent on boring through the ships hull and revealing all of its secrets. A moment later the boy settled into a grim smile and he turned his attention back down to the ground. He watched the surrounding people who also stared at the giant ship, some running in fear, others standing petrified in place. A number of older civilians began whispering that the crusade had returned to raze the city once more. Everywhere he looked he saw anxious people. Time to begin. He turned towards a nearby Alley, his face seemed to blur as he did so, becoming a mask of indistinct gray, featureless.

As mentioned there have been a few guilds which could conceivably fit this bill but none that are non-combative so this does seem like an opportunity to add something new and interesting. If there is currently no guild that suits the purpose that you are trying to fill then being new should not be a barrier to creating one.

"It is four o'clock!" Metronome declared loudly from the corner of the tavern that he'd been sitting in. He would have preferred a larger gathering of believers that he could preach to, but he would have to make do with what he found for now. He'd heard that some in this city worshipped other gods, it would no doubt take some time for them to see that their paltry gods could not hope to compare to Metronome's own majesty.

Many casks had been destroyed during the transfer, as did most of the glass bottles, but there still appeared to be at least a hundred bottles worth available. A collapsed section of shelves concealed a pile of cheese that had survived mostly intact, except for the odd splinter of wood that had pierced through the rinds. A nearby crate that had survived intact seemed to be full of ripe apples, their green skins appeared slightly bruised but otherwise fit for consumption. But after turning the cellar over there was no water or other sources of food to be found, or any evidence that they had been stored here.

"It can be difficult." Voidus began, standing and pacing around the room as he explained. "The imagery is less clear than for something with an obvious physical manifestation such as Stormlight." He pulled a small metallic ball from a pocket, a ball bearing much like what they'd used previously. With a small flick of his wrist it was tossed upwards and just as it began to fall its momentum suddenly stopped. Allomantic force keeping it suspended at the pinnacle of its arc. "Physical metals have something to visualize at least, but if you focus overly much on the object that is being pushed then you might end up destroying that instead. Prevent it from being pushed on? Possible, but difficult. How would you visualize a possibility? How do you hate something that has yet to happen?" He paused for a moment, watching Mac's expression. "Your limits are only as low as you set them." He said, allowing the ball bearing to drop another foot towards the ground before stopping it. "But if you set your sights high..." The ball began to travel upwards, fighting against the force of gravity as it slowly rose back to its previous position. "You can accomplish more than you might think, but you also run the risk" With a sudden, violent burst of momentum the ball rocketed upwards, vanishing from sight as it accelerated to tremendous speeds and slammed into the ceiling. The ceiling cracked around the site of impact, and a small shower of metallic dust trickled down. All that was left of the ball bearing. "Of over exerting yourself." Voidus concluded. "So, rather than possibilities let's focus on problems. I'm going to soothe you, you try whatever you need to in order to stop me." He gave a moment for Mac to think through his options before reaching out, attempting a general soothing rather than anything specific. If Mac proved adept enough then they might be able to focus on specifics, but starting broad would probably be easier to start with.

If you survived it would be because your physical damage was healed, right? And yes there are multiple bind points in the heart as well but also in other parts of the body.

Voidus watched silently as first one Mark was drained, then the next, then the next. A steady progression of lights dwindling one after the other. The first was slow, steady and cautious, a measured approach that seemed to be intended to evaluate. That was good, caution was always necessary, jumping in blindly and at full power was exactly what they were trying to avoid right now. After the first Mark the speed seemed to steadily increase as Mac's confidence and finesse grew, but never so fast that it got out of control again. Mac seemed to have learned his lesson and had a good grasp of his limits. He truly seemed to take to his abilities like a natural, sensing when he was pushing too far, experimenting quickly to see what worked best and then refining his technique. Voidus' lips curled into a thin, pale smile as Mac finished the last of them and then sat down to gather his breath. He seemed to still have enough left to continue, he'd controlled the power well and it wasn't so taxing that his reserves were gone. "How did I do?" Mac asked. "Better." Voidus said simply, picking one of the Marks up and looking it over. "Controlled, precise, and without waste." He smiled again as he spoke, recalling the number of times he'd had to repeat that phrase to new acolytes as they began to learn the science of Hemalurgy. They were lessons which all members had been taught at some point. But this was a level beyond even the level of control needed to precisely pierce the tiniest of bindpoints. And failure could be even more catastrophic. "If you feel you've mastered stormlight then we can try something a little less obvious. Allomancy perhaps?" He suggested. "Are you still able to continue?" Unlike Surgebinders or Allomancers the ability to sense how much power you had left was not inherent in Voidmaking. Mac would need to learn through experience when he needed to stop, or use less. Unlike Investiture there was no hard limit, Mac would be able to continue to Voidmake until he lost the will to continue. Or until he died.

It is a pretty common horror trope As long as you're aware then all good, plenty we can do with it narratively.

