  1. Okay, here's the explanation. I hope no one minds that I'm going to reveal their role, but at this point, I think it needs to happen to make sure we are all on the same page. So here it is: Burnt(Kandra) Lopen(Uninvested) Steph(Feruchemist) Orlok(Surgebinder) Elkanah(Hemalurgist) Elbereth(Mistborn) Phattemer(Voidbringer) Hellscythe(Loyal HI) Clanky(Elantrian)- Traitor Biggoron(BioChromancer)- Traitor Once Burnt is killed and revealed Loyal, this is how I know Biggoron is the BioChromancer and therefore Clanky is a Traitor Elantrian for protecting him. Lopen, Orlok, Steph, and Elkanah will be confirmed Loyal and by Elkanah's loyalty, the HI will be Loyal as well. Elbereth killed 3 Traitors and I think attacked Biggoron last Night, so she's as confirmed as she's going to be. Phattemer and Clanky were both scanned by the HI, so once we know the HI is Loyal, we will know for sure that those are their roles. That leaves one player who hasn't been scanned by the Kandra or the HI. My bro, Biggoron. The Traitor BioChromancer. It will be certain that he is the BioChromancer, so he can't have saved himself. He was saved by an Elantrian, and the only one in the game is Clanky. Everyone else will be confirmed as what they claim, or in Phatt's case, by the HI's scan. Elbereth is the Mistborn since that is the only role unaccounted for and she claimed(well, not exactly, since Arraenae told me first, but......) to be the Mistborn and no one has counter-claimed that role. Oh right, and just in case you guys are wondering about Phatt, I believe he is Loyal because of his role mostly, because I really really don't think the Traitors would get 2 Voidbringers and an Elantrian. That's just too much. If that's not enough proof, look to Night 6 to prove his loyalty. There was no Traitor kill, and there was active Traitors which means that it wasn't because of inactives. It was because Phatt had claimed Hemalurgist to a few people and the HI outed him in the thread, so the Traitors attacked him, but nothing showed up because he is a Voidbringer. Now all we have to do is ( Loyals: Traitors: HI ) 1. lynch Burnt, = 6:2:1 2. attack someone with our Mistborn(but will probably be blocked), eliminator kill, = 5:2:1 3. lynch either Biggoron or Clanky, = 5:1:1 4. attack whoever's left at Night(if possible), eliminator kill, = 4:1:1 5. lynch the remaining Traitor. = 4:0:1 VICTORY!!! Again, this is only if Burnt is Loyal, so I'm adamant that we lynch her to make completely sure I am right. I don't like taking chances, especially after I killed Alfa like I did. Edit: Any questions? I think I covered everything, but just in case I didn't, ask away and I'll answer as fast as possible. Edit 2: Changed red color just to make sure my vote is clear.
  2. Actually, my plan involves lynching either the Kandra, or their scan. So you wouldn't actually be in danger until either this next Night, or, if you are an Elantrian or Voidbringer, the next Day(assuming you aren't roleblocked and killed at Night). Since your claim of Voidbringer is already out here in the thread, I do think it would be a good idea to say what you really are. So? Elantrian? Voidbringer? Kandra? BioChromancer being protected by your Elantrian friend? @Orlok, I'm not sure why Wyrm said that about preparing for planetfall, but how much stock do you think we should put into that? Could you explain in a little more detail about Phatt being subtly protected by Wilson? Here's the situation where we lynch the Kandra in a little more detail: Orlok-Loyal Lopen-Loyal Steph-Loyal Hemalurgist-Loyal Hellscythe- Loyal ??? ??? ??? ??? It would be at least 6:3 and I personally think it would be 7:2. It could possibly be 5:4, but I don't think so. With what roles have been claimed I think the Traitors only started with 6 players. I'm not totally sure of that, but it's what I think. Here's what we know about the Traitor team: Wilson(Voidbringer) BB(Forger) The Cow(Uninvested) Araris(Hemalurgist) ???(BioChromancer) ???(personally, I think this is either Voidbringer or Elantrian. If the Kandra turns out to be a Traitor though, I still think it's a very valuable role that would make 6 players seem reasonable). The reason I think the Traitors have 2 protective roles is because I believe we got 2 Mistborn, 2 Kandra and 2 BioChromancers. Necessary ammo to overcome 2 Traitor protective roles, imo. If I'm correct about all of that, then that would be 4 roles(pretty darn good ones too if you ask me), and 2 practically useless ones(Hema and roleless). Okay, got a little sidetracked there. We will be up either 7:2 or 6:3 on this next Night if we lynch the Kandra. Assuming that the Traitors kill someone and no one is Mistborn attacked, that would make it either 6:2 or 5:3(possibly 4:4, but again, I doubt it) with us being able to talk everything out and try to form a plan going forward and accuse players and such and decide who is a Traitor or not. Frankly, I believe the Kandra is Loyal. I really do. If they are, then I'm fairly sure I know who the Traitors are based off of last Night's results and what I know about roles and such. I'm just a little