  1. Wyrm, that is just what I was about to post. Therefore, I am changing my vote to Orlok for the reasons Wyrm just stated. Edit:I would just like to clarify my thoughts about Orlok's posts. The first one accusing Wyrm and wanting him to be lynched for information is a little excusable as it doesn't seem like he's been on that much lately and might not understand the situation. But for him to suggest it again after Wyrm has said we basically have to lynch an eliminator today or we will lose is why I voted for him.
  2. Sir Jerric, this is why I left myself open to talk about things. I felt like my reasoning had flaws, but I wasn't sure what they were. When I read that post about eliminators killing people who were suspicious of Wyrm, I didn't think it likely at the time. I think this was because the people who had been killed by the Rebels hadn't really been that suspicious of him. At least it didn't look like it to me. Then Alvron and Joe died and both seemed to have strong suspicions of Wyrm. I think this caused me to view Wyrm as more likely guilty than innocent. He then voted for me, which I think then caused me to rush my accusation post a bit therefore overlooking a major flaw in it. Thinking it over with that post in mind, I think it is possible that that strategy may have been used. I really think we need to kill an eliminator that can give us more clues as to who the other ones may be. Orlok does seem a little suspicious but I don't think his posts will help us find the other eliminators very much. I'm going to look at all of his posts and see what they say or don't say in them if he was an eliminator. Edit: I looked at them. They were not very informative. I can see how you and Bort are suspicious of him, but I'm torn about whether to vote for him or not strictly on him not being very active.
  3. Wyrm, I have called out multiple people because, as you stated earlier, I thought it would be best to get everyone in the discussion before trying to lynch anyone. As for why I haven't voted, I didn't think it was necessary to vote for someone I wasn't really suspicious of, I was just wanting to hear their thoughts. I have been focusing on you as I see you as being the most suspect. Simply doing a quick read through of the game you see that a majority of the dead good guys(or Villagers? as everyone calls them) suspected you and voted for you right before they died. The fact that you voted for Raven(who in my opinion is really the least suspect of all of us) also made me even more suspicious. I thought that post may have been you trying to cast doubt on the one person who voted for you. I don't have a lot of time right now but I will try to organize my thoughts and suspicions and post them a little later. I'm going to vote for Wyrm for the reasons I listed above. Edit: I've looked over things a little more now and I still believe Wyrm is the most suspect. I am not certain he is a Rebel but I would rather trust the innocent experienced players that are dead than a suspicious experienced player still living. I will be on in a couple more hours so I will be available for a little more discussion.
  4. Vauhsoj, your accusation seems a bit "off" to me. I will admit that right now I am unsure of what to think, but that is only because my "insightful analysis" has pretty much been completely wrong so far. Also, it seems a bit unfair to say you'll be gone and then vote for me, then leave without allowing me to say anything in my defense. Couldn't you have posted this a little earlier? Also, as this is the most crucial cycle for the village we need to vote for the person most likely to be a Rebel. Do you really find me that suspicious? As I realize he may not reply this cycle I would appreciate it if I could get some feedback on his vote and my defense from you all.
  5. This is very not good. We really have to get a Rebel today or I don't think we can come back. I'm glad to have the extra time to look at everything since so far I have been completely off target. Thinking through things right now, I find Wyrm to be suspicious merely because he has been(IMO) the most active player, and yet we've lynched 4 innocents in a row. That's not to say it's his fault they were lynched, I'm embarrassed to say I have voted for 3 of them , but I think he has affected the game quite a bit and yet we've made no positive progress. I'll be rereading everything a lot more to see if this suspicion is justified or not. Raven, I feel like I've contributed more lately than I did in the first couple cycles, but I have had trouble seeing much to post about as I have never played a game quite like this. I'll hold off on voting right now, but I would also like to hear Orlok and Vauhsoj's thoughts.
  6. Right now, from reading over everything, the person I'm most suspicious of is The Only Joe. Hear are my reasons: 1. He was the first to argue against Meta's plan(as he has pointed out). 2.When a smart guy had 5 votes on him, Joe removed his vote and put it on me(to ask a question).I already had one vote for me from Mailliw poking me. Phattemer then removed his vote from a smart guy as well which made me unable to remove my vote from a smart guy for fear of getting lynched. I then answered Joe's question and yet he didn't remove his vote from me effectively dooming a smart guy. I realize he may not have been on at the time as it was quite late so this may not be too suspicious. 3. As Jerric just mentioned he is an experienced player, but IMO hasn't contributed much to the game lately. 4. I thought his reason for voting for Wyrm was very weak as his arguments with Meta were in the first cycle. Could you not find anything else to accuse Wyrm with? I can't say I'm not suspicious of Wyrm at least a little bit, but at least he has been promoting discussion. And also, as Sir Jerric pointed out, Wyrm was on quite a lot of lists for Adamir so I think it would be unwise to try to lynch him today.
