  1. Also, the Borrower's weakness is a bit vague. "Smarter" is relative to intelligence, and "intelligence" is hard to define. You gave the Borrower's IQ, but many people don't bother to take IQ tests. Would a person have to express that they know something that the Borrower does not know, or could the Borrower be unaware of the other person's intelligence and still have the weakness take effect?
  2. Sounds alright. This will allow Epics with PIs like reincarnation to remain in effect if they were killed within the 30ft area. Edit: @antgrgmn could you maybe spoiler the Borrower's bio? For some reason it is double spaced and takes up a ton of room.
  3. Usually only one target, but if there are no other distractions and he exerts a ton of willpower, he could freeze two, maybe.
  4. The 30ft negation is automatic, but he has to be conscious. A petrified person can still think, and use Epic abilities that do not require movement or speech, such as some passive abilities. Technically, an Epic that was petrified could teleport out of sight, since that does not require movement to accomplish.
  5. Hmmm. Well, I'm trying to make this guy anti-Epic. Perhaps if it was changed to where the 30 ft area negation stays, but instead of a sustained negation through sight (and this replaces the invisibility as well) he can freeze a target in place (like petrification)?
  6. However, greenhouse zone is also a fast zone, but even more so than the fast lanes. How would those be handled, since that is a large enough zone for action to take place in.
  7. I like how Machete is a knockoff Wolverine. And I guess this means that Epoch is agreed upon? Will the slow-time zone be worked around?
  8. Okay, I have an idea for a canceller. I'm just going to put up the powers right now, to see if they are legal. Primary Power: Canceller. Can negate all Epic powers within 30 feet, and can focus to negate a specific Epic's powers within sight. The Epic's powers are negated as long as concentration is maintained and the Epic is within sight. Distance does not matter. Secondary Power: Invisibility. Can turn invisible at will, as well as clothing. Held items remain visible, however. Weakness: I'm going to leave this as unknown for now. But I have one in mind.
  9. Liam might make him pay rent, but if possible, they can jam to Elvis together. However, he'll have to pitch in on the food bill. And the gas money.
  10. Liam the Moose (AKA The Moose, Liam Dunton, or the Man with the Van) Aunt Margaret Circle of the Shield "Sentinel" Chrysalis Roach Riley Henderson
  11. My Reckoners knowledge is a little rusty. This character takes existing things and adds Epic-tech to it. Like this weed-wacker can now phase through space-time. Something like that. Pretty much, the character would live in seclusion, known only to a few who act as the character's lifeline (one of these is Liam the Moose). These guardians of a sort in return get cool gadgets. It sounds cool to me, at least.
  12. So Prof made some cool Epic-tech, helped with it, but I bet he wasn't the only one. I suggest a Maple that is doing the same sort of thing, but in Canada. He (or she) could be off-map, and only referred to, or could make an actual appearance. Is this a cleared idea?
  13. Fifth, that's an interesting point you make, but I was under the impression that Sart was one of the most cleared players among us. I suppose you can't really trust anything in SE... But if your hunch has more to it than meets the eye, Sart might be the most complex reverse-WGG? thing I've ever seen, to willingly lynch teammates consistently to make yourself nearly foolproof to the village? That's almost too unbelievable for me to even consider it. Though Fifth, Rand's emphasis on Sart's cleared-ness might have been an attempt to get us to question it. I would like to see a vote count to see how ensured Doc's lynch is, if that isn't too much trouble.
  14. Well, next week I’ll be out, so in two weeks I’m fine. I’m only planning to write the Moose, so my schedule’s mostly flexible, unless some sort of encounter had been set up.
  15. I have now gotten myself overhyped about writing Liam the Moose, so when exactly are we starting this? Edit: This is the sort of crap Liam does: https://notablelife.com/this-sudbury-man-is-basically-the-canadian-chuck-norris/
  16. I hope that we venture out into the more wild parts of Canada, because honestly, they are pretty cool. And also because Liam the Moose will be there too.
  17. I think in the General Discussion section, there is a religion poll that has Mormon as an option. I don't have a link to it on hand, but I bet you can find it. Otherwise, Hello! Welcome to the Shard, I hope you find your stand hospitable because you will be staying here a very long time... In other notes, I'd avoid the cookies if I were you and be sure to check out Sanderson Elimination if you'd like! It's lots of blood fun!
  18. Moose Maple. Actually, according to Google, Liam was the most popular boy name in 2015. So probably Liam the Moose. Liam wears lumberjack flannel, has a burly beard, and has a fascination with Elvis. Liam is ready. But if this Epic of yours has an excellent taste in music and respect for the King, then they might get along.
  19. @Jondesu I don't understand why you feel so strongly that I am evil. Well, actually somewhat less strongly, but I still don't see your reasoning behind this. Edit: Scratch that. I feel like I can't take any of your post seriously now, after reading through it again, because you also labeled yourself as totally evil. I am now left slightly confused.
