We actually had it confirmed in June:
-
They have seven. There were nine left, Jezrien's was taken by Kaladin and one is unaccounted for. (WoR I-14, when Mr.T. lies that one of the Honorblades disappeared, Szeth reacts: "One of the remaining seven?"). Current consensus is one of the Heralds went back for it, specifically Nale. As far as I know there is no information about that. Do you have a source for this? As for your question: We do not know how did the Honorblades end up with the Shin.
-
Why?

The classification takes in count Investiture and Investiture only. You can build a first class perpetuum mobile with Feruchemy and it's still end-neutral because neither Investiture is provided from external source nor is it lost to some external source.

Wait, you mean you need both of these alarm clocks when each one is supposed to be effective?

Something I always wanted to ask. See, how do "Drinking games" work? I don't get them. I mean, I've seen a lot of them, for example for movies, "to drink everytime when: " and a list of events follows (like Legolas looking in the distance or Zuko saying "Honor"). The question is: what to drink and how much? It's really confusing cause attempting to down a shot everytime would get you dead (literally dead) in about thirty minutes and taking a sip of beer is not really a game, I think.

I did choose it deliberately Thing is, I live with three other people and sometimes I get up before they do :| I've seen many designs of alarm clocks and I don't think I could afford them... even if they're sold somewhere in my country. Before I broke my iPod I had a pretty decent system: I'd choose a long track; not "jump-out-of-bed" type but something that starts gentle and builds up. Instead of jumping out to turn it off, I'd listen to it to the end and by the time it ends I'd be ready to get up. I used to use this and since I love the whole OST it made my start of the day better.

I overslept for my lecture today. Now, it won't have any reprercussions or consequences (in fact, I am not even signed up for it - I attend it cause the lecturer is very good and I'm retaking course linked to this lecture). I wish I had gone to it though. Anyway... I have no idea how did I not wake up. See, my strategy is to use the phone's alarm, so I turn it off and then go back to bed. This makes me more aware and more likely to wake up when five minutes later the Super Clock Of Destruction Capable Of Waking Dead™ sets off. (it's designed like those old fashioned clocks with two bells and little hammer between them) Thing is, I don't remember getting up, walking across the room and disabling the Super Clock Of Destruction Capable Of Waking Dead™. I can get I turned off my phone while barely awake; but this? I should at least have some vague memories of that... And no, nobody else could've messed with it. What am I supposed to do? Install a bucket of cold water over my bed?

We know Splintering happened way before Reod You're not hallucinating - this was in the first drafts in Elantris but was written out.

What is it about shooting aluminium through speed bubbles? Why's this question still asked? The end fight of AoL, Vanishers loaded only aluminum bullets, there's a scene when Wayne's goldminds are near empty and he throws a speed bubble, sees bullet enter; he avoids it but since deflection gets scratched anyway and that's when he empties his goldminds. First off, we do not know the metal Nightblood's made of. Second, there is a WoB about burning Nightblood. It's gonna be very hard. The question about spiking out Forged strength is similar to the WoB about burning Forged metal. Seriously, @Straw, there are answers to some of your questions. Try to find them before you post, and if you can't we will be glad to help you

I hate to interrupt this lovely conversation, but @Delightful asked for source and I found it and it's hard to do it cause theoryland's tags... well, I have bad things to say 'bout them. I'm not looking for it again. Here you go.

Upvote for this alone... although I'd upvote second time for the whole of your post. -
It's my laptop which I bought so I can carry it to the classes at the uni. So you know, price took priority. It's OK. Someday I'll finally build my stationary PC.

There are way too many combinations for that. Even with just two words phrases.
-
There's also the thing that symbols based on Arelon's geography is derived just how godmetals are - it's Aon from Aona, Devotion's Vessel.

4 GB (avalaible 3,88) Session - not more than 12 hours. Do you mean in that specific hour or just average? Notepad, Devcpp, windows media player, firefox: 4 or 5 tabs total (no videos; one of tabs was Facebook) Random Stuff, trying to edit my post.

Raoden found absolutely zero information about creating Seons. Of course, there can also be a secret secret library somewhere else in Elantris... but I'm pretty sure that we're sure Seons were created when Devotion was Splintered - I mean, Brandon compared Roshar to Sel: "spren are far more extensive on Roshar, and provide something of a "release valve." The Seons and the Skaze on Sel are not numerous enough to fulfill a similar function". And there's also this: But this really confirms it, I think: I'm gonna read some WoBs on Sel & Seons in the future since my search turned up far more interesting than I suspected. Anyway, back to the topic: Seons were definitely not created by Elantrians. They were created during the Splintering of D&D.

My computer started choking and after a while Firefox told me that this tab slows down the browser. Does anybody know why is that and what can I do to prevent that? I started with disabling notifications.

Everytime I have a realization about Cosmere I''m admiring it more and more. I fell into the rabbit hole about year and half ago and started digging a year ago. How deep does it go? Every time I start thinking I'm getting the hang of this I realize something which just shows me how much more there is. EDIT: WoB digging is far more interesting than casual wiki walks. EDIT2: Ok, by that point I should've already painted "There's always another secret" on the ceiling so that everytime I wake up and fall asleep I'm reminded of that. Did you know it's possible to pass a Nahel bond like a Seon can be Passed?
-
This only dawned on me when I started thinking about Splinters - because Seons are not Splinters; the Aons inside them are Splinters. They're not quite the equivalent of spren as spren are Splinters themselves. Closer pararell is to Returned, beings with a Splinter at their core. But I digress. You see, there's something important, obvious and unnoticeable about Seons. Ready?

We know. There is a very long and very insane thread about that around.
-
I've just realized that "Roshar" by itself follows convention of almost-pallindrome "Rashar" and "Roshor" are pallindromes... (since we acknowledge it's about the sounds - 'sh' is a single sound)

Yeah, I know. TVTropes

Epic. I admit I only know because I read through WHIO TVTropes page.
