Right. Not only is he a omni compounder...but he spent time as an almost omniscient being...and has had a thousand years to practice. You know all of those questions you have like, "if you were a pewter arm bloodmaker...would you be able to store health faster using pewter to supply extra health?"...HE KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT QUESTION! Even considering that certain rare metals would be almost impossible to find or make...and that he has to be very careful not to reveal too much info to the people around him...it just seems like he went down a little too easy...

Personally...one thing that bugs me about TLR...is how underpowered he seems once you find out EXACTLY what he should be able to do. Especially considering that he knows more about the 3 systems of magic than anyone else alive at the time. Yeah...he's always young...he doesn't get hurt...he can tell when people are lying...he never forgets a face...his emotional allomancy is really strong...he can pierce copperclouds...he's crazy strong...he can move superfast...he can push and pull on metal really hard... All of these things are intimidating by themselves...and combined are terrifying...but it just feels like he should be able to do more. Am I the only one?

Something that I really like about feruchemy is that many parts of it replace jobs that we use technology for. "How often do you need to run somewhere really fast?"...change "need" to "want"...at least 3 or 4 times every single day...I just usually drive my car...but cars kind of suck...they pollute...they're expensive to buy, fuel, and maintain...they take up a lot of space. I would love it if I could replace my car with a steel bracelet. Imagine NEVER feeling too hot or too cold. It sounds like a trivial thing...but I think that would be epic. Really...you never need AC or heat to stay comfortable. Now...winning eating contests would be neat...and I don't personally have a problem with my diet (I'm one of those freaky skinny dudes who's been the same weight for like 20 years)...but using bendalloy to maintain a perfect diet would be awsome. You never over eat, because you just store the excess...and it would be a huge time saver to just skip meals and feed off of your reserves. You also wouldn't really need to store food in your kitchen...just eat it and keep the nutriton for later. This also means that you never have to let any food go to waste...that leftover chili will only keep for a few days...but bendalloy minds don't come with an expiration date. Not to mention that you could keep your self perfectly hydrated at all times. 90% of americans and constantly underhydrated and have their health suffer in some way as a result...never having to drink through the day...but being perfectly hydrated would be really handy...and a big help to your health. I could go on...and will...just not now...

I'm actually rather dissapointed in Wayne for not having any gold teeth...If I realized I was a bloodmaker...I would loanshark the money necessary to have my 12 back most teeth done, pronto. (If the loanshark takes my thumbs I can grow them back!)

Yeah...I have read shadows for silence...what we see of shades does not match up...shadows with glowing eyes that wither flesh is very different from green glowing specter with a skeleton that destroys all matter...

ok...have we seen any of them that blast ghastly apparitions that destroy matter they come into contact with while screaming in eerily human ways? Or that enslave the souls of the departed to be used as a spiritual buffer preventing users from the negative effects of being alive in the cognitive realm of scadrial? I apparently was not specific enough...

So, maybe I'm making a connection that doesn't exist...but follow me on this. When Hoid shows up at the well of ascension and accosts Kelsier...he's riding a corpse like a boat...and that corpse is not all the way dead (it mumbles something when Hoid prods it) BoM Maybe I'm reading too much into these things, but is it possible that some yet unseen shard world's magic system somehow involves the manipulation of the dead?

Yeah...I was kind of expecting that to be more significant...

Tubular grenade with a anchor spike on the front, vindication style allomantic detonation trigger, and an aluminum safety pin so that some other coinshot can't just set it off while it's still on your person. Sort of an allomantically propelled smart bomb. If I were a coinshot who needed to cross a vast barren distance (you'd run out of bits of metal to drop) I'd carry around a unicycle. Just keep pushing on the front of the wheel to power it's rotation. Just picture some silly sob cruising across the roughs at 70mph on a unicycle. Same idea as above...only instead of a unicycle for mobility...shorter, smaller allomantically powered circular saw, melee weapon. For a thug...a "not quite suicide vest". basically just a padded/armored/framed (non allomantic metal of course) vest and helmet with face mask that has large forward pointing shape charges strapped to the front and back.......you'll probably be fine... Racquetball from hell. Fist sized hard rubber ball with a metal weight in the center for coinshots. You can push on it (through walls). It bounces like crazy. "Ever wanted to beat up a room full of people without stepping inside? Well now you can!!!"

Yeah...I assumed that there was something shardic involved here. The ability of shards to influence the insane makes me look at every crazy person who appears on screen closely.
