I don't think Harmony's "shardangels" would actually help (considering that he can have multiple consciousness at ones) and honestly it would still clash with his intent. I don't he can make purely preservational or purely ruinous as the act of it itself actually clashes with his intent. Like he is balance not specialized control. I think the vessel is the only one who can claim the unclaimed investiture assigned for each shard.

TLR actually had kids tho. And Ruin/Preservation is literally the parents of Scadrians. Honor/Cultivation has the splinters as his/her children. I suppose if we are only talking about biological parents then only TLR counts as somebody who has descendants. Feel free to edit the list.

Sanderon used alot of nice sounding female names. Allrianne and Aona are fairly good sounding to my ears especially if you think about who they are. Syl and Ash has a nice ring to it too. It even fits who they are. For the male names. Tanavast, Rashek and Rayse are most likely my favorite. It has a bite to it.

Huh i pick the Lord Ruler as well. His position in life and well he is completely unchallenged(in terms of combat and many things) has access wealth of all Scadrial. Lets just not dive to the moralistic implications of being the Lord Ruler but he sounds like he has the best life ever.

I agree and it certainly doesn't seem to cause some succession issues with the position of the vessel. It's just highly unlikely that a shard would actually consciously give away some of their control to others.

I would also say no because that would mean that Odium is special in a way that he gets investiture with more practitioners of his intent. Which other shards have shown aren't the same case and i don't think Odium is special or any shard is. And besides we have already seen what happens with this kind of stuff in Mistborn(Spoilers All Ahead)

Allomancy doesn't actually add investiture or proliferate anything. It basically just comes around back to preservation then the allomancers again. Kinda like you know how Rain works. Almost spit my coffee just thinking about this lol

Hey WeiryWriter i got the critrole reference as well Lutha is likely Lord Ruler's daughter or lover. Speaking of Lord Ruler's children i always found it intriguing that he still has descendants in the modern Scadrial. Like how did that happen ? Who ? Did he have harems ? Or did he spare his children or lost track of them ? I'd love if Vax is gonna play a role on cosmere eventually and it being initially Ruin-dominated place(or probably him leaving power there too) Also i would really interested if Sanderson wrote Cosmic horrors even if it was not cosmere and just SF.

I like the legendary characters category but yeah the problem is that if we don't limit it to cosmere not all people may know such characters. Dead parents might be hard(as we don't know alot of their names). What about cosmere couples or maybe cosmere's most competent characters ? Or maybe cosmere powers ?

Lets see. I like Kelsier but he's overhyped and overestimated. And i don't expect him to pick up another shard like people seemed to assume I wanted Hoid's motivations to be more human/personal than some sort of greater cosmere plan(like reassembling adonalsium or something.) which is why i really loved the direction he's hinted from the Traveler story(where he seems to be trying to bring back somebody from the beyond) Odium completely lost his frightening/scary factor since Oathbringer. Like Ruin for me is definitely still the scariest villain Sanderson produced because of unintentional loss of scary factor from SA's last book. I don't actually find Lopen's parts exciting. I don't find Harmony to be compelling enough. Like he's not malevolent/destructive enough for somebody who is literally represents entropy. I dislike that most of cosmere romance are quite prude despite the setting showing that they can be not prude. Like come on a character from the good side doesn't have to be always "monogamous" or can be the "really gets around" type when it comes to their love/romance/sex life. Like it doesn't make sense somebody as popular as Adolin or Kelsier would not have slept with some women around. Syl might be the single most fun female character i have ever read. Wow that is Edgy indeed xD

Read The Subtle Art of Not Giving a storm by Mark Manson Recently i traveled somewhere with someone and she had this book which she wasn't in the mood for reading so i ended up reading it. It is essentially a self-help book (which usually i dislike and find pretentious/uneffective) but this one is actually good. It doesn't make you pretend to be happy or positive but rather accept your circumstances which is good to me as advises goes. Might be the only self-help book that i actually would recommend.

Eliminated Chanarach. As she already had an appearance(not sure which one is she tho) and she's the herald of the dustbringers. That certainly sounds like somebody who would not step aside to me. Annnd the champion for "alive before the books" category is Vedel. As she joins the hall-of-fame. Anybody has a suggestion for the next category ?

Kaladin, Jasnah and Adolin are in the chopping block later i think. Think Dalinar/Taln is mostly safe as they seem to represent the key to the conclusion of Stormlight Archives. You know with Taln seemingly the most important herald(also Sanderson saying he's is his favorite SA storyline) and Dalinar obviously the foil to Odium.
