  1. I've seen this one in my search but chose not to include it, not sure why.
  2. She didn't interact directly, but there are chains linking them. Elsie did interact with a lot of hosts post-Reveries; hosts that later showed up in William/Logan storyline. She also went on a trip with the enforcement guy who watched a feed of MiB shooting Lawrence's cousins. I'm sure I could dig up more things but I'm tired and sleepy and in fact studying right now Anyway, I miss Elsie, I liked her
  3. But then we have seen the same people of staff interact with Man in Black plotline and William plotline. Unless they're all hosts this is not true. Girl programmer (which got attacked two episodes ago) and head of the enforcement link a lot of things and people together. I consider a rewatch before the season ends, so I can note everything then.
  4. You don't have to, it's in one of the topics I linked (specifically, "[WoB] The Woman on The Way of Kings Endsheet" ).
  5. It's that one that says we're actually seeing two different timelines? It's wrong. Man in Black had been coming since the beginning, ~30 years ago. Hosts back then were still robotic (he comments on it after cutting Lawrence's throat). However, we have seen Logan and William interact with the town as it is now - Maeve has been running the brothel for... I don't recall exactly but 1.5 or 2 years. I think that Logan commented on the time since the opening of the park when he said that he couldn't find any information about Arnold. Not to mention that Dolores is clearly "post-Snap" (dunno how to describe it) in William's storyline while Man in Black comments on her having courage amped up from before.
  6. There are already topics about that chart: Some theories: There was also a very good topic which compared glyphs from this one to the Surgebinding chart but I can't find it EDIT: Found it! There are probably more deep down the Shard but I don't feel like digging.
  7. Yeah, yeah, but what about that his "new big narrative" that created chaos in other plotlines and claimed half of a park? Anyway, I expected the Maze plotline (Man in Black) to have more space. What about that Arnold's voice in hosts' head thing? What about that purpose Dolores sees? IMO Maeve takes too much space.
  8. Okay, what's up with Ford narrative? Back in episode two it was set up as something important and... and we're past seventh episode and it is still largely non-existant. The only thing we've got is Wyatt who is chased by Teddy and then Man in Black... but now I don't even know why: he was after the Great Maze after all...?
  9. I can get people believe moon landing was faked or similar conspiracy theories. But then there are people who believe Earth is flat. Ever since I joined their FB group my belief in humanity as whole started to falter. EDIT: Ouch, I can't stand such exposure to pure, undilluted idiocy. Maybe I should leave the group...? On the other hand, I have "adopted" few of the theories that I can disprove later and using this as the basis started shooting down other theories in conflict with "mine" which are "correct".
  10. Wish granted: This Logan trailer doesn't look good. Now that your wish is granted, I can speak my opinion: I don't know what to say. I usually avoid trailers; this one is good, doesn't give much away, music created a nice feel. Made me a little curious and not even little furious, so that's a good trailer.
  11. Aw, damnation. I intented this to be my first post after reaching 2,500 posts. It's second instead. But it's the day it counts. Anyway, today it's a year since I joined the Shard. In those 366 days I've written 2,500 posts and gathered 1,294 reputation points (which make me Radiant Squire). I've also grown to love this place and I've learned gargantuic amounts of information about Cosmere. I've started my own - mostly dead now - group (Knights Theoretic), produced many theories, started a few heated discussions, provided countless WoBs, asked many questions and gone through my books too many times searching for obscure tidbits of info. This has been a very good year. I hope there are many more to come and that every one is at least as good as this was. Bless you all
  12. About the kebab thing: In Bulgary what Polish refer to as kebab is known as döner which is what @Erunion called donair kebab. (description fits) @Delightful, I am no cook, but everyone was always telling me to boil pasta in water and add it to the soup/sauce later. It can be tricky since you have only one pot but manageable
  13. That's elementary. When your kid behaves in a way not covered in specification, such misfunction is attributed to bad influence. Obviously bad influence comes from people the kid interacts with. EDIT: oh, and of course if there's someone the kid can confine in and talk to (like Silverblade in that example) it's also bad because it solidifies the bad behaviour by justificating it by social acceptance. And @TwiLyghtSansSparkles in the post below gets it
  14. While I already found two mistakes in FAQ (reason for Hoid in WoA and whether anybody can use Hemalurgy), this sounds pretty good. I didn't see that information in any of the earlier discussions about electrum (main post is right but some of the discussion that follows isn't in the light of this WoB), so I guess it's new info.
  15. When you're able to point out mistakes in the freshly updated FAQ. Specifically here.
  16. Last I checked NaNoWriMo did not grant supersuperhuman speed
  17. OATHBRINGER AT 90% NOW WHAT IS IT, 10% 3% IN FOUR DAYS?
  18. Wait, when did he update from 80% to 87%? 11th? This makes... 10% 3% in five four days?! EDIT: My math was bad and I should feel bad (but I don't 'cause Oathbringer update). Only excuse is I'm pullin another allnighter.
  19. Brandon just updated his awesome-o-meter to 90% on progress for Oathbringer and I'm not sure whether I should start a topic just to share the joy with everyone so instead I'm posting here. Also, FAQ got updated.
  20. And sometimes people may ask you to stop farting or leave them.
  21. And, when I thought he can't be cooler, it turns out that Brandon listens to Bastion OST.
  22. Yes, probably. I hesitate to use the word "definitely" as I am not Brandon Sanderson
  23. It's supposed to only show unread things and yet it shows these. It's not a huge problem but I figured I'd let you know
  24. Good to know I can't go louder Wait, I also have bought mine in IKEA... You mean this? There is a reason I refer to it as Super Clock Of Destruction Capable Of Waking Dead™ I'm fairly certain it managed to wake up my neighbours on few occassions when I was still living in the block of flats. I need to figure out how loose should the bells be (you can unscrew them a little).
  25. As far as I know there is no information about that. Do you have a source for this?
