  1. Well, people have theorized that you could use Lerasium somehow to gain Feruchemy instead of Allomancy. If anything, I'd expect it to be doable with a Lerasium/Atium alloy.
  2. Oh right, I forgot that WoB. Thanks! WoR spoilers:
  3. I suspect that he didn't burn the whole bead. It isn't clear how much Lerasium you need to burn to become an Allomancer. He could have just burned a bit of it and used the rest in a way we don't expect. Another note on Hoid - Hoid appears places where important events are going to occur. He does this because he somehow uses Feruchemy to determine where something important will happen and get there before it does (confirmed in a WoB). Hoid appears in Elantris, which is set many hundreds of years before Mistborn Era 1. This implies, at least to me, that Hoid has had Feruchemy for quite a while, long before he acquired the Lerasium bead. So, I don't think he used the Lerasium to gain Feruchemy. Unless, of course, he uses Feruchemy to find important events now, but used another method beforehand. That doesn't sound as plausible to me though.
  4. Secret History spoilers.
  5. Because you said you would do something, and then did nothing. That would be suspicious if you hadn't said anything. I freely admit that I could be wrong. And, thinking about it, I do see why the eliminators might want to just sit back and let us kill each other. Though, I wouldn't expect them to do that if they didn't have protection against vig kills. If there's no GB attack again tonight, I guess that would support what you say.
  6. Just to be clear about what happened, could someone please let me know if this sounds plausible? The Puppetmaster swapped Arrenae and Sheep, putting all roles and meta-roles onto Sheep. This resulted in Sheep dying from the Scapegoat's effect because he voted for DC, who was lynched. Beacuse one of the Puppetmaster's targets died, roles are not restored. This leaves Arrenae with no roles or meta-roles (except new metas are assigned in the morning, so there will be a new Scapegoat and a new Stick, though the Stick does nothing now). ... wait, that can't be right. The Scapegoat effect triggers INSTEAD of the kill. So, how did Sheep die during the day? Does becoming Hoid with a Stick due to a Puppetmaster effect cause an immediate death?
  7. Actually, no, the path of logic that I'm going down is the one where you were a GB and going to submit a kill order maybe along with the pain knife hit, maybe not, and honestly forgot to submit orders like you said you did. Now, you're trying to cover for it. Someone clearly forgot to submit orders who was a Ghostblood. You are confirmed to have forgotten. That makes it more likely you're a Ghostblood, though two people could have forgotten on the same night. Go ahead and think that if you want? If so, that'd require a double WGG, because I was also attacked by the Ghostbloods and it was also blocked with a Painrial. EDIT: Also, you mean Lopen, not Orlok.
  8. Type-1s are Splinters of Endowment. Type-4s are not. That's a significant difference. I'll put the below behind a spoiler tag, because someone might consider some of this post a spoiler for other books. In my opinion, nothing in it is actually a spoiler.
  9. I successfully protected him from a GB hit. That makes me not suspect him as much as others, even though it could have been a WGG. I did out the probability of it being a WGG somewhere, and it wasn't that high. I could be wrong though, and you're welcome to disagree with me. But, that's why no suspicion. You claiming to have forgotten to send in an order that would have saved someone adds suspicion to you, even if you couldn't necessarily have known it would have saved someone. To me, that's a more likely tactic than the WGG. I think Stink is just a bored villager with a gun who decided to start killing townies to end the game faster. I'm not against killing him, but if I'm right, killing him would pretty much make us lose. We really need to hit an eliminator this lynch. EDIT: Also, there was no GB hit that night. If you DID forget to send in orders, that actually makes you MORE suspicious, because if no one pain knifed a GB, the GB who was supposed to do the kill forgot to send it in. Actually, I convinced myself. Macen. EDIT2: Oh, wait, it's Night. Haha, oops. Ignore that.
  10. How does that one make you good? It's the truth though. (EDIT: I mean, that's the one that's true, but it doesn't make you automatically good) At this point, it's Zas+Wilson or Kyne/Alvron/Macen (choose two), if you ask me. I still want to know why there was no GB kill last night turn. No one has said a thing about it, and that's really bugging me =\ Someone had to have pain knifed them or something...
  11. Having alignments not be revealed on death would fix that problem, though that changes the game a lot. You can also just let the eliminators send a ghost message every night for free. Or, allow them each to send one once per game. Or, allow them to, once per game per person they kill, intercept that person's message and edit it however they wish. I kinda like that last one quite a bit. Let them intercept every message that's sent by people they've killed until they decide to spend their control over that person to edit their message. Let them also spend their control to write a message from scratch if that person decides not to send one, so the village ghosts can't dodge the mechanic by never having people killed by eliminators send messages. And Shadows doesn't fit perfectly, it was just the closest Cosmere thing I could think of, apart from the Cognitive Shadows in Mistborn.
  12. Well, sure, but that's a totally different case. The Bands were made by one person who had everything and could do whatever with it. The medallions have to be made by passing them from person to person, assembly-line style.
  13. I'd just expect any Allomancers they had to be of note, especially when they were getting armed with weapons and such near the end. Also, didn't VenDell explicitly mention that it's possible for Nicrosil Feruchemy to be used to give someone Allomantic powers when they were discussing how a metalmind usable by anyone could mean giving non-metalborn the powers of a Mistborn? Obviously, the person making the medallion doesn't need to be able to use all metals involved. There are no full Feruchemists on Sacrdial, so how could a medallion that combined three metals be made if one person had to make the whole thing alone? As to how someone puts Allomancy into the medallion, that's unclear, but it's also unclear how the whole medallion is made non-identity-locked despite ferrings filling it, so I don't get how feruchemy gets in there either. EDIT: Oh! Duh, that makes total sense. Dunno why that didn't occur to me xD You start by having an Aluminum Ferring hold two Aluminum metalminds, storing Identity in one until she has no Identity, then storing the rest in the other, making it an unkeyed metalmind. Then you give it to a Nicrosil Ferring, who taps Nicrosil to store Identity in the Aluminum metalmind, and then creates an unkeyed Nicrosil/Aluminum metalmind. Then, you give this Nicrosil/Aluminum "medallion-maker" metalmind to another Ferring or Misting who stores Aluminum and taps Nicrosil to create a metalmind that uses Nicrosil and their metal. Then, you hand off both to another Ferring or Misting, who stores a third metal in the medallion. Then, you can apparently pass it off one more time, but it's hard, and after that it stops working. I know that's what you said, but I'm just talking through the whole process to make sure I've got it...
  14. Cognitive Shadows for the "ghosts?" Or you can go all Threnody and have the ghosts be "Shades," the eliminators be "Bandits," and the town be "Bounty Hunters."
  15. I'm pretty sure that you can make a google account, give everyone the password, and have everyone log in to the same account and write on a single shared google doc. I'm fairly sure that works just fine, as long as no one is a jerk and changes the password. Everyone will come up as the same person, so it'll help with the anonymizing.