doubtful about it, and would like to confirm that the Kandra, and therefore everyone they have scanned, are Loyal. I could be wrong about the Kandra and they're completely fooling me, so that's another reason why I think it's a good idea to lynch them. To me, it seems like the obvious way to go. If everyone roleclaimed, I would explain who I thought was a Traitor and why I thought that. But really, my logic only works if the Kandra is Loyal, so I think it would be best to wait until after they are confirmed and the BioChromancer has used their power to reveal everything. If everyone wants to talk about it now though, then it's up to you all since you would be the ones revealing your roles. I know what everyone is claiming already, but not everyone has that information at their disposal. I don't think I'm missing anything about our situation, but if we could confer and discuss things with the knowledge that our group is Loyal and trustworthy, then we might find something that I'm overlooking. I'm definitely going to be thinking about things a lot right now to make sure I'm not making a big mistake by asking to lynch the Kandra though. @Kandra, If you are okay with being lynched, and think it's a good idea, then I think it might be a good idea to reveal yourself. That way, you can discuss things with us openly and hopefully give us some more information about who might be a Traitor or not. We would still lynch you just to make sure your opinions and information is reliable, but that way you could be helping us out even more with your sacrifice. I'm sorry to be asking you to do this, because I do believe you are Loyal, but I'm paranoid that there's something wrong that I just haven't figured out, like what happened with Alfa. Edit: After thinking things through a little more, I can now say with confidence that if the Kandra is in fact Loyal, then I know who the remaining Traitors are. There was just a few things that I hadn't thought about, that, if the Kandra is proven Loyal, confirms my suspicions completely. By sacrificing yourself, you would ultimately win the game for us(if you're Loyal of course). So, I'm sorry for revealing who you are, but I want to make sure everyone has a chance to get their vote in on time. Burnt Spaghetti = Kandra. Please vote with me everyone! I am 100% sure about this. I will explain everything tomorrow as soon as I can, but it's 6:30am for me right now and I really need to sleep. I just had to say this to make sure we got this lynch to go through.
  3. @Phattemer, I'm not sure we should have everyone reveal their role while the Traitor BioChromancer is still on the loose. That just doesn't seem wise. @Elbereth, Yes I am in contact with the Kandra. I have a plan with how I think we should handle the Kandra situation. A. If the Kandra's scan comes up as Loyal, then we lynch the Kandra(they already said they wouldn't mind being lynched, so they're okay with this, as far as I know.) By lynching the Kandra, there are 2 possible scenarios. 1. The Kandra turns out Loyal and Lopen(me), Orlok, Steph and whoever they scanned last Night will be confirmed, making 4 living confirmed Loyals, with only 9 living players left(1 of those being the HI, and if the Kandra scanned the claimed Hemalurgist and they turn out Loyal, then we would know that the HI is on our side as well). I think this would give us an excellent chance to win. 2. The Kandra turns out Traitor. Well then, we killed a Traitor and would be that much closer to winning. B. If the Kandra's scan comes up as Traitor, then we lynch that player. Again, two scenarios. 1. The lynched player turns out to be Loyal. We then Mistborn the Kandra, because they would obviously be a Traitor. 2. The lynched player turns out to be a Traitor: We lynched a Traitor. 'Nuff said. How does this all sound to you guys? I don't see any problems with it myself. In the case of plan B scenario 2, we might still want the Kandra to be hidden, so to all the players that haven't posted yet(Orlok, Burnt Spaghetti, QueenSteph and Biggoron), please post as soon as possible to help protect the Kandra's identity. Maybe you could comment on these plans? I would like to know how everyone feels about this.
  4. Our Captain did just shoot someone y'know. You might not want to upset him. There is still a "himself" and a "his" just so you know. Better late than never. Although in this case, the Surgebinder was wrong so....... Edit: .........That middle sentence was in white text. Just pretend you didn't see it.
  5. Well that was not quite the outcome I was expecting. I'm not sure why Alvron was killed by a Mistborn and I would like to hear an explanation from Biggoron about that survival. I have a few theories about what this all could mean, but I'll hold off on explaining them for fear of releasing sensitive information that I shouldn't. It might not matter at this point, but I haven't quite thought through what Alvron's certain innocence means. I think it might have been Arraenae who killed Alvron, but I'm not sure. Wyrm, if a Mistborn is killed at Night, will their attack still go through for that same Night?
