    I just want to collect everyones thoughts on this: We have a lot fewer players by now than when we started with, and many of those that remain are inactive, so 48 hour turns are becoming a bit empty. Beginning Day 7 (we're in Day 6 now), I'm considering making turns 24 hours, instead of 48.

    If you're wondering why this thread disappeared and then reappeared, it was brought to my attention that I'd made a GM error and accidentally revealed a player who shouldn't have died. I must ask anyone who saw the role/faction of the player I accidentally killed not say anything to their teammates or the thread, and do their best not to let it influence their gameplay. Sorry for this mistake :/ On a related note, if I don't say 'Noted' in your PM, can you please remind me? (Just as a failsafe for idiot GM's like me who don't mark things on the sheet on accident.)     @PeterAhlstrom... I think there might be a slight mistake? There seems to be a contradictory WoB to the Table of Contents page here.     Well, seeing as you're in your first day of signups, I find the chances of you getting one more player quite high... But yeah, count me in, in case the rest of the world not signed up to this thread spontaneously breaks out into a fever and is unable to play. And by the way Joe, I love the white text...

    Hmmm... I shouldn't do this, because I was barely able to focus on MR17... If you have less than 15 players by the end of QF19, sign me up to this, not that that's likely to happen... Also, this game seems a lot more regular for you, Joe, so even though I know what answer I'm going to get, I'm going to ask anyway... Are there any secret roles or alignments?

    Hmmm... 48 hour nights seem to work better, actually. If it's what everyone's in favour of, I can make that the norm in future cycles. The problem is that it will delay Wyrm's game even further, seeing as he wanted it to be set during the Halloween period... The write-up tonight might be a couple hours late, due to RL stuff. The current night will still end at the regular time. Sorry about that. Also, a note: I'll discuss this with Doc, but the Day 3 rollover might also be a couple hours early, again due to RL stuff. I'll let you know the result of that. The good news is that after Day 3, I don't have anything foreseeably on that could interfere with rollovers.

You wouldn't have even let me kill one more of you, since I told you who I was and what my win con was, and I killed El for you in order to keep the game balanced? *sigh* Oh well... Good game everyone. Sorry I was so inactive for this - Aman did a great job with the game. Also, for those who don't know, my role wasn't exactly an SK role - I needed to have 2 or less member in each faction by the time the game ended. Basically, that meant that I needed to keep the game balanced in order to make it get right down to almost nobody - something I almost succeeded in, and would have if there were only 2 Forsworn left like I'd suspected, instead of 3. By the way, Aman, that's a neat trick to keep the game balanced if you're not sure of how it's going to work out - I basically would end up working for whichever side most needed it. I am definitely using that in a future game I GM...

    Currently, I believe the Steelheart rights belong to Shaun Levy's personal company, 21 Laps. They announced a scriptwriter from them about 6 months ago, but I haven't heard much since.

    Just a note - I believe Little Orbit might now be bankrupt or defunct as well - I kept tabs of their Facebook and website as well in the hopes of news, and the last time they posted anything new about any of their games was in January, while before that they usually had some kind of notification change come up every couple weeks before that. I can't confirm it, but that's my belief based on the evidence I have, unless they suddenly decided to go on a 9 month hiatus from everything with no notice.

    Well, they optioned it last year or even earlier, so technically Studio 17 are the interlopers here - they took those rights long before we started work.
