  1. Straight up guys, I'm going to have a Vanilla who randomly appears, drives an old, beat-up Volkswagen van, and absolutely does not care. Epic or not, he doesn't give a potato in a minefield. Edit: What's the most Canadian sounding name?
  2. "In drama" is a stretch. Yes, I participated in a few plays. But this is the cycle fashion! It's somewhat different, right? Yes, I know how to be dramatic. I felt awkward about being the first post, that's all.
  3. AND SO! The truth has come forth. Randuir had been deceiving us! Such treachery! Such woe for our ignorance! But fear not, my companions, for we shall sift out his conspirators from among us! (Is that dramatic enough?)
  4. Having returned from camp just this morning, it is evident, obvious, quite important that I have some catching up to do. Bort's activity patterns and such have already been picked apart, so I don't think I have much to do there, so I'll move on to the current lynch. Straw or Randuir? Though Sart is pretty much cleared in my mind, since he voted on the two lynched Elims (and why would the Elims plan such a weird gamble?), I don't agree with why Straw is so suspicious. I don't see much reason in it other than that, as Rand mentioned, they are in the low-activity category, in which I assume are a few Elims. As for Rand, this is more interesting. Since Rand has been a vocal player, there is much more to look at, and possibly find fault in. The most Elim-y thing that Rand has done though is the Devotary-Rand lynch-tie. The deliberation in which he did that set off alarms in my head, especially since Devotary had just claimed the Spaniard (and she was telling the truth). It was obviously self-preservation on Rand's part, which looks really bad when the other person was a pretty-much-cleared villager. I could vote on Rand just based on that. Then, taking into account Bort's defense of Rand, it seems that Bort was protecting a teammate. I don't think that Bort is experienced enough nor the rest of the Elim team active enough to orchestrate a pocketing maneuver like Rand suggests. I feel that this is enough to justify lynching Rand.
  5. The veto was in light of copyright issues regarding Nickelodeon. The Narrators were not keen on being sued for inclusion of copyrighted material in their Butt documentary.
  6. An extension or a pause of some sort would be good. It seems like an extension is more popular. I just need to be able to not be thrown into the fire swamp.
  7. Sad to be another player whose activity will drop drastically, but I have a camp coming up this week in the mountains, and thus internet connection will be spotty at best. I may not be able to post at all for the next week.
  8. That makes more sense, considering your word choice of "massacre". I'll take my vote off you, but I'm not quite sold on lynching Rand. Devotary.
  9. I haven't been active either, but I didn't want to post until I knew what I was going to say. I can tell that we currently have a little bandwagon against Rand forming. This is interesting, since I also had a slight suspicion of Rand, simply because of my hypothetical distribution. My reasoning is thus: the Elims have a few semi-actives, and one or two active contributors. Len was proved to be Elim, so perhaps that would cross out the active category. Rand is a player that I would consider to be in the active contributor category. Now, what I believe to be the activity distribution of Elims is completely arbitrary, but it kind of makes sense to me. Vaguely. Devotary is the other main suspect currently. Ninja'd by Doc here, and he brings up a good point. Since we have a confirmed Elim, Len, and since he was also the topic of much discussion D1 and D2, we get some good information out of this. Specifically, Devotary switched her vote to Sart when given the chance. This move can definitely be seen as an Elim action, but it could be an innocent action. Devotary gives some good evidence for her vote. This reasoning makes sense if Sart is an Elim, but right before this, she alludes that Len is a villager, which, yet again, could be innocent, or an Elim teammate trying to move suspicion from a fellow Elim. My read on Devotary is up in the air, as you can tell from my back-and-forth reasoning. Between the two (arbitrary distribution or rather NAI vote pattern), I think I will place my vote on Devotary for now.
  10. @randuir Our PM was very brief. I asked him if he was actually Max, and he said no. I then offered to keep up his charade, since keeping the real Max alive seemed like a good idea. That's literally all that was in the PM.
  11. @Elenion In regards to your suspicion of me, what can I say? Your thought process is very rational, it just seems I was unfortunate enough to vote at the wrong time. As for defending evidence, I'm not sure exactly what I can say except I'm a villager. I don't have anything that can really prove that to you. I can, however, poke holes in your logic. On the premise that I am an Elim, and banded together with my evil friends to do nasty deeds, in this case, lynch Araris, and timed my vote so that the bandwagon wouldn't die and give Araris enough votes to actually die. This, frankly, gives me too much credit. I returned Saturday from a week-long vacation, and I was too tired to look through the thread or bring my mind to do comprehensive analysis. Come Sunday, I didn't want to read through the rest of the accumulated thread, so I based all of my opinions on a very narrow selection of posts (the most recent). This is obviously the worst way to do anything in SE, but i wasn't feeling not-brain-numb enough to bother.
  12. @Straw Yes, he said his claim was fake. He wanted to cover for the actual Max, in case he was targeted. Which is definitely what seemed to happen.
  13. Emma, the bailiff, was not amused with Ham's confusing judgery, so she proposed that the tiebreaker be resolved by a best 2 out of 3 round of Rock Paper Scissors.
  14. Since Roadwalker is now mostly dead I feel I should reveal this info instead Through my PM, I know he's not Max So perhaps, you can relax.
  15. Since the next round of lawyering was going to be unfathomably intense (and would be broadcast throughout the Cosmere), they needed a judge. Ham became the judge, and Emma was bailiff.
  16. @Bort I chose Araris because I thought that he was my best option. I hadn't really thought about my options, and I was too lazy to search around for an updated vote count, so I didn't know how many votes he had. What actually "sealed his fate" were the votes that came afterward, pushing Araris further. Or something.
  17. After reviewing minimally, since I'm having difficulty in comprehending the discussion at the moment, I have come to a few obvious conclusions. 1. Roadwalker is apparently Max, I have a village read on him (separate from his roleclaim, but that helps). 2. Bugsy, Araris, and Len are top suspicions, or at least the loudest suspicions. After looking through the abbreviated evidence, particularly Road's, I'm not quite suspicious of Bugsy. Len is contributing nicely, but his arguments don't seem quite right. It's not something I can quite fall behind, but I don't think its skewampus enough to be Elim. It is D1, after all. 3. I have not posted at all, which I have now remedied. Based on conclusion number 2, I feel my vote would be most effective if directed towards one of those three. Since Len doesn't seem evil enough, and Bugsy doesn't seem that evil either, Araris is the most Elim-y of them. Also, after looking at a few of his posts, he varies from condemning certain behavior, then using the same behavior to justify his argument. A bit hypocritical of him, and helps ease my conscience in placing my vote.
  18. And as in screaming, he was screamin' out the second by second rundown of the race: "AND THEY ENTER THE NEXT TURN! LIFT SKILLFULLY USING ABRASION TO SLIIIIIIIIDE PAST BUTT, AND COMING OUT IN FRONT! BUT BUTT IS CLOSING IN, HOPING TO BUTT AHEAD FOR THAT FIRST PLACE! AND IF THIS RACE GETS ANY MORE INTENSE, I'M GOING TO LOSE MY VOICE!"
  19. How much stormlight can someone get from a fart? Go figure. Butt's fartrunning was fast, but Awesome Lift can be faster. They then entered a drift race.
  20. Ack, with a summer so packed, I don't think I'll be able to make it through a full LG... BUT I WILL TRY! Sign me up as Leonard Wilkins.
  21. Lasers shot out of the shades' eyes, and Butt started a rave.