  6. First off, sorry about that lynch guys(and sorry to Alfa too). I felt like the evidence we had pointed to him being a Traitor. In hindsight, it might have been for the best to just have had a no-lynch and discuss it some more with everyone. Hopefully the other Hemalurgist is loyal and not lying about their role or anything, or the HI will have spilled his guts to the remaining Traitors by now. I'm just gonna say this now. I think we should Kandra scan the other Hemalurgist to check on the HI's alignment. I can't reveal their name, so I'll just do this: Hemalurgist. I'm gonna need to think about things before I suggest any Mistborn targets, if I do at all. Edit: Oh yeah, was anyone role-blocked? Edit2: Steph was scanned as Loyal. We decided to wait until the Night to better hide the Kandra's identity.
  7. Sorry to double post, but I wanted to make sure this is seen. If any players are unsure about who we should lynch and don't want to rush it, we don't have to lynch someone. We still have 2 Mistborn, and I don't think the Traitors have an Elantrian, so we can just kill whoever we want that way if you guys don't feel comfortable with how this is playing out.
  8. That's actually N1. Thanks. Just to let you know, players do sometimes do role trades that early. Quite often actually, which is why Kas and Ada were preaching for caution early on. I know I've done quite a few role trades in my short experience in these games, but I usually am hesitant to do them on the first Cycle just because I haven't talked much with anyone at that point. Edit: Vote tally Alfa(1): Lopen Lopen(1): Phattemer Steph(1): Hellscythe Phatt(1): Biggoron Alvron(1): Steph @Biggoron, could you read my posts about Alfa? I really think he's evil, and would like your opinion of him. The Turn is ending in about 15 minutes. No pressure though..........
  9. Okay, I've been thinking about this a lot. I'm gonna put my vote on Alfa. I am suspicious of Biggoron still, but I'm more suspicious of Alfa as I've stated before. I'm worried that he might be our last HopeHemalurgist, but in the words of Master Yoda, there........is.........another.......Skywalkerclaimed Hemalurgist. I'm not sure how plausible it is that there are 5 Hemalurgists(Mailliw, STINK, Araris, Alfa, ???), but if Alfa turns out to be loyal, I suggest we scan the other one and that way we will know if the HI has turned. @Arraenae, You never actually voted on Biggoron in your post. One thing I would like to comment about in your post about the D1 "Traitor" posts, is where you mention that Biggoron never mentions his suspicions. It was the first day, so I don't personally find that suspicious. I think I'll just do a summary of his posts to let everyone see what he's done so far. Biggoron's posts:
  10. Yeah, I guess. But if there's another one on the Traitor team, I would think that also points to Alfa being a Traitor. If there was another loyal one, I think we would have heard about them by now. Just to make sure though we should check with everyone. There has been 4 Nights since BB's death. 4 times someone could have been forged. We don't have any completely inactives, so that's can't be the reason I don't think. Is anyone in contact with a Forger, or has anyone been forged anytime between N4 and N7? Edit: Vote tally Lopen(2): Phattemer, Biggoron Biggoron(1): Lopen Steph(1): Hellscythe Alvron(1): Steph Alfa(0): Hellscythe
  11. Okay, I was looking back through polking's posts like Burnt did, and found that he didn't actually ever post anywhere on the forums during the time period of N2. Night 2 timeframe(for me): November 10th, 2:00 PM - November 12th, 2:00 PM. polkings post on November 10th was at 12:02 PM on the MR9 game thread-This post is 2 hours before the N2 thread was put up. polkings next post was on November 12th, 10:32 PM on the MR9 game thread-This post is about 8 hours after N2 was over and he was dead. So he never posted on the 17th Shard during that time. I don't think that necessarily means he wasn't ever online during that time, just that we can't tell if he was or not. If anyone had a PM with him(and he responded that Night), please tell us. I actually did make a PM with him during N2 to which he never responded. I would have mentioned it earlier, but I forgot about it since he died and it was just one of my many PM's I had made that Night. The last time he looked at it was on November 21st(9 days after N2 was over). He may have looked at it at an earlier time, but there's no way to know if he did or didn't. I remember Araris talking about Alfa a little and how he was glad we weren't playing like there were safe roles or something, and that he approves of the suspicion of Alfa, but doesn't vote for him because he claimed Hemalurgist. I'm gonna go look at that post and see if I can learn anything from it. Edit: Summary of Araris' posts about Alfa. 1st post- He says he supports suspicion of Alfa, and agrees that we can't assume he is loyal. He says we probably shouldn't lynch him, although it might tell us if the HI has turned. States that we might want to wait and scan him, because him being alive would be fairly beneficial(because a loyal Hema means a loyal HI). He slightly downplays that idea though, by putting in parentheses, "although this isn't quite as true since Alfa has been fairly quiet." 2nd post- States that it's possible Alfa didn't realize his forged powers(kandra in this case) had run out. Which he is saying to mean that maybe Alfa was forged on N1 instead of N2. 