    Captain Khal is General Khal's son. And "causal betrothal" is correct. That hyphenation error seems to be a Nook error. I looked in the ebook and there is definitely nothing strange there. It's a perfectly normal paragraph. I recommend you report it to the Nook people and give them all the evidence.

    We won't find out until Wednesday the week after the book comes out, what spot it gets on the bestseller list. But we can make some good guesses ahead of that. I am most anxious just for the book to be out so I can see what people are saying about it. Not reviewers, but fans. Brandon is just working on Firefight. The tour will put a big crimp in his writing time, which is very annoying to him.
