She was running away straight for the governor but Wax was catching up and almost caught her even through steelrunning You could say that bleeder had no plan of hurting wax but it's still the same that Wax actually managed to both hit her with a gun and catchup with her through steel. Bleeder definitely did not want to get caught as she did try so hard to escape as that would be game over for her. Even as an expert Kandra she could sustain enough damage to be immobile(she was actually on the verge of it before escaping and losing Wax outside)

I know that steelrunners can be really fast but how fast are they really ? I think i remember Wax actually hitting and catching up bleeder who was using steelrunner ability maxed without even having pewter himself. He only had steel to catch up Cause it might be also possible that we might exaggerating their speed in our head.

I think the best rioter/soother can make a person not even notice if they are soothed or rioted. Like in a situation where the emotion of anger is highlighted can you really tell whether you all your other feelings are numbed down and only anger is left or if only your anger is being inflamed to the point that it's only one you notice. Essentially if you can recognize if you are being soothed or rioted then the allomancer doing it to you isn't good enough or doesn't understand how your emotions are working at that moment.

House Hasting because they managed to live fairly decently overall considering the scheme of things while House Sadeas is heading to a bad direction so far as we've seen. Would you rather be a fused under Odium's influence or a steel inquisitor under Ruin's influence ?

It's so nice to find another fan of the series. Usually stuff like Harry Potter is much much more popular than his so it's kinda hard to find fans of the series as well. Rick Riordan actually got me into reading fantasy. Even tho it was a YA and had juvenile stuff at times he does know how to stir emotion whether it's through happiness or making you feel bad. It is still one of the natural's when it came to characters as they never felt pieces of the board(i'm fine with this but most authors do this) but instead people. Kinda like Robin Hobb or Tad Willaims stuff only YA. Calypso's storyline from PJO/HoO is still actually my favorite tragic romance story arc in fantasy. It was just really good i haven't met it's match. And Percy/Annabeth is still pretty much one of the better and natural romances i've read. (apparently i didn't realize that good romances is actually hard to find in fantasy despite romance being abundant)

Marasi. She's much more appealing to me (testament to it that i have zero problems reading her pov). Would you be part of Kelsier's crew(TFE) or Kaladin's bridge four(post-slavery ofc) ?

Zuko was great but tbh i never felt like he was truly the enemy even at the beginning when he acted mostly as the villain. I always had a hunch he was gonna have a redemption arc(and it was great !) I'd count Darth Vader more as a villain than Zuko will ever be.

Aside from the significantly higher duration of usage which that alone already gives Atium misting his defeat, in close proximity it doesn't matter how you can predict if you can't react to the person due to his speed. But an Atium Misting can win under the specific condition that if he/she burned Atium at the right time as Steelrunner is about to clobber him/her should give him a predictive pattern where to hit or dodge given that the Atium allomancer also has guns or some tools to hit the steelrunner. Another scenario would be Steelrunner being an idiot not spending his entire speed and just amping himself a little for efficiency sounds like a perfect way to lose to a Atium Misting(as we have seen atium misting beat somebody twice as fast and strong as he/she is) Other than that steelrunner should win most of the time.
