Yeah rule of thumb, it's not stealing if it's from one of mine. I have way too many Epics to claim all of their powersets for only my usage.

Sitting in a small alcove in Alley 31, Voidus watched the proceedings of the other alley unfold. Having determined that this was not a problem which could be solved with tacos he decided to leave the matter up to the other Denzens. Pulling out a spike of an unknown silvery metal he began stabbing seemingly at random into the ground beneath him.

Huh. This kinda makes our Epic hunting Reckoners cell planning a bit superfluous since he'll just murder them all before we get a chance.

Snapping is also something to consider, the point is to consider how you receive the power rather than what the power itself does. Hemalurgic power is only received by bringing ruin upon other creatures. Allomancy is only brought about as an act to preserve your own life.

I don't see why not. Depending on the Epic, yes. He can't recreate things like Precogs although potentially something like Obliterations danger sense might be possible. Steelheart would be pretty easy but he probably wouldn't because he'd just curbstomp everyone. Plus he'd be a tiny bit worried that if Steelheart heard he'd come to town and blow everything up.

Metronome would never participate in the arena, he's far too busy running all the cities important business like checking that all the clocks are accurate.
