  1. Did you just do a full analysis on yourself based on my analysis? What.... xD uhm thank you? That's really itching my doubt spot again xD Yes iirc I tried to lynch Shqueeves twice before Drought pulled his plan into action. That's the cycle I dug deeper into the game and basically did nothing else for an entire day LOL. I actually had someone close to me make me promise not to get back on for the rest of the night at one point. xD From that I studied the old cycles to determine if Drought was lying or Shqueeves and looking at every connection between every player. The only team that made sense to me with Drought as an elim had to include you, Joe, or Monster. I ruled out you and Monster slightly for different things at one point, but I've since reconsidered since: 1. Drought tried to lynch Arinian twice. 2. Ripple voted on Drought 3 different cycles. 3. I don't see a Monster/Devotary team because Monster almost got Devo lynched on cycle 2. 4. I don't really see a Devotary/Joe team when I think about it considering Devo voted Joe on cycle 3 and I doubt they'd bring attention to a teammate for no reason. Looking back through I'm seeing more of a possibility for it to be Joe, Monster and/or Ecthelion. (But Ecth just voted Monster so I'd say probably it's Joe and Monster) Joe Devotary
  2. Okay but thinking about it more....why on earth would Joe vote on Shqueeves ten minutes before cycle ended if he was an elim? That'd be like...the worst elim move of all time unless the others were supposed to hammer and use one vote cancellation and no one else followed through. xD My other elim read is Devotary and they came up on my list of suspects for both scenarios whether Drought was the elim or Shqueeves. If you look at their voting, it's been on people who weren't up for a lynch except in the instance of Shqueeves and I have a feeling that the elims knew that Shqueeves was the other Awakener because Drought and Devotary both voted on Shqueeves in past cycles before it was ever revealed that he was an Awakener. I know that Lopen expressed suspicion of Devotary in a past post and so did Monster and maybe someone else. Can't recall everything I read yesterday but I promise there were good reasons. xD Also, Devotary voted on Joe on a different cycle so that's making me second guess Joe as well. Edit: forgot this Joe Edit: hm is 15 minutes long enough to edit and not double post? xD looking through Devo's posts again and I think part of the reason they come off seeming so much like an elim is because they've spent far more time talking about how they don't agree with the lynches and think that almost everyone is village as opposed to how a normal villager is normally over paranoid of everyone. They've said they thought Mac was village and then Arinian and then Coop and then Lopen etc etc looking back through their post's they once theorized that Drought might be but only if Mac and Coop were. That's a great way to set up that they'd think Drought was village if Mac and Coop died and flipped village. (which they did) But all in all they looked more like they were trying not to accuse to many people or look bad for killing villagers. They look like they know the alignments of everyone more than a villager should. Edit #3: Vote Tally Joe (4) Ripple, Arinian, BR, Devotary, Monster Devotary (1) BR @Ecthelion III @A Joe in the Bush please vote! and @MonsterMetroid @Shqueeves @RippleGylf @Arinian @Devotary of Spontaneity Any thoughts on the lynch as of now?