  7. Vauhsoj, I disagreed with Phattemer's accusations on Wyrm, Bort, and you. Seeing as I was against his suggestions I don't see how that would make me feel secure you or anyone would follow them. As for why I haven't helped much, I have been reading and rereading the game for a while to try to find any inconsistincies in eveyone's posts. I still don't see anyone as being overly suspicious and will try to get a vote in before too long.
  8. Well, this is getting frustrating! Another failed lynching. I'm not sure what to think right now so I'm gonna read through everything again. I'll try to vote for someone once I'm done. So, with 11 people left, that means the good:evil ratio is probably either 8:3 or 7:4.
  9. Wow. This game is probably gonna break my brain. I'll vote for Phattemer because, as he mentioned, I didn't agree with his analysis last cycle as it seemed very flawed in its accusations. My list of names is: Raven, Sir Jerric, and Wyrmhero as these three have, in my opinion, contributed the most so far.
  10. Well, I have been reading it pretty much since you posted it. I can't really say I agree with it, since it isn't really based on anything very specific, but rather a lot of small things that I didn't really see as suspicious. Just a lot of poking. Also, I have a question. This is my first time playing and I was wondering what usually happens in the case of a tie. I don't want two people dying from the lynch and a third from a rebel kill. Since Adamir and Venture both have two votes(right?) I was thinking of voting for one of them, probably Ven since they have voted twice and that's all they've ever posted. And I don't really see the reasoning behind Adamir's votes.
  11. Sorry everyone, I went to my sister's house today and had a late birthday party for my niece. So I'll read everything a little more closely now, and try to help out a little. In reply to Ri's question about voting for smart guy, I thought about taking my vote off of him later in the cycle, but I had two votes on me right then and wasn't sure what to do. We would've been tied and I didn't know what happened in case of a tie.
  12. Well, in regards to following your lead, the first cycle I thought Meta was acting a little too much, "I'm Innocent." But I didn't really suspect him, or anyone else for that matter, on the first cycle, so I didn't vote at all. I thought a smart guy was a little suspect for voting for Wyrm, since I didn't feel like Wyrm had said anything worth voting against. Then when he defended himself, I thought his excuse was a little flimsy. The whole point of this game is analyzing the posts, so to say he "forgot" something seemed a bit strange to me. I can't say I've been very suspicious of anyone yet. Since it seems pretty early in the game, I don't want to make assumptions either way.
  13. Hmmm. My thoughts, huh? Well, I think I agree with you about Wyrm and Meta's discussion. To me, it didn't really feel like Wyrm was trying to sow dissension like a smart guy was saying. I thought he just disagreed with Meta. So I guess that kinda makes me suspicious of a smart guy.
  14. It seems like voting right now is a shot in the dark, so I'm gonna retract my vote for Meta. This game seems pretty complex so I'll hold off on voting at the moment.
  15. Gancho the Crass lay in bed, pondering the situation. "The Returned are always arguing about one thing or another" he sighed. "And yet, this time our lives are at stake. I suppose I should get involved" he grumbled as he climbed out of bed. I vote for Meta, he seems a bit suspicious.
  16. I've never played this before, but it sounds like fun! I'd like to sign up as Gancho the Crass. His colors are purple and white.
  17. I really hope that Kaladin and Jasnah meet! Some of my favorite parts in the series is when the main characters are together!
  18. Me and my brother would get lego magazine when we were kids! We loved Bionicle and Knights Kingdom! We got some Bionicle action figures. I think we had the green one, black one, and the blue one! Those things were awesome! I can't remember there names, but I really loved the black one.
  19. Hi everyone! I've been checking this site out for a while now and thought I'd finally join! I've read most of the Cosmere books once or twice but I feel like I still don't know about a lot of stuff connecting them. I started reading Sanderson books about 1 year ago and I've loved every one! I'm kinda new to forums in general, so I might take a while to figure everything out!
