The Brass works like all the other "quantificable attributes" in Feruchemy. If you store some X quantity of Heat, when you burn that brassmind you obtain your k*X Heat, an amount equal to your stored heat multiplied for an unknow numbers (that I suppose It dependts by your allomanic strenght) and probably you have to put the extra Heat in another Metalmind before that burn you or get wasted (this depends to the answer of the next question). The thing that isn't know is "The Heat in your metalmind could harm you ?" there is no a simple answer. I think that you will hurt you, like it will damage any normal people (there are other metalminds that are unsafe to use limitless). Your "Explosion theory" could be right to me, but the Feruchemist will lose his life. And this before that the explosion, just for his own heat. PS: The "Explosion" itself would be a very poor thing, because there isn't any "gas development" and no costriction of the previous gas. (Unless you put the Ferring in a sealed box (or something like).

It was just a supposition. Anyway vin didn't became a Sliver after the Well (because she didn't use the well and simply drop the power), if you talk about her full Ascension instead she died while she was holding the Shard. About Rashek, he hadn't any Spike, I don't remember if there is a WoB about this but He knew about the Hemalurgyc's weakness.
-
This was an interpretation or maybe Rashek after his Ascension (as a Sliver) had a bit of "cognitive expansion".

It's a oddly think if you think about. The bubble is actually moving together with the planet therefore is not still. Maybe it is just anchored to the surronding (maybe it's not the better words),

Someone like me think that the "new pieces of information" come from Preservation Knowledge. I'm not sure fi in the books will be in that way but for my interpretation of Compounding this is quite possible.
-
I don't remember the exact method she uses. But Vin proves that anyone in the Crew (therefore also Sazed) wasn't a Kandra throught the Emotional Allomancy. And if this example is wrong. I find strange that Breeze who touch everyone emotion don't catch something strange with Sazed. But both of this "proves" are worthless because the Ruin&Preservation method and the Allomancy work different. You can sooth/riot a non Scadrial (a Rosharan for example) without problem. PS: I skipped the post with spoiler because i don't want to read nothing before the book releases. (many months for me )

Why are there Lighteyes and Darkeyes? [Mistborn spoilers]
Yata replied to sprint's topic in Stormlight Archive
I always thought that there isn't a (genetic) correlation about the current lighteyes and the KR. Just the memories of the Radiant power&eyes and the legacy of this correlation. But of course I could be wrong -

Mistborn spoilers: -
Ruin was quite Allmigthy on Scadrial. Also when he was free, he had Preservation to stop him. If he was "alone" he can do everything he want on Scadrial. Odium isn't so much Invested on Roshar, I really doubt he could "change" something directly.

Sixth of Dusk timeline/ones above Brandon Answers [Maybe spoilers]
Yata replied to ninch's topic in Cosmere Discussion
A friend of mine has an idea for some "portable Dor". He thoughts about using two (or more) Aon that feed of the result of the others in a loop and replace one of this with the effective Aon to use the Dor. Maybe it's a rough method, but could be improved. End of course this method could keep some Dor not infinite.- 50 replies

Theory: Devotion and Dominion are actually a "Spintered Shard"
Yata replied to Yata's topic in Cosmere Discussion
One of my point (that i forgot to put in the beginning ) was about the "Selish magic" before the Odium's actions. We know (but I don't have the WoB avaliable) that before Aona&Skai murder the Manifestation of Investiture of Sel was different and there wasn't the Dor. We saw (on Roshar) that the Splintering of a Shard doesn't "shake" the manifestation of his Investiture. Therefore I immagined that something "deeply has changed" in Devotion and Dominion. I though just this, Harmony is an 300 years old shard, very "young" indeed. From some WoB (and again I had to re-find it) Mr. Sanderson stated that (paraphrased) "When Sazed took Preservation and Ruin, the shards began to mingle" there probably a not sedden phenomenon -
I can agree with the Maxal view but there are some things that we could miss it. We could be "wrong" about the idea of KR as "extreme good boyscout", They fighted for Honor aganist the Voidbringer but they was an mixed group (also within the same order) probably. The Lightweave Order could be the more heterogeneous, his members are choosen by the Cryptics to begin a path of Introspection (through the Truth), they are probably the most changed during their "journey before destination". Therefore the choice of the Second Greatest King of Fantasy (The First was Joffrey Baratheon of course ) as a Lightweave could be a try to "Fix" one of the Authoritys of Roshar. Without talk about of the "image" of the KR in the World, when the King of the powerfull kingdom of Roshar shows himself as a KR. Could be also a "Political choice".

Bela is Adonalsium of course, and his Splinters are the Ryshadiums
-
When I read the Dialogue between the King and Kal about the "shadows and symbols" I thought that Elhokar is bonding with a Cryptic but this Cryptic would avoid our pretty Honorspren. We know that Honorspren and Cryptic are not in good relationship
-
Well Hoid could simply dyes his hairs, there is no need of magic. This is quite a point. Something must change outside of Roshar. For me a surgebinder lost it's ability to access the local investiture (Stormlight) also if he carry on Himself some Infused Spheres. But this is of course a my idea and there isn't any kind of proof.
-
There shouln't be a limitation like that for "Extraplanetar Humans". We know that other kind of Bonds gain Power on Roshar (like the Seon bond) and that probably the Roshar's Peoples themself aren't native of Roshar. With this two points in mind I think that for a Spren a Roshar-Human and another kind of Human, could be both Bond-Partner with the right prerequisite.

There is something in the Returned's Biology that consume Investiture. This "something"consumed the Divine Breath as Last resource but if there is another source of Investiture. It will use it. If you prefer to have WoB in this way: and more details:

Well his level of power didn't come from the Nicrosilmind. The Nicrosilmind just works like "colossal amout of metals". But his level of power was probably a mix of Sliver+Savant, probably he reached the upper limit of the Allomancy

I agree with Oudeis. When Rashek remade Scadrial, He shifted the Well and the Nord Pole. But the Geographic Pole and Magnetic Pole are two different thinks (also in our beloved Earth) therefore Scadrial during the Final Empire (I'm not sure if Sazed fixed, but i think he did) had a Geographyc Pole very far to the Magnetic Pole. When Vin "saw" the "little pokets of life at the poles" she speak about the Magnetic Poles, The "Final Empire" and the "Southern people". In the end when Sazed took the Shard and ascended to Harmony, he never spoke about a third group of people. Only about the "Southern" as "reference to the original humanity".

The source of the Hoid's Feruchemy is a mistery so far we know. There are theories about but nothing sure: - One theory was about a Pre-Shattering version of Feruchemy (probably not the same of the modern) that Hoid carries. - Another was about the Feruchemy's Origin as a Magic system and how Hoid could gained the Feruchemy together with the Terrisman. I'm sure there are other theories about, but now I don't remember them.

They never used the word "continents" but the context of their dialogues/thoughts seem to point to a intercontinets travel from the Homeland to the Hell

I don't think that Vo went to Roshar, but if He did, I had a theory about the Returned on Roshar. Maybe you will find it usefull.
