  1. They are all accounted for except for Taln's, which Brandon has said Hoid did not take. I believe there is also a WoB that says Hoid does not have an Honorblade.
  2. Saw that one too, thought it might be for emphasis, but it just seemed off. I was gonna go find it when I get home today.
  3. Ninja'd by CaptainRyan...I'll just add that you can edit your signature by going to Account Settings in the top right dropdown and then clicking Signature on the left sidebar.
  4. Well, FWIW Eshonai is getting her own book, so if the 10 books follow a knight from each of the 10 orders then she'll probably be one. There are several threads floating around that discuss the possibility of Eshonai as a Willshaper. I don't remember if Lopen was officially confirmed to be a squire, but I also see no reason to doubt it and many reasons to believe it. I think Rlain may end up being a squire as well, but we'll have to RAFO.
  5. Maybe something closer to "I ruined my family" or "My family would have been better off without me"? Her family never being happy doesn't seem as bad to me as killing her parents. Given that all of her truths so far deal with her past though, I agree it will likely be related to her past and how she's been broken.
  6. From the start of Words of Radiance chapter 47.
  7. If I click on the Quote button for your post, it appears like above with the cursor just below it. When I press Backspace, it removes the line the cursor is at and selects the quote, outlining it. Then I can use either Backspace or Delete to remove it. Clicking anywhere inside the quote box above or below the quoted text also selects it so that it can be deleted: Are you unable to select it at all, or can you just not delete it once selected?
  8. Can't be Jezrien, the Stone Shamans gave his blade to Szeth, and now Kaladin has it.
  9. Lift mentions that "Darkness was awesome too", and she sees him glowing faintly.
  10. We don't see him use surges for sure, but we see him use Stormlight. So the question is, is passive use of Stormlight possible for the Heralds without their Honorblades? Personally I don't think so.
  11. I like this theory a lot, but the main thing keeping me from believing it is that the Seons are strongly associated with Elantris, and the Skaze with Fjorden.
  12. I very much doubt that Wit is a Skybreaker. Besides, from his conversation with Shallan, it sounds like he had other business in Jah Keved and only took the message to Lord Devar because he was passing by.
  13. I ordered it back in February with Amazon Prime and it says June 30 for me as well I've always gotten games and books on release day previously (except BoM, which they screwed up).
  14. I totally thought Melhi was a guy when I originally read it...
  15. Forgot about that, nice. Based on Dalinar's visions (iirc) I'd expect them to be glowing with symbols.

  17. I had thought that they lived on in the CR, but I'm not 100%. I believe Kaladin and Syl have a conversation about it after he saves Elhokar, and there have probably been related WoBs. Edit: Now that I think about it I'm even less sure, but either way, I would think there'd be mention of glowing. I suppose it's possible that he's a Radiant using dead shardplate and that's masking the glow (Szeth mentions he can't both use shardplate and surgebind, is this because the shardplate is dead or because of the Honorblade?)
  18. They may have natural accelerated healing, but I just finished reading the 10th anniversary edition this week and towards the end Dilaf talks about how he had to take his wife (I think...gf maybe?) to Elantris to have her healed with AonDor since Dahkor is unable to heal.
  19. Well, we know Dahkor can't heal (as far as they know), so maybe there is something to this.
  20. If that were the case then he would have had to have said his second ideal (or equivalent among Skybreakers), and then broken his oath for his blade to remain when he died. I don't see him breaking his oath right as he dies. Also, he was wearing shardplate, and we have yet to see a proto-radiant with shardplate. I think there would have been mention of it glowing if it were live shardplate.
  21. I don't believe Szeth is a radiant. I don't remember him bonding a spren, and he has Nightblood now instead. I think he'll probably become one, but I don't remember him being one already. Given that Nale is on a crazy rampage against proto-radiants I'm going to guess that the current "Skybreakers" are not actually radiants. Wyndle quote: Sounds to me like they're dead blades, but I guess it could go either way.
  22. I had assumed that the time frame involved both the cognitive shadow not going to the Beyond and the body being able to be healed, and presumably some sort of requirement for the spirit. Seeing as Kelsier's body was eaten by a Kandra... Edit: Typo, stupid autocorrect...
  23. Quite right, stoneweight must be a Rosharian specific measurement.
  24. "Over a hundred stoneweights" sounds like it's between 100 and 200 stoneweights, so between about 140 and 280 pounds, which matches previous conclusions fairly well, although if it were closer to 200 I'd expect him to say "almost 200 stoneweights". Has the .7g been factored into this?
