So... @Slowswift @OrlokTsubodai , when exactly works best for you in the near future?
-
I haven't been here for a while, but I'd be willing to come back and do my part.
-
Postponing it would be fine with me. I work Monday and Friday nights now, but anything else should work.
-
So... the 29th then? What time and where?
-
I'm fine with either. Can't wait!

@little wilson Anytime after the 23rd works for me

June sounds good for me, at least once summer term starts. Can't wait to see you there!

I believe it has been confirmed to be plural, through the use of plurals in foreign translations of the title i.e. Les Derniers Jedi in French. -

RippleGylf replied to Link Von Kelsier Harvey's topic in Entertainment Discussion
Heroes of Might and Magic is one of my favorite series of games. And FE H is awesome! Just got the spring versions of both Lucina and Camilla. -
I recently got accepted to BYU for summer term, so I was hoping to join all of you this summer for Cosmere club. Hopefully I'll have my copy of House War by then. I know it's a tad far in the future, but I can't wait.

I've read all of the published Cosmere books, and I want to dig deeper into the main theories. Where should I start?

The Good News Thread: I'm So Excited! And I Just Can't Hide It!

I had the same experience, except I didn't order it myself. Apparently a friend decided to send it to me as a belated birthday present. I then proceeded to read it as much as possible for the next day and a half. It was amazing, and probably one of the best presents I have ever received. -
The news/forums/shardcast/gallery/chat/wiki/links tabs all have this spot just below the icon where, without having the mouse over the tabs themselves, they can be clicked. This is irritating, say, when you want to go to a broader forum area from a topic, as these spots override the link back to that forum. Is there any way to fix this? I keep accidentally going to Shardcast or the Gallery when trying to get to a forum.

I would come up with a witty response, but I have no idea. Sorcerer Ookla buddies?

Just wanted to say that Humble Bundle is absolutely awesome! Being able to get games and books for a low price while supporting charity is amazing.

I retook the ACT last month, all in the hopes of getting a better scholarship. Today, I got my scores. I still can't believe it. This basically means a full-ride for me, which will be hugely appreciated. Maybe, I'll get through college without mountains of debt. Maybe. -

It's immensely irritating being an American, but a year away from voting. Just having to watch as the future of America while I'm a college student is decided without my input. -

Quick Fix Game 19: Noble Intentions
RippleGylf replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
@Ecthelion III You forgot Wonko's vote on me. And @Wonko the Sane, you are completely correct in calling me hesitant. Obviously, Jondesu did turn out to be guilty, but I am not a fan of lynch trains whatsoever. While it worked in our favor this time, such a lynch train can just as easily kill a villager, and tends to lead to less discussion. Hence my feeble defense of Jondesu. I had my own suspicions, but didn't think it wise to add to the mob. And Arraenae, for aforementioned reasons.- 463 replies

Quick Fix Game 19: Noble Intentions
RippleGylf replied to Jo and the Bush's topic in Sanderson Elimination
1. Seeing as the eliminators obviously didn't kill Aman at his request, this is one aspect I can sort of agree with. While just lynching him to follow his request may have been a good option, we were already having a lot of discussion without that, and the lynch seemed already decided. Pushing a lynch on a player likely to be inactive only would ensure that Doctor12 lived for another cycle. 2. As you bring up yourself, a 'secretly active' strategy just wouldn't work, so chances are that he is legitimately going inactive. It seems like a waste of a cycle to kill a player who will probably be killed anyways by inactivity. 3-1. It seems a bit odd that Aman would attempt such a strategy C1, with almost no suspicions focused on him. Obviously, it is advantageous for eliminators to fool people early, but this is just a confusing way of going about it. 3-2. I can see how an illogical post could seem logical if you're only skimming through it, but it still seems like weak reasoning. Arraenae.- 463 replies