3rd post- Says that he was pretty excited when players were voting for Alfa because that meant there was no mentality of safe roles. (I do agree with him on that, but he's not really saying if he thinks Alfa is suspicious or not.) He then goes on to talk about whether we can discern whether there is a Traitor feruchemist or not based off of Elkanah's vote tally which stated that Bort and Alfa were tied for the lynch when in reality, there were a few more votes on Bort than there were on Alfa. Araris then says that the Kandra should probably scan Alfa because he claimed Hemalurgist and because of the feruchemist thing. (Hopefully that all made sense. Anyway, I'm not sure what to make of Araris asking for Alfa to be scanned. It could mean Alfa is loyal, or it could mean Araris was hoping we'd go with a different target, or maybe Araris was just trying to get some village trust by asking for a scan on one of his fellows. I'm not really sure.) 4th post- In Araris' accusations against PK, he states that PK is suspicious because he put a second vote on Alfa, who we have soft-confirmed. 5th post- He explains to me why Alfa is soft-confirmed good. His explanation: "Alfa scanned STINK as good, we killed STINK, so we know he was telling the truth. So basically we failed to catch him in a lie." That's about all he says about Alfa. Could someone tell me how to quote a post that's in a locked thread? Is that even possible? It would be nice to get the actual posts rather than me shortening them, so you guys can look them over yourselves.
  12. Well that's part of the reason I'm suspicious of you. I wasn't really super suspicious of Wilson, so it surprised me when you were like "she's soooo supicious!" It could be that I'm just ashamed that so many people were suspicious of her, but I wasn't very much. The thing about Araris, well, it's just that you never said anything before he was killed. If you were suspicious of him, even a little, why not say something? Alvron just said I was scanned as Loyal in this thread actually, so..............yeah. My suspicions of Araris weren't that solid really, it was just my gut feelings and the product of elimination. By talking with others and getting to trust them some, he was left on my list of people who were slightly suspicious. Looking back on his posts, he seemed the most likely to be a Traitor. I wasn't sure about him, but I haven't ever been 100% sure about someone based off of my gut and analyzing. I think I was also affected by those who I thought were Loyal(Kas and Ada), and they stated some suspicion of him earlier, which caused me to watch him a little closer than I might have. I've already stated my suspicions in my earlier post. I guess if I had to pick my biggest suspect, it might be Alfa. He's been practically inactive this entire game, for no apparent reason. I asked him about it and he just said he was busy, so I'm not sure what to do about that. I'm not voting on him because he's a Hemalurgist, and there is a chance he's Loyal(however small it may seem). Really though, you, Phatt, Elkanah and Alfa are all pretty close in my suspicions list. Who is your biggest suspect? One of the reasons I'm suspicious of you is that you haven't given very many opinions about players, which could be you trying not to connect to your fellow Traitors. You said earlier that you were gonna try to list your top 3 suspects. I'd very much like to hear them. I'm just gonna try to lay out the Alfa situation so everyone understands what is going on with him. 1. Alfa claimed Hemalurgist to the HI. 2. Alfa claimed on N4 in a group PM that he was forged into a Kandra and had scanned BB the night he died(N3). He said he had one more scan left which meant he was forged on N2 if he was telling the truth. 3. BB forged STINK into a Hemalurgist on N2(according to STINK and Ada, and since both of them were Loyal, there was no reason to lie.). So if Alfa was telling the truth about being forged, he would have to have been forged by Polkinghorn( a different Forger than BB at least, but it seems that there are no more Forgers, so it must have been polking if he's telling the truth). My question about this, what reason did polking have for forging Alfa into a Kandra? HI, were you in contact with polking and mention Alfa in any way? 4. Alfa was asked to scan STINK(by Ada I believe?), and he did so on N4. The results were Loyal(correct results, btw). STINK was then killed on N5 by a Mistborn and revealed Loyal. Another question is one that has been brought up by Hellscythe. Why would Alfa claim to be a Forged Kandra? Was he just trying to gain our trust? If I could go back to that night, I would ask that Hellscythe scan him to see if he was telling the truth about being forged. I kinda thought polking was inactive that Cycle, since he was Mistborn killed the Turn that he supposedly forged Alfa. I'm going to go back and check N2 again to see if polking ever posted or any type of reason as to why he would forge Alfa that night. I'll post my findings once I'm done. Edit: Okay, finished reading N2(the Night Turn where polking was Mistborn killed, and Alfa was "supposedly" forged into a Kandra). Alfa and polking are never mentioned the entire turn, and neither of them posted. After the Night was over(so, D3 thread), Ada says that the Mistborn he was in contact with had decided to go after inactives. He also says that he suggested polking to them because of that. Since polking was killed because of inactivity, it makes me that much more suspicious of Alfa, who claims to have been forged on a Night when the Traitor forger was busy, and the one loyal forger we know of was apparently inactive. Obviously, we can't know if polking ever got online on that Turn or not, but it seems fishy to me. What do you guys think?