Also just a note that character death is a very real possibility, stabbing everything he sees is going to have consequences.

https://wob.coppermind.net/events/221/#e7870 If the heart was the only place to spike things out then there would be no way to choose which power you got. Atium steals everything so how would you determine specifically what was spiked out?

Laurelai watched the two as they left, trying to size Alask up as he walked away. Not too heavy, wouldn't need a particularly large dose, but then he had some form of spike in him, that could always cause oddities in reactions. Especially if it had caused any of his internal organs to rearrange. Probably best to just use a neurotoxin then, no visible spikes to the head so his brain should be relatively normal. She stood contemplating him for a minute later before the pair finally vanished from sight and she shook herself slightly. Her mind still felt a little odd from the patch job and she doubted she would need any of this knowledge in the immediate future. Placing her freehand gently over her chest she cancelled the forgery and allowed her regular memories to take hold once more. Ugh, headache again. Need to flesh that one out a bit more if I'm going to be using it, but it seemed to be holding pretty well so it was close at least. Maybe just add some finer details. She wandered towards a nearby Alley, musing on the improvements she could make. It seemed things were wrapping up here, she could collect information from a bit of a distance away for now.

Laurelai nodded back, shooting a brief accusatory glare at the shadow of the battleship. Souring the mood for everyone like this and then failing to at least provide them with some form of explanation? It seemed that whoever in charge of it needed to be taught a lesson in manners. But they were a long way away and Marines had some irritating resistances to poisons and they had more mass too so would need a larger dose, she'd need to redo some calculations to find something suited for one of them. "Well then, I suppose I'll find you later then." She said with a smirk. "Unless you manage to find me first." Her tone indicated that she thought it unlikely.

Neurotoxins are certainly useful, differing modalities of delivery allow for more options. Potential for combination of multiple channel inhibitors for increased lethality, generally have a low LD50 as well, harder to notice before onset of symptoms. Laurelai smiled back with shared interest, about to respond when she heard that final question. Was she being kept from something? Her memories suddenly shifted in tone, her actions didn't make sense anymore. What had been her motives? She was trying to find information, but what information? And why? The looming spectre of battle was certainly troubling but she could make her own way to safety without issue. Whatever it was likely wasn't important, she so rarely got to talk shop. "Nothing I can't manage later." She said with a smile. "Although this location may become a little difficult to conduct conversation at in the near future."

Poisons? Laurelai thought curiously. Not what I was expecting exactly, though maybe this is simply another rumour about the DA. No, she seems too interested, too invested in it. She folded one of her arms up and with the other placed a finger gently against her chin in thought as she revised her initial impression of Lena. Poisons was certainly an interesting topic, she'd covered a little when she had been researching anatomy and medicine to improve her Resealing, but she hadn't gone into much depth beyond a list of poisons and their effects. But like everything in life, there was always an alternative path she could have taken, a chance that the topic could have pulled at her interests more. R&D deal with some interesting poisons sometimes, perhaps if I was looking to move to their department I could have pursued studies further, found copperminds, begun practising the crafting of them as well as their treatment. "Poisons?" She asked as she began to think. "Well that's an interesting subject certainly. Let me think." This wasn't a Forging she'd prepared, which meant that even for her this wouldn't be instantaneous. Her eyes began to glaze over as she retraced history, picking at key moments where she could have made a different choice, taken a different road. After a few moments further of concentration she shifted subtly, her hands gained new callouses and a few small pockmarks, her expression seemed to darken a little and her smile shifted from polite to predatory. Gone was the training in reading people and situations, the practised subtlety and coyness that she usually expressed. In their place she found herself bored and idly wondering who she should experiment on to liven things up. Along with this sudden shift she felt a wave of vertigo wash through her as the dissonance in her memories set in. Why did I come here again? I'm not allowed to poison anyone, this company is clearly not going to be showcasing anything of interest to us, and didn't Lita say that the Stranger was back? Why am I sitting around here instead of trying to find him? The research he's conducted... He'd be able to show us so much, open new avenues for us to explore, secure us more subjects for testing. It was a patch job, she vaguely realised that her current identity was fabricated but she still had a persisting sense of confusion at her situation. But she'd been asked a question, one that was finally interesting to her now. "Well I've worked with some very interesting substances." She began, eyeing Lena with more interest and less subtlety now. "Of course you can never forget the classics either, Hemlock has always been a favourite. Simple, difficult to trace. But of course useless against a Radiant or a Gasper, and generally these days people can find medical treatment before the effects have become lethal. Glycols can be handy, resistant to use of activated charcoal which is usually the go-to choice if someone suspects poison ingestion." Her eyes began to glaze over with an almost zealous appearance as she spoke, then suddenly became calculating as she examined Lena once more, trying to estimate body weight and how much of each substance would be required for a lethal dose.