  3. It looks like backtracking because you stated suspicion on Len when you voted but then you sounded disappointed when he was lynched which isn't what you're saying now. Yes, sorry for the confusion everyone, this is exactly what I meant, but worded it poorly. Also, Joe and Devo, y'all need to stop because you're making me second guess my elim sus group as putting you both on a team xD Edit: Also, I had no choice but to abandon the discussion all day because I had my first day of training at work all day. xD
  4. Eyyyyy yes! Also, I gave my list of reads to Monster last cycle and I read back through the whole game, studying it carefully off and on for about 6 hours throughout the day so I was pretty positive the Drought lynch was gonna be right. And the other people I suspected were and are still Devotary and Joe. Looks like Joe was the only one to vote on Drought's side and he even messaged me that he had confirmation that Drought was good last cycle at the end. @A Joe in the Bush How did your message work exactly? Did you explain your plan to the person you asked to ask Coop? Or just ask them for the last emoji because obviously if you asked Drought and told him the plan then he could just lie and switch the emoji. I don't see how you would've done it secretly with Coop unless you were also an Awakaner so it seems to me like just a ploy to save Drought. Joe One of the only reasons I suspected you at first was because almost every player but you and Devotary had a good reason for me to mark them off my suspicion list in connection to Drought. But you were hard. You've kept yourself so well distanced that I kept second guessing myself. I'm pretty sure that you're an elim tho. You mentioned on a pretty early cycle that you thought the elim team could have 3 players and even that it might include Drought and you in an if situation. You even mentioned the elims possibly holding back a kill for trolliness and who's the biggest troll I know who I think fooled me with posts like that for the whole game almost. xD Every time you've voted it's been a good spot for an elim to vote: Cycle 2 Voted Arinian with Drought early on so I definitely would cross Arinian off my suspects list. Cycle 3 Voted Straw for voting Rand which he could have just taken advantage of the situation to frame Straw. Cycle 4 Voted Elenion and claimed he never thought he was in danger of a lynch which is why he voted him, but with his vote he actually gave a reason for suspicion so backtracking here. Cycle 5 Again votes Arinian. And ofc cycle 6 votes to save Drought. As for Devotary there was a lot of distancing going on if they're an elim, but I still say they fit as an elim. I'll be back later to give my analysis on them. Please vote everyone. We have the same number of elims to village this cycle because we lost one of each. Thank goodness everyone voted last cycle so we didn't lost any villagers to the filter. At this point the elims finally dared to use their kill and also our dead contacts are most likely just that now...dead to us. Let's finish this.
  5. Mkay and he's claiming that you're the one who did that, correct? And Monster claims that you wouldn't have probably known about that game mechanic from the AG since you weren't in the doc when they discussed it. My theory is that Drought came up with this plan to get the village Awakener killed and knew that if he pushed for it this cycle that there was a good chance that the elims could win this cycle if they finally used their faction kill as well. I'd say that would probably put the team of elims at 3 and they've been playing it very safe until now and decided this was the cycle to push for the win. Drought We know that Lopen was suspicious of Drought because Drought actually told us. (I'd give points for honesty, but in this position an elim needs to mix truth with their lies to sound believable and also gain trust.) Also, Shqueeves seems to me like a villager who's desperately trying to prove themselves while Drought seems calmer then he did from previous accusations and looks like he was expecting this to happen as planned. This is my theory and how it looks to me anyways and I will try and read through more, but for now, this is my vote out of the 50/50 situation I see.
  6. Oh okay...not sure how those worked but if they aren't the same as Awakener then yeah I see your point. Also, Drought didn't read the rules for a while so I could see him not knowing what to actually call an Awakener if he wasn't one for real although an elim teammate would help him with that to avoid lying. But then, if Drought has doc access this cycle then how did he have it last cycle too if he was planning on setting Shqueeves up then he'd have to be sure that he was getting doc access this cycle right? Didn't someone claim that one person had to have a role that only allowed them access to the doc sporadically? Maybe they just made that up and only talked in the doc sporadically while blocking people's actions or they were busy irl. They could both just be regular Awakeners but one is an elim. Not sure if my rambling makes sense but I'm trying to wrap my head around this and find the flaw and who could be lying.
  7. A fake role seems kinda obvious...to avoid an elim seeing who the awakener is right? Drought, didn't you do the same thing? Edit: wait wait...I thought you both didn't know each other's identities until this past cycle?
  8. Then why @Droughtbringer did you say you don't know if Shqueeves has access this cycle? Can't he just type something rn and prove it? Edit: oh gosh never mind xD
  9. I stated suspicion of Coop because I've seen more than one new player, including myself, strongly defend a villager from a lynch because they knew for sure they were village and wanted to look good in helping the village or if the player did get lynched then they can say they were right and you should have listened. Being an elim you sometimes forget to act suspicious of villagers because you already know their roles and I was afraid that's what Coop was doing. It had less to do with the fact that Mac was roleless and more about Coop saying he was 90% sure that he was village. I don't think we can use the dead to confirm at this point because it sounds like whoever is lying has access to the dead doc this cycle and could easily give us any proofs that we request. One thing is for sure then, both Drought and Shqueeves have been in the doc and one or the other has to be an elim. It's just up to us to figure out who's lying and this cycle will most likely be the last considering the elims decided to use this now. So, I'd suggest everyone who can, taking a good hard look at both players. Unfortunately they were both on my suspicions list.
