    At this point, I think that if Wax abandons Steris, she will snap. She won't Snap, necessarily. I'm thinking she will either go into serious depression or turn evil. People seem to be so concerned with their ships that they don't care about who the parties to the ships might be better off with.

    Remember, these spikes were basically sitting in a pile, discharging the whole time. They probably were only just powerful enough to allow Shardic communication.

    I have been working on a theory that the process of creating a Splinter takes a Shard's Investiture out of its normal realm--most of a Shard's Investiture is in the Spiritual Realm--and puts it into the Cognitive Realm. This created the Aons, Skaze, and the emotionspren and naturespren (Honor and Cultivation). After a Shard's consciousness is Splintered in such a manner, there is a considerable amount of power remaining, which has already been Invested into one of the other Realms. This created the Dor. The highstorms were occurring before Honor Splintered, and likely provided an outlet for the power, especially with the Stormfather directing it. This is not directly supported by anything I can think of. It makes sense to me, though.

    From what I've seen, it seems like Devotion's hypothetical 'God Aon' is Elantris itself.

    You get lots and lots and lots of hugs. So many you don't have time to eat, drink, sleep, or go to the bathroom. You die of something unsuitable to be posted here. I wish for a game development platform that lets my code work when it's supposed to work.

    Wayne once spent an entire day trying to get a bite to eat. Turns out, it's hard to force-feed a bite.

    Well, until very recently I was posting all over the Shard. Now I'm stuck with homework and I am currently on homework hiatus due to school. Nice to meet you btw.

    So, I have an Epic called Snooze Button. He hits people on the head and they fall asleep for five minutes. Also, I seem to enjoy time Epics. So two more: Minty and Warp. Minty is basically the opposite of Wear'n'Tear, restoring objects to their mint condition. She can also make anything around her smell minty. This is a power that changes an object's smell. She can't make metal smell strongly of mint. She can make taking out the trash a pleasant experience, especially as she can turn banana peels into bananas. Warp is apparently similar to a particular video game that I don't know the name of. Time moves as fast as she does. If she walks slowly enough, she can cover an entire state in a day. It's incredibly boring for her, though, and there is a problem of food and water. If she moves fast, time moves fast, though.

    McDonalds is run by aliens trying to fatten us up Hansel and Gretel style.

    Interplanetary war is complicated in the way that you can be flanked from above. Sci-fi stuff (I'm looking at you Star Wars) tends to ignore that, instead going for dogfighting. But can you blame them? Just thinking about it makes my internal simulator break down.
