Copper starts on. A coppercloud would be protected from seeking and emotional allomancy as passive, but if they were to use copper on someone else, it would become an active action. If there were a spiked coppercloud, they would not be able to submit a team kill and actively smoke another individual.

We've been talking regularly since July, with the frequency increasing dramatically from September onwards, and have been in a relationship since mid-December. Waiting until summer to see El face to face has been difficult - you're very lucky to have met in person!

LG32: Night One - A Change of Pace We need to talk about something. It’s very important.