  10. Hmmm interesting...I mean, I did try to get Shqueeves lynched like twice so I'm tempted to just straight up believe this. But I also don't want to just straight up believe anything in SE xD. My paranoia won't let me. If I have a chance to do analysis today I'll try to because I know this cycle is crunch time or close to it. (Drake's tag literally says so) If not, I'll probably end up placing a vote on Shqueeves. @Shqueeves I'd still like to hear what he says.
  11. Okay so there was still no kill? If there were 4 elims they could have used it and won. So maybe 3 elims or less? It says in the rules that they have a faction kill. Why wouldn't they use it this close to the end unless they just decided to play the whole game without it just to mess with us. If I had an elim kill and it was down to this many players, I'd only not use my faction kill if: 1. I was the only elim 2. I just wanted to go the whole game without using it just for fun. 3. There's only 2 elims...but still I might've used it by now. I can't figure out why otherwise. Also, just because the deceased were villagers are we sure that they are still villagers? Like...didn't they become mindless zombies now? Or can the awakeners talk to their old selves or something? I dunno if I'm missing something because I've never read Warbreaker. xD I think this is the game deciding cycle so we have to think this through. Drake could be lying, but he could be actually telling us about an elim. I want to hear what Shqueeves says in response before I do anything else and I'll be back tomorrow...or well seeing how it's past 2 am...later today
  12. If we lose Bort and Ripple to the filter, a villager gets lynched, and the elims finally use their kill, then there's a chance we could lose this cycle if there are 4 elims because there'd only be 3 villagers left and they only need to outnumber us. So, pleeeeease @RippleGylf and @Bort please vote. @Coop772 If we let you live this cycle then that might make us lynch a villager if you are an elim just trying to buy time. Sorry I don't think I should remove my vote at this point in the game since I think there's a chance you're an elim. Ofc, I have a bad feeling I may be wrong but I think that quite often in this game. Part of me wants to lynch Devotary just because Lopen and, I think, Elenion both voted them before and they're both confirmed dead villagers now. I don't want to do it just for that tho...but they're vote on Ecthelion felt a little off to me. But then they also pointed out that we could lose if people don't all vote soooo...hmm...I'd love to look into it more, but now really probably will be my last post before cycle ends. If I get a chance I'll pop back on.
  13. Also, I need to look through Arinian's posts again, but I've got a bad habit of just thinking he does things that look suspicious but then he flips village so I want to look closer. That's probably it for me tonight...so hopefully I'll see you later. Also also, the elims have a kill because I went and re-read some rules and it specifically says they do. So, I'm guessing they're avoiding using it to hide from sentries and are waiting until it gets down to the wire to use it so please think through your votes and don't just vote to avoid the filter. Ninja'd by Monster...lol...I just advised against doing that, but I meant as we get lower on numbers xD xD
  14. I think rollover is in a little under two hours? @Droughtbringer I don't have time to do more analysis and I can see Coop being a villager, but tbh my feelings that he could be an elim are still there and that it's why he believed extra that Mac was village and defended him so strongly. As I said before, I've done it as an elim and I don't suspect Ecth that much cuz there's not a lot to go on yet and Drought I'd like a closer look at (but I think I can say that I couldn't see a Drought/Coop team but would like to see one or the other's alignment) All in all, thinking through it, I'm gonna have to switch back to Coop.
  15. @Droughtbringer I don't see Shqueeves tunneling? Did he vote on you before this? You seem a little extra defensive. I also suspect Shqueeves a little, but not sure why you suspect him just for suspecting you?
