Heh. Let's try one from a Brandon quote.
Ever confident, mostly the immature one, I am one with immaturity, the most confident ever.

If anyone can come up with a better ketek of this quote, please share. I'm not very satisfied with mine.
One of my female friends got engaged to a guy with the last name Sherwood, and I said if they have a son, they should name him Forest so that in alphabetized lists, his entry will read "Sherwood, Forest."
Best debut novel: Got Luck by Michael Darling
Best Sanderson book: The Dark Talent (I haven't read White Sand or Arcanum Unbounded yet, so I may yet change my mind...)

Mm, I think gyoza. (Japanese pot stickers.) I love the sound of crackling oil in the frypan, and they're delicious.
What's your favorite Christmas carol?
@Cognizantastic I think your poem is super awesome. Your creative use of different fonts and colors and formatting really turns it into a sort of "word painting" that enhances the meaning.
My subconscious is so weird. I have plenty of utterly bizarre dreams, but every once in a while I'll have one that's so mundane I start to wonder if it didn't actually happen IRL. For example: earlier this week I dreamed that I was trying to convince someone that Gogurt tubes were obviously superior to yogurt in a cup because they're far more convenient and less messy. And I was completely ruining the point I was trying to make by eating a Gogurt and dripping yogurt everywhere. XD
Finished reading Tales from Shadowhunter Academy tonight. Now starting on Michael Vey #6, Fall of Hades. I'm also participating in the group Cosmere re-read that was proposed in General Brandon Discussion and have gotten 5-ish chapters into Elantris.
It's that time of the semester...
I'm not even kidding. The good news? If I get a zero on the paper, I'll still have to score under 40% on the final exam in order to fail the class. (Since I've averaged about 82% on previous tests in this class, I seriously doubt I'll do that badly.)
Still trying to keep this alive! *performs CPR on thread*
On today's menu is Sands by Kevin Nielsen. It's the first in a series; there are 3 books so far.