  13. The only problem with that Hellscythe, is that the Traitors have a BioChromancer(I think it's safe to assume this), so they can just block the Kandra every time and it becomes a useless role. If we thought Steph was the Traitor BioChromancer, then I guess it wouldn't matter if the Kandra revealed, but Steph has been confirmed to be a Feruchemist, so it is not worth it, imo.
  14. Response to Clanky's 7 point post. 1. I do agree that it is most likely the Kandra is Loyal. 2. Since I am of the opinion Steph is Loyal, I think it was a ploy to try to gain trust if/when she is cleared by the Kandra. If she does turn out to be a Traitor though, then obviously that's why he said what he did. 3. This is something I'm definitely gonna look over. I even mentioned in my summary of his posts how often he went for inactives, and how we might be able to soft-clear those who were inactive at the times he mentions killing inactives. Obviously, with him being a supporter of The Cow's death, it won't be very good evidence for someone, but I think it's worth looking into. 4. I feel like this is just his honest opinion about how the game should be played. I'm not sure though, so it could be worth thinking about. In my PM with him(I made one with him last night, since I figured if I was gonna advocate he die, I should try to learn more about him regardless of his alignment.), he mentioned how he thought "killing the Kandra would be killing based off of roles, and if we went to the extreme with that tactic, Alfa and Steph would already be dead, I think." I'm not sure why he would include Alfa like that since he's a Hemalurgist and we don't want to kill them, so it's really the opposite case for Alfa. He's being protected because of his role. 5. Alfa could just be lying about his role. I don't think we've ever confirmed anything about him. 6. Well, Clanky, you were the only other person to actually Mistborn vote for Cow actually. So I'm not sure if you want to go down that road. 7. I have been thinking about possible role distributions with the knowledge that I have(from dead and living players roles). I was thinking about the possibilities of the Traitors only having 6 players on their team and what that team would be made of. So far we know of these 4: Wilson(Voidbringer), BB(Forger), The Cow(Uninvested), Araris(Hemalurgist), ???(BioChromancer). That's 4 roles and 1 uninvested. The Hema is pretty much a no-role as well though, so you could say 3 roles and 2 roleless, with 1 or 2 unknowns. If they only have 1 more player I would think it would be one with a role. With my opinion that both Mistborn are likely good, both Kandra(Shallan and ???) are good, and that we had 2 BioChromancers to start, I think it's possible that the Traitors have another Voidbringer. We have more kills available to us then they do, and BioChromancers could only block 2 of the Traitors role that we know of(Voidbringer and Forger, because Bio's can't block other Bio's), although Wyrm might have given us the Bio's in case the Traitors got a Mistborn or Kandra or something. This is all just theorizing, but I think it's possible that the Traitors do have another Voidbringer. I'm going to put my vote on Biggoron now because of the reasons I mentioned in my last post. Edit: Something I wanted to mention is that I think we should try to decide on a lynch a little earlier than we have been doing. It gives that person a chance to actually defend themselves, and I think it can give us more information that way as well. There has been too many last minute(or in this case last hour, but it's not a lot of time regardless) lynches this game. First Shallan(Loyal), Kipper last Cycle(Loyal), Bort was kinda late as well(Loyal), and PK well, Kipper was just saving himself which I do't really blame him for doing, but it seems like that Day was a bit of a waste because of how much no-voting went on. If we could actually get some votes, and threaten players with death a little more effectively, I think it would up our chances of winning. Edit 2: @Clanky, To answer a question in our PM, it was the second option. Edit 3: removed vote