  16. I don't see, Coop being active, as an elim quality...he's always pretty active on discord and the AG was overwhelming even for me and I'd think it'd be a nightmare for a new player. I do still think he could be an elim, but that's not really a reason. Just got out of church so I'm back lol. I'll try and get some more analysis done and put up a vote after I get home and eat dinner.
  17. @Devotary of Spontaneity bless you xD Edit: ninja'd by @Coop772 I can see how it would be an honest newbie mistake, but also a newbie elim mistake. I've only got a few minutes left before I gotta get ready for church. Hmmmmm I don't have very concrete suspicions on anyone right now so I'm looking for who I trust the least more or less. I do like how you have been trying to get some good analysis in and for a newbie elim that's much harder than a new villager. I appreciate your response so for now Coop Could you maybe be a little more specific with your reason for voting Drought? Helps everyone to get better reads. I'll try to get on after church and vote again so not dying to filter.
  18. @Coop772 Okay, but if you're a villager than that makes Mac almost like bait for the elims because your post looked like Mac had an important role the way you worded it. Just role claiming doesn't mean he was being honest or even that he was telling the truth and could still have been an elim soldier. Your hard defence of him could be seen as a sign that you were an elim and knew Mac's alignment so it's easy to vouch for him and not look guilty later if he got lynched. Honestly, it's a mistake I made as a first time elim because I was too confident about people's alignments. Coop Ninja'd by Joe... @A Joe in the Bush darn lol hang on... This Edit: still won't work hmmmm Edit #2: Now?
  19. Meh, doesn't mean he couldn't still be an elim for other reasons I'm reading through stuff rn so I might be randomly commenting for a while lol @A Joe in the Bush I like this post here ...it sounds very village minded in its explanations and theories. But it also reminded me that @Coop772 was defending Mac as if he had a role or something and he didn't? He was just a soldier. Coop, do you mind sharing with us why you trusted Mac so much? This is the post where you made it sound like it was very important to keep Mac alive. Also, you mentioned in your post previous to it, that you considered Mac 90% village. The only ones who are close to that positive of alignments are usually elims lol.
  20. I came in pretty early and Coop had only made a few posts so I guess he didn't consider that as his first game? Plus, seeing it was an anon game then they wouldn't have gotten to know each other's styles very well. @Coop772 Did you forget about the AG when you said that, because I honestly wondered about that comment too since I knew it was you I pinch hit for? Edit: ninja'd and nvm lol
  21. Didn't get to respond to these things last cycle so here we go: @Arinian Because why not? Can't say that I put much of thought in that vote. (didn't want to link through to the whole post xD) While this isn't a very good reason, I don't see it as something an elim would say. Seems too blatant. @A Joe in the Bush I hadn't seen it i guess. Scrolled too fast. But i don't think i will be doing that again. If I'm going to wait until rollover, I'll go in with a plan on who to vote for if things change. Mkay, I understand that because it's not something an elim would purposefully do anyways because it's too easily caught. r0000d xD Joe do you not know how I talk? The first part of my post was genuine sadness that I wasn't an elim, but I knew no one would believe it so I added the IKYK part. I think my "ditzy" tone is just me having fun. xD As for the "incredibly well thought out" comment, I thank you.:P @Droughtbringer Not very possible sorry. I've been really busy and just trying to keep up with stuff, I've almost died to the filter twice at least. Also, I find it a little odd that you voted on me for "hiding" after I was more active that cycle than any other cycles before it. I did a good hour or more of analysis just trying to read back through the past cycles and look for stuff and posted at least 3 times in the only available time of the day I had yesterday. @Coop772 I thank you sir, have an upvote lol. Mkay, done with responding to last cycle comments. From catching up real quick on the past cycle this morning on the way to church, I noticed that several people, including Lopen (rest in peace bro, I was rooting for you to finally live through a whole game), said that they really trusted Monster and I couldn't find if I had missed something since I have been really busy irl during this game. If anyone could help me out with that, I'd appreciate it. I want to have all the info I can for getting reads on people. I gotta go for now, but will be back later with analysis and a vote if time permits. Edit: @Drake Marshall no worries and thanks!(:
