Judging by the fact that I'm now more afraid of Oathbringer spoilers than spoilers from the last GoT episode (which are everywhere, adn which I have not yet seen), I think it's time to go for it! I cannot handle more stress haha

When you are struggling because everyone is reading Oathbringer chapters except you, because you vowed to reread the previous books before you started Oathbringer, but you have no time to read the books really fast because you need to do a lot of work, and you're impatient because you know Oathbringer chapters are out, and you're super curious, and you're about to give up your oaths and dive into Oathbringer anyway.

Yep. To be honest, I'm fairly sure that's where most of my adorable-sounding friends got the trait from. I still watch anime every now and then, and I still shudder at all the adorable voices haha.

Yes, unfortunately. I always get sceptical if that's how they actually sound, or if they're just so used to making adorable voices they can no longer stop, or never grew out of it ...

Ok so, I'm going to sound so grumpy now, but a pet peeve of mine is when people talk in cutesy voices in regular situations. I don't really get it, I guess?

Interesting theories all around. I like the theory that Shin won't step on stone because of thunderclasts... In that case though I imagine it would be because they would consider stone to be a weapon of a sort, which would be looked down upon, and I mostly get the impression Shin revere stone in a positive light rather than a negative one. (Unless you can get positive thunderclasts ...?) It would make sense that Urithiru is made to be "thunderclast safe". I'm no master theorist and lagging a little behind on some information I think, but how much do we know of how (and by whom) thunderclasts are made, really? In a vision Dalinar sees a spren bring one out of the purelake ground ... so I guess a sleeping, peaceful thunderclast might be a spren of the stone before being corrupted, which I suppose would be something to revere (especially if you'd seen them come to life!). I'd be very careful to step on a potential thunderclast's back.

when you spend time thinking about how it would be nice to be able to breathe on your slowing crochet project and tell it to finish itself up.

I'll drink the lager. Both sounds like pretty fun experiences but the first one might stop being fun after an infinity. Would you rather insult the Nightwatcher or the Stormfather?

I love orcs. It's become sort of an inside joke with some of my friends. I was gifted a Garrosh Hellscream figure and it's blatantly situated in the middle of the living room bookshelf... I think Garrosh was a pretty cool bad guy even though he had basically 0 redeeming qualities and was the worst person ever. His design was just super neat. Nazgrim was a pretty solid orc-dude too, and far more likeable haha. I'll always have a love for warcraft orcs I think!

I was supposed to stay late and get loads of work done today as I'm lagging behind a few deadlines. I had also planned to watch GoT with people out, and meet my best friend for a well needed walk and chat through town at night. But I got suddenly sick and had to leave to go home and rest shortly after i got to the studio. Now I'm home in bed again feeling ill and stressed out that I couldn't do all I needed and wanted to :c

Please share the secret to safe metal-microwaving o: im bound to do it again some time ...

Speaking of microwaves ... I once microwaved a spoon. Blue lightning happens if you do that. I do not recommend the experience. I nearly repeated the situation with a fork in the university cafeteria microwave a few years later. I am now carefully monitored by friends when microwaving my lunch!

I mean, when I get dizzy or anxious I see little "stars" pop up and streak across my vision. I'm pretty sure it's a rather normal physical thing, but naming it a spren would make it more fun i guess :b

... when you visit your parents to find your mom has framed one of your many unfinished (and in my opinion not very well drawn) Kelsier doodles. I asked her why she would frame that when he doesn't even have feet and she refused to take it down. Now I feel like I desperately have to draw something finished and better to replace it ...

I'm rereading SA right now and while there are so many large, epic scenes that I absolutely adore that have already been mentioned, I just realized that in hindsight and after knowing how they will grow closer later on, the scene where Moash and Kaladin interact for the first time is becoming one of my favorites. .

People have different naming conventions all over the world I s'pose :B I like that names do not have to be assigned a gender as strictly as I grew up being told. I think my own name is pretty strictly stuck in one slot though hah.

I was so amazed when I found out girl's could be named Alex/Robin and guys could be named Maria etc, as I'd never encountered it where I'm from. Personally I love stuff like that though. Pet peeve: when people don't immediately wash their cups/utensils in a job/university kitchen area. It's okay if you're sloppy at home, but why you gotta bring your mess to me?

Stub my toe. i can grit my teeth through it for the rest of my life. But I do art for work so uh I'll keep my eyes healthy thanks. Would you rather go to a party with Kelsier and his squad or Bridge 4?
