  1. I gave steeldancer one of my uovotes for ya Ailvara
  2. Renarin didn't bond a voidspren though he bonded a corrupted radiantspren.
  3. This actually fits really nicely with the whole I am_____, as well as her coming to grips with her dissociative identity disorder
  4. Devastating indeed. Especially if they join the ranks of the KR or if the theory of their gemhearts is true
  5. I hope to see king rock lead a task force to reclaim the horneater peaks and secure cultivation's perpendicularity
  6. So does this mean that rock is going to bring the horneaters into dalinar's coalition now that he is a shardholder and defacto king of the horneaters
  7. Well I said it originally as a joke but apparently it has some validity. I mean unless there is a WoBI haven't seen there is no proof as of yet to the horneaters having gemhearts
  8. You mean like my old joke theory that horneaters have gemhearts and rock will bond with a spren that way and become the Rosharan Hulk
  9. About rocks strength, let' not forget that he lifted a giant log and swung it at kal with ease while kal was training to use stormlight in the chasms. Now here's my to spheres: with rock being able to see spren wether or not they want to be seen lends me to believethat his tie to the spren will result in hearing the screams if rock were to lift one of his newly one shardblades. Let' not forget that in killing Amaram rock has won 2 blades and likely a set of plate if Amarams transformation didn't completely destroy said plate
  10. So with jasnah are you talking about when she is glowing and has geometric type patterns behind her as when she's using shardplate? Because I read that as her using her transportation surge as a weapon, like a force push or Dragonshout
  11. Listening to the shard cast about the letters they talk about an interesting wob where Brandon says autonomy has been worship by cultures where autonomy is an entire Pantheon of gods. Also the islands in FoS are also called the pantheon. Coincidence? With Brandon I find it highly unlikely
  12. Using adhesion in tandem with the dustbringers burny abilities could potentially create massive firestorms
  13. This in kinda fits how I view them now. More of a Helmut feel to the carapace,
  14. You see the highsprens at some point during the skybreaker testing. I don' have the book near me but there was something about a spren that looks like two lines
  15. Going back to the glow of Shallans blade, I always assumed it didn't glow when she killed Tyn because her perception was that it was a shardblade and not a live one which explains why she thinks it takes 10 heartbeats to summon
  16. So what is the liss theory I've never heard it. Does it have to do with her having a shardblade and szeths claim of "one of the other 7" which to me reads as there is one Honor blade unnacounted for
  17. Well I don't actually adhere to this theory it was just a cool random thought that popped into my head
  18. Now I know some of you are probably annoyed that I drop quick little theories and questions but sadly I have a whole of 2 people to talk SA with, one lives 6 hours away and the other is always driving. Also neither of them have read all cosmere. So here goes: rereading words of radiance I've come to Shallan meeting with ghost bloods. Now every description of Mraize says that he has bones that look repeatedly broken. Taken that and [spoilers] Sanderson confirming that Mraize is indeed a world hopper What do you fine outstanding individuals think about the possibility that Mraize is a dakhor monk or at the very least has started training with them
  19. I will most likely get it, smile and gigglelike a child on christmas. Then I will go home, partake in some firemoss, tell my gf I love her and that she probably won't see me for a week or two and dive right in. Also Have a mental debate about wether or not I need my job
  20. So I as many if you, am furiously rereading SA before the oathbringer release next month. I'm these reread I've come across something that i don't recall ever seeing mentioned or discussed here if it has been much apologies. So here goes: in words of radiance chapter 4: Taker of secrets Dalinar is in a highstorm vision he believes to be in the Purelake; "I'm in the Purelake, I think," he said, under his breath. "Warm water that only comes up to my knees, no signs of land anywhere. It's full though, so I can't see much. Shortly after this quote Dalinar comes across a fortress seemingly made of obsidian. Now skip forward to chapter 7: open flame where in Shallan enters shadesmar to soulcast the boat. In this scene we see the reversal of land and water that is a signature of shadesmar/cognitive realm. The land in shadesmar is like obsidian: She stood in a place with a black sky and a tiny, distant sun. The ground beneath her reflected light. Obsidian? So my thoughts are this: could the Purelake vision be taking place within shadesmar? Any thoughts either firbor against this would be greatly appreciated. Until next time, keep fit and have fun!
  21. Gotcha. See I always see it as a Mohawk so I'm my mind he looked like android 16 (DBZ) but with mutton chops lol
  22. Just a quick random: when reading the description of rock do you see him with mutton chops and a culdesac or mutton chops and a mohawk. As I read it i think Mohawk but could be wrong
  23. So what you people are telling me is: Adolin won't revive his blade but instead become a squire to Kaladin? I think that their bromance gives them a close enough connection bahahaha. Btw mostly joking
  24. Honestly I've always viewed the stonewards as being very similar to the stone dogs of WoT wherein once they engage in battle they do not retreat they fight to the last wether it means living through it or not. Which I think is very similar to how Taln fights in the prologue
