They finally reached their destination. A little harbour with many small boats floating on a pitch black waters of a huge lake. On the other side of it, they could all see tall towers of Hogwarts castle. Victor quickly took out his digital camera to capture the scenery. He was much taller than other students around him and had no problem with anyone obscuring the view. The picture didn't come out as nice as he hoped, but it was still a nice souvenir. After few shouts from their guide, which Victor didn't understand, kids around him started to board the boats. Soon, everyone found a sit. Only one boat was left for him, he sat down in it, happy to be alone, able to contemplate the scenery. The tiny fleet moved together, guided by magical forces in the direction of Hogwarts. After couple of minutes on the lake they docked in an underground harbor. Almost half of the students were chattering teeth, the wind on the lake was strong and cold. They were then lead straight to the castle, through the main gate. Inside the school, they were met by professor Reynolds. He took them to a small room and waited for everyone to settle down and pay attention. "Welcome to Hogwarts!" he greeted them. "I'm sure you must all be really cold and hungry after your trip here, but before you'll join the feast, you have to pass the sorting ceremony. I could bore you with a monologue about our Houses, but I'm not that cruel. All you need to know, is that there are four Houses in Hogwarts. Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherin and Gryffindor. They all have their good and bad sides, none if better than the other. Great and powerful wizards came from all four of them. Good and evil witches graduated from all four of them. There is also a competition running the entire year, where you gather and lose points for your house. You'll figure out the rest with the help of your new housemates." He made a short pause to let everyone process what he said, and continued. "The sorting ceremony is quite simple. Once I read your name, you sit on the stool in front of everybody, I place the hat on your head, it picks a house for you and done! You go to sit with other members of your new House. Now, let's begin!"

I've finished writing the code for my signature to learn names ^^ I hope that after few days it will work much better than the location guessing -
My signature has started to slowly learn your names Currently, most of you will be just "fellow Sharders", but give it time and I hope you'll see my Polandball greet you by your username And expect mistakes, as we all know, names are hard to learn

So just like Japanese hospitals that skip 4th floor. Their 4 sounds just like "death" IIRC

Today is Friday and it's 13th... Is it only Polish thing to consider Friday 13th as an unlucky day or is it international?

I wonder what it's made from anyway... If it smells of alcohol, I bet some Polish folk would try drinking it anyway -

Is the Wolfsbane potion drinkable? Have you tried it? -
That's crazy to have a state named exactly as the capital city if the city is not in the state... But, what to expect from people using Imperial system and strange date formats Anyway, I don't have any problems with what she made about this American school. I haven't heard about any of those urban legends or mythical creatures except for Sasquatch and Chupacabra, so I can't spot any inconsistencies. I've read wikipedia article about those Black-Eyed Kids... that's creepy, just creepy

And that's why it's important to sometimes write 6 as 6. And 9 as 9.

You probably didn't learn to work hard consistently in high school. I had the same problem. Back in high school, I could do almost all the homework on the school corridor just before the class, I could learn enough material to pass any test in one day or I didn't even had to revise anything. Went through high school with average of >4.0 without even working for it IMO. And then I went to University and it was like a collision with a train. Luckily it turned out I have some talent for the most important things (programming) but I struggled really hard with anything that was about mathematics. I had to retake courses twice but luckily I figured out how to force myself to study I think retaking a year in your situation is the best course of action. Parents won't be happy about it, but well, what can they do? Find a positive side of this situation and focus on it when talking with them. Something like: "I will have more time and I'll be able to get a job and gain some experience" or something like that. -
Or you can tell them that you went to Museum of Pornography and BDSM (no matter if there even is one anywhere near you) and watch their reaction... it might be interesting

Yup. Ananas is ananas

In Polish pomegrante and grenade are the same word too... that's interesting for us it's "granat", which also is a color (shade of blue) and a mineral. What an elastic word it is

Walked into the cinema as Team Iron Man and left as Team Iron Man I really don't get it how Captain America just knows he's right, his friend must be innocent and everyone else is wrong. Why not give the Accords a shot? If it turns out bad, you'll just break the rules like you do anyway when destroying lot's of stuff and killing plenty of people. It really annoyed me that Cap didn't have any self-doubt or moral dilemma about Avengers actions so far. The accident in Lagos was an accident, sure, but I strongly believe that a well trained and well informed squad of anti-terrorists including snipers would do a much better job at intercepting those terrorists. Destroying much less property and endangering far less lives. Although I'm on Iron Man's side I didn't agree with his attack on Bucky after seeing the video. I thought that at that point he already understood that Bucky could be "mind-controlled" to do anything. His anger at Cap and Bucky was understandable, but with such high IQ I expected Tony to have a bit more control over his reactions etc. Through most of the movie I had an impression, that if they would just stop for 20 minutes and talk, they would be able to easily find a nice solution to all their problems. It was almost like one big misunderstanding :/ Now, who can tell me what exactly are Vision's powers? He can pass through walls and shoot laser from his forehead, anything else? He has a freaking Infinity Stone or what-are-they-called in his forehead... he should be able to destroy planets... Scarlet Witch is just OP. She could have obliterated whole Iron Man Team in seconds using the levels of power she used to push Vision underground or stop the control tower from falling. What actually made her throw people around instead of just freezing them in place? Black Panther was great, the last moment when he gives up his vengeance was one of the best in the movie. Spider-Man was funny. That's all. EDIT:

It's interesting how "i" and "t" in the lower line of your signature are colliding with that horizontal line. I like when signature manages to break the layout algorythm in a way that does not affect the rest of the forum. I also like the colors.
