  1. This is mostly what I meant. This is also my first game as an Eliminator, so I had a bit of trouble getting around the idea that I could just kill anyone. I know I wouldn't like dying C1, so what happened was I partially reflected those feelings onto other people. It was mostly facetious, anyway. Ouch. This is not what I intended at all. I'm honestly not sure how to respond to this view because it's so far from what I had intended. I'll try anyway. When I play Mafia with my friends, and I'm a kill role, I'll have to kill one of my friends. Later, they'll probable say something like; 'Come on man, why'd you have to do that? You could have killed _____!'. This is not hate, it's just mock anger. That's what I was implying you would do. Later, one of the same freinds might kill me when they don't have anyone else to kill, because I killed them. It's all in jest. I assumed you would not be happy that you died C1. (At this point, I actually don't remember when we killed you. I'm pretty sure I said that C1 or so.) I really don't think it's within the bounds of your personality (Or Doc's, for that matter) to hate someone for killing them in a game. However, I totally could see you 'mock raging' about it in the dead doc. Which, looking at the doc, you didn't. Huh. Apparently, we didn't even kill you. How odd. Still, I could see it happening. Take MR17 for another example. In that game, I seriously messed with Doc. And Doc was definitely a bit frustrated, which I can see, but it was still all in fun and games, (and mostly accidental ), and even afterwards in the dead doc, it was all just mock anger. (I hope. ) I didn't expect anything else. Out of context, I can see how my post could be taken, but that's really not what I meant at all. I hope I didn't upset you too much. Lolno. I would never have betrayed my team. First of all, I much prefer being an Elim to being a villager, and second, I don't particularly like betraying people on my team, for the same reason I don't like killing people in general. It also doesn't make sense from a gameplay/metagame perspective, IMO, and I think it sets a bad precedent as well as placing a target on your back. I don't personally like the Traitor mechanic to start with, either. I also am a fan of the merit system. It got me to RP, which was nice.
  2. That's probably a good idea. I was just wondering. Truly, the Mods have unlimited wisdom to go with their unlimited power.
  3. Oooo. Is that a thing? Can you split topics?
  4. Agreed. Hrathen is the best character in Elantris, IMO. In WoT... I really didn't like Dark!Rand, and just found him hard to read. Oddly, I found Pattern-Balancing!Rand almost as annoying, but he got better over the course of the books. I found all of the girls annoying at some point or another, but at the same time I felt like that was intentional? Egwene was usually the most annoying, but she had some redeeming qualities. Nynaeve realy really annoyed me. Mat was the best part of those books, especially towards the end. Across Brandon's books, I think I found Jasnah, Vivenna, a lot of the priests/gods in warbreaker, and that lighteyes that Kaladin liked the most annoying overall.
  5. No problem. I'm just confused as to why people thought I was a neutral. And then there was a freak coincidence where I was redirected to you the night you were CMOTD'ed, because they thought I was a neutral... Yeah, that was amusing to read over.
  6. Well, I enjoyed one round of this game. -sigh- I'm going to have to work on not dying C1. This is the second LG in a row. Anyway, thanks for the game, Bard. Wow. So many docs.
  7. Part of the problem was we expected Len to be trustworthy. Not making that mistake again. So that's why Burnt could kill me! Outrage! I'll agree that it makes sense that you did that, from a game perspective, though. I stand by the idea that Lucius could have singlehandedly won the game anyway. I have to say, the Arcos role was my favorite in the whole game. It was balanced, IMO, and at the same time it was so, so awesome. I absolutely loved being Arcos. I'm not sure I can adequately express how much I loved being Arcos. Thanks for the great game, Aman. You'll be missed, and I hope you end up coming back sooner rather than later.
  8. Sherlock is taking the case. He's been told by some people he trusts that there are secretly some secrets hidden in this game. He has brought his magnifying glass.
  9. But, did Lopen ask for those to be his first words? Or did you just decide 'Wow, Rude' Sounded cool?
  10. What I want to know, is, where did the inspiration for the title come from?
  11. Hey, why'd you unwhite my white text? Spoilsport. Also, Joe, seriously? You did not just call us all kids. Not cool.
  12. I've always been a fan of white text, although I can't see what you're saying. I want you're hand too.
  13. We were so close. Good game, Nathan. Nice job, Joe, making this game, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Inquisipuppy. I admit, it would have been nice to survive for once. There's always another secret. Bwahahahahah. Also, I'm extremely happy with how many people we killed. Got your hands!
  14. You're also ignoring the possibility of people who like being an Elim realizing they have a way higher chance of becoming one if they go explore the night that you make sure we send one person.
  15. Do any roles have passives, or are they all active? And do some roles/items give you an extra action? Is it possible to absorb the Heart instead of killing it, and become omnipotent?
  16. Aman, looking at your post, I feel like becoming defensive, and then I realize I don't even have a role yet. Wyrm, can item names change? Can roles change? If so, do role changes stack, or do they switch? How well are the hidden things hidden?
  17. I feel as though it is important to clarify why Moro is at the house. Moro killed someone who was intending to search the house, having found a ancient map which told of hidden treasures within the house. Moro believes that there are Type IV Sentient Awakened Objects somewhere in the house, and thinks that he alone can defeat the house, and find them.