  15. I think the HI was talking about the current scan, Alv. Great work Mistborn! One more down, only a few left now. I'd say either 2 or 3. My suspicions as of right now: 1. Biggoron- I'm wondering if you wouldn't mind explaining something about yourself so we can talk about it in the open. I'm suspicious of you for your "suspicion" of Wilson, and now you're "suspicion" against Araris, and that you've been playing the "newbie card" quite a lot. Also add to that that you just voted for me, and I'm a lot more suspicious of you now than I was before this Turn. 2. Phattemer- Now before anyone goes and says my top two suspicions are those who have voted on me, I would like to say that I have already voiced concerns about these two earlier, in PM's and even a little in thread as well. Phat, with Biggoron saying that stuff about you prodding him for his role, and my suspicion of him, it makes me less suspicious of you. However, you voting for me does make me suspicious of you. 3. Alfa- Claimed Hemalurgist. Also claimed to be Forged into a Kandra on N2, the same night that STINK was Forged. He then said he scanned BB with his first scan, but BB was killed that night so it was wasted. His next scan was on STINK and came up Loyal. STINK was killed shortly thereafter by a Mistborn. Like I said earlier, if STINK had been offed by the Traitors I would have been suspicious that his scan on STINK was true just to make us trust him a little. As it stands though, I'm inclined to think that both Mistborn are Loyal, so I am unsure about Alfa. Which is why I want him scanned. 4. Elkanah- lack of information on him makes me suspicious of him. Pretty much the only thing I've got about him. I'll look through his posts to try to get a better read on him. Elkanah, it would help if you could try to add some more opinions on more players. Anything really. Gut feelings, paranoid theories, it's all helpful to know, imo. I believe the remaining Traitors are in this group. I'm not sure about that, but it's my opinion. @Biggoron, as for convincing you I am Loyal, well, I think you should look over everything I've said and done up until this point and try to figure it out yourself if you have yet to do so. I've been scanned as Loyal, and have been suspicious of Araris for a while now. If anyone has any questions, go right ahead. I'm roleless as you all probably know.
  16. Well, I suppose I'll put my votes in now. Kandra scan: Alfa because he claimed Hemalurgist. Mistborn kill: Araris or no one at all. With the lower amount of players, I don't think we should be too hasty in condemning players. I think we gain more information from the lynch anyways, since people's votes are actually the things that kill someone in that. I would be fine with queensteph being scanned as well though, since then we could team up if she turns out Loyal(like I think she will)! Also, I've already stated suspicion of Araris, so I figured I'd just throw that out there now as well. He was kinda saved from the lynch last Turn, but Kipper was also under suspicion from a few people, so I can't say I've gleaned too much from that lynch atm.
  17. Or there's a Traitor Feruchemist who hasn't claimed or who lied about their role to someone. That is a possibility, though I think I agree with you that there are only 3 since there hasn't been any vote changes that we don't know about I don't think. It could just be that the Traitor Feruchemist hasn't ever used their ability or they're kinda inactive though. There isn't really any "inactives." Elkanah was a bit inactive for a while, but I do think it was because of Thanksgiving and QF11. Biggoron has been quiet, but has posted every now and then. Now that we're moving into the final stages of the game, I'm hoping everyone will either keep their level of activity steady, or even become more active. As I've stated multiple times in PM's with some people, I'm inclined to think Steph is Loyal. Just the tone of her posts and my PM's with her give me the feeling she's Loyal. I don't really have any hard facts, but she's been open with her role, and seemingly open with her thoughts throughout the game. Could be she's fooling me. It's possible, but it's not what I think. Also, as someone who was in her position(being the last surviving player with a role thought of as needed for the Eliminators. I was the last LO(protective role) in LG14.), I don't think that is a very good reason to doubt myself. Also, I was not role-blocked. Edit: ninja'd by Biggoron. I'd say it's not that unlikely. Feruchemist isn't really a necessary role for them to have. It could help in some situations certainly, but it's not set in stone that they have to have one. Also, Wyrm informs you at the start of the night if you are role-blocked.
  18. I feel like I should at least try to give a semblance of reasoning for my vote on Araris. Here is a summary of his posts in thread. I do not have a PM with him, so all my info about him has come from the thread. The blue text is my personal thoughts. D1- Comments on Alv's joke vote on Wyrm, and disregards votes against him as jokes or that they didn't realize the rule change(in BB's case). Might have been trying to play down BB's vote on Alvron to protect him. D1- Says no one is really suspicious to him and says he might be for an inactive lynch on the first Day. D1- Votes on BB to "draw out info." Explains why killing an inactive is a good idea. Says he will be back in 3 hours to reconsider where he should put his vote. This is really an important post that, if he is going to be a lynch target, people should analyze. His was the 2nd vote on BB after Bort put his on BB because of the Alv joke/BB vote on Alv thing. Would an Eliminator do this? I think so, obviously. I think he was just trying to get BB to explain himself a little more for his vote on Adavantos, because from a Traitor perspective, it definitely would have looked very suspicious to do what BB did. Better to make him explain himself, and then accept his explanation and remove his vote, thereby causing suspicion of BB to go down, and in case BB did die, make him look good. Ada votes on BB to tie it 1 hour after Araris' vote. Mail and STINK vote on BB about 3 hours from Araris post. At this point, if Araris moved his vote, it would have looked extremely suspicious if/when BB died. Araris never posted again that Turn. N1- Kind of defends voters of Shallan. D2- Asks for an explanation for the bandwagon on BB. Votes on STINK for this reason, then removes vote on STINK because he doesn't want the lynch set in stone, but states that if the turn ended right then, his vote would be on STINK. Could be an attempt to make players think the lynch on BB wasn't justified by causing suspicion on those who were a part of it. Could be seen as back-handedly defending BB. D2- Says Kipper's conspiracy theory has merit. N2- Asks Mistborn to kill inactives. Again questions STINK as to why he voted on BB. If Araris turns out to be a Traitor, we may want to look at who wasn't active that Turn to soft-clear some people. N2- Explains why killing inactives is a good idea to QueenSteph D3- Explains himself to Kas, because Kas had voted for him. N3- Again states that inactives should be killed. N3- Puts Mistborn kill vote on Honey Badger. Who was good, although to be fair, Ada stated why HB would be the best target. D4-No posts N4- Pushes for Ada to be scanned. States scanning BB is a waste of time, under the reasoning that he looks suspicious, he hasn't revealed a useful role, and therefore we don't gain much from scanning him and should decide about him on the next Day Turn, and also states suspicion for those who voted to scan BB. If you thought he was suspicious, why not push for him to be killed by a Mistborn? D4- Defends his stance on scanning Ada over BB. Votes on HB because of not posting, but viewing the thread. D4- Again defends stance of scanning BB. N4- No info posts D5- Says he wants to vote on STINK, but agrees with what he'd said in that Turn, so he didn't. Would try to find new suspicions from the list of people who put a Kandra vote on BB. D5- Says he is busy and doesn't have many opinions on players yet, so he doesn't vote. N5- Talks about Feruchemist stuff that is meaningless because Elkanah's vote tally was wrong at the end of D5. Again asks Mistborn to kill inactives, namely The Cow. Also says the Kandra should scan Alfa. Also says he was gonna do a long post with suspicions in it, but wants to wait until the Day comes so the Traitors can't react to it with their kill. Hasn't ever posted anything like this. D6- Says that Ada's list has a few solid candidates for Traitors, but doesn't really specify which ones exactly. Questions about Alv, Phatt, and Steph's quietness. States suspicion of PK. D6- Explains suspicion of PK and votes for him. Reasoning is in one of my earlier posts this Turn. N6- Asks for Kipper to be scanned. Also for Cow to be Mistborned to death. N6- Asks for everyone to give Kandra and Mistborn votes. D7- Says we should look at the inactives to try to find Traitors, because of the no-kill this Turn. D7- Posts about why it was probably inactive Traitors for the reason of the no-kill D7- Explains to me how Alfa is soft-confirmed. Which I agree with, sorta. Expresses unsureity about Kipper's alignment. Seems like most people are unsure about him. Be a clearer Loyal/Traitor Kipper! Says he's going to look for inactives from last Turn for his vote. D7- Thanks Phatt for explaining about how Voidbringer's cancel attacks against them, therefore there will be no write-up about that, so it's a possibility that that's what happened. So he retracts his statements about looking at inactives to be Traitors. Says it's too late to find a good place to vote, but is leaning on following Kipper's vote(on QueenSteph, which I disagree with. I think QueenSteph is Loyal. No facts really. Just my gut feeling about her.) Says he's not a fan of lynching based off of roles. I think that's pretty much everything, but if some people have some info about him from PM's and you think it could help point us either way about his alignment, it might be a good idea to share that. Edit: I really doubt I will be able to get on again before the Day ends, so I will not be able to remove my vote.
  19. The first Sanderson novel that I read was Steelheart. But after reading and re-reading the first 2 Stormlight Archive books, it is now my favorite Sanderson series. While I do love the Reckoners series, I just love the characters and the world of Roshar more.
  20. Ada, if you, or anyone really, is in contact with a Forger(which would most likely be Loyal), then I have a plan. 1. Kill the Kandra. If he turns out Loyal, then Alv, Orlok and me will be cleared(which would be funny, considering QF11 ). If he turns out Traitor, well, his scans will be scrutinized and disregarded, but we will have caught a Traitor. 2. Regardless of the Kandra's alignment, the aforementioned Forger can then Forge the Kandra onto someone. If the original Kandra is Loyal, then Alv, Orlok and me could be potential candidates for the Forging. If not, you can decide where the Forge will go. This whole plan depends on another Forger though, so if no one knows of one, then just scrap this. This plan also entails heartlessly killing the Kandra, but I would hope he wouldn't really mind, since if he was Loyal, his death would really help his team. If there is no Forger, I think it still might be best to kill the Kandra. Pros: We clear 3 players if he's Loyal. Actually, technically 4 since Ada was scanned as well. If the Kandra is a Traitor, awesome, we saved ourselves from a lot of trouble down the road. Cons: We would be losing a valuable role if he's Loyal(not to mention losing a Loyal as a result), so we would have to go by classic Elimination ways to find the remaining Eliminators. Looking at it this way, I'd say it is still probably worth it to kill the Kandra(sorry Kandra ). If we don't kill the Kandra and kill one of the "cleared" targets: As much as I'd love to take a long time explaining the scenarios for this, I am one of the "cleared" targets, so I can't say I would be unbiased in my opinion, since obviously I know I'm Loyal, and all that jazz. We really don't even have to do either thing, but there's only about 11 hours left, so we should decide what to do. My top 3 suspicions: 1. Araris(I don't know what it is man, I've just got a gut feeling about you and have for a while now. Others' can confirm that I've been suspicious of him for a while in case someone accuses me of going with the general mood or something. I even voted for him and tried to get him lynched on D4 I believe it was.) 2. Clanky( Just a gut feeling on him. I have yet to go through everything about him to refine this suspicion though. I asked for him to be scanned by the HI because I thought he might be the Traitor BioChromancer. With the HI saying he's Loyal, that theory is practically gone now assuming the HI is still on our side. I've been suspicious of him for a while as well. No particular reason I can think of. I will say though, my suspicion of him has actually gone down slightly just because of some small things he's said.) 3. Okay, this one is tough. Alfa is up there in terms of suspicion for me because of him saying he was Forged into a Kandra on N2, but he did "scan" STINK as innocent. If the Traitors had killed STINK, then I might have thought it was a ploy to get Alfa trust, but it was a Mistborn who killed him. I haven't completely disregarded the idea that that Mistborn is a Traitor, but it seems fairly unlikely to me. If that Mistborn is evil however, than I would say that Alfa is most likely as well. Ada, did you ever get a reason why that Mistborn killed STINK? Phattemer was also one I was kinda suspicious of, but with some information from the HI about him, I'm inclined to think he's Loyal. I also had a theory about Biggoron being a Traitor, but I'm thinking it's probably not the case, but I thought I'd put him in here since I'd mentioned him to a couple other players in my PM's(Yes Clanky, that's why I asked you about him. I was trying to see how you'd react. Seeing as you are now going after him, it makes me even more inclined to think my theory is incorrect.) Elkanah and Arraenae are 2 who I can't really get a read on, so I'll put them as my 3rd and 4th suspicions I guess. I'm tempted to put Kipper up there, but I can't decide about him either. I do know who the other living Feruchemist is, and I am not suspicious of them. So that's where my suspicion of him comes from really. Edit: Voted on Araris Vote tally(with history): Biggoron(1): Clanky Elkanah(0): Arraenae Kipper(1): QueenSteph QueenSteph(1): Kipper Araris(1): Lopen Arraenae, I would like to point out that Elkanah was actually active in QF11. One of the few, really. I'm not sure when he was last online though. Edit 2: Okay, just checked it out, Elkanah was online about 10 hours from this edit. The last time he posted in the LG15 thread was about a week ago, so about the same time QF11 started.
  21. Yeah, you really did. I'm kinda surprised I survived to the end(my first survival in these games!! ). Good game Meta. If you had had a little more cooperation from the rest of the village, I probably would have been toast. To answer Wilson(I think it was her) about why I didn't try using my role(Priest) to team up with Meta after the first Cycle. I thought there was a good chance that there was a Trader Priest, and if there was, they might have scanned Meta that first Cycle and contacted him. Meta had already voiced suspicion of me for ignoring his suspicion of Alv(not a good move by me, I know), so I thought if there had been 2 Priests that claimed to him, he might push for my death over the other option, and if I had died and been revealed as a Cultist, he might have pushed for Alv's death because of my earlier mistake. So really, I didn't think it was worth it to try. Or rather, the risk was too big in my mind. Many thanks to the GM's, Mailliw, Haelbarde and Elbereth! It was a great game, and I really had fun trying to hold off Meta for as long as I could!
